After a week of trying everything—plungers, Green Gobbler, boiling water, and even taking apart the P-trap to clean out disgusting sludge—I finally decided to call a plumber.Eddie from First Aid Plumbing came out within two hours of my call. He worked diligently, using several tools to snake the pipes up to 30 feet. It became clear this was a particularly stubborn clog, but Eddie didn’t give up. He even asked if I had a hose available to help run water through the pipes while snaking, which eventually did the trick.What stood out most was Eddie’s professionalism and work ethic. Despite the time spent and multiple tools used, he honored the original quote. After clearing the clog, he meticulously cleaned up every trace of the mess—my kitchen looked spotless, like no plumber had even been there.First Aid Plumbing is clearly committed to honesty and excellent service, and Eddie’s determination and care truly exceeded my expectations.
