Absolutely wonderful first experience today with Dov, and very relieved to find a local trusted plumber.I got his recommendation from a neighborhood Facebook group, where people were raving about him being trustworthy and easy to communicate with and prompt. I then read his Google and yelp reviews, which were all glowing and seemed almost too good to be true.After easily texting with him in advance and a quick call to schedule, he arrived early (unheard of for my old plumber who was always very late and hard to get a hold of). He was a warm and I intelligent presence in my own, respectful to my animals and also wore boot covers without me even needing to provide them. He did an excellent job helping me trouble shoot and do annual maintenance on my steam boiler system and hot water heater, was upfront about all pricing, and also helped me think ahead to plan future work without any pressure or sales tactics.I am so happy with the work and cleanup he did and so grateful that Dov is now a text away. What a local gem!

I had a great experience using DOV PLUMBING services when my hot water heater sprang a leak and I was panicking. Reached out to DOV PLUMBING . They walked me through shutting off the water to the hot water heater and had a new unit replaced for me within one day, great service, and great communication throughout the entire process.PS they also removed all the standing water that leaked all over my basement floor and dried the place up before they left.

They arrived at the time promised.Checked out my hot water heater .Got to the root of the problem and fixed what needed to be fixed.Repairman kept me updated on the repairs & parts that needed to be replaced.He was very knowledgeable & respectful.I really liked how they came in with drop cloth and paper to cover my floors .

Our kitchen plumbing was seriously clogged! Within an hour, Dov Plumbing had sent out a technician to evaluate the situation and offer a price. Since their prices were reasonable, we gave our technician immediate permission to start the work.They were clean professional, and did the job. They also fixed our boiler leak.Definitely would use them again for any plumbing work.
