These guys are the most genuine, responsive and helpful plumbers I have ever used.My family has owned a brownstone since the 70’s, we always have issues here and there, it’s really hard to find someone you trust, is reliable and who will do the right thing.It’s been a little over a year since we found Big Apple plumbing, and it’s been a relief!

They stuck to the schedule and were super responsive from the initial estimate to the job being 100% finished. They did some amazing plumbing work getting the piping and boiler to fit into a closet that wasn’t much bigger than the unit.I’m very happy with the work they did and would recommend.

I have had the pleasure of working closely with Big Apple Plumbing Corp for the past 3 years. I am an operating engineer working in Manhattan in a commercial building and they are our house plumbers. We call them for any and every plumbing issue or concern we may have. There are often things that go wrong in these type of workplaces due to old construction and plumbing, but Arian and his staff can and have handled everything weve thrown their way. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to top-notch plumbing solutions are unmatched.I have had the pleasure of meeting with most if not all of the staff that Big Apple employs and without a doubt I can say that theyre all highly qualified plumbers who excel at installations, maintenance, and repairs. Although we use Big Apple in a commercial setting, I am aware that they take residential calls as well and have passed their name along for jobs when someone asks for my recommendation. To their clients satisfaction the job always gets done.When we give Big Apple a job they always go above and beyond in communicating with us about what exactly needs to get done and it is always done in the matter agreed upon. From my experience, they listen to their clients, promptly address any concerns, and go the extra mile to build strong and trustworthy partnerships.Last but not least I want to address their policies on safety and and quality. I had a terrible leak from my hvac unit pipes and the work they did to fix the pipes was great. They were incredibly responsive throughout the process and also informative throughout each step of fixing the leak. I’d recommend them to anyone and will use again if anything happens!

I am at a loss of words!! I have been a small business owner for a long time in the city and for the first time - ever - I had an emergency situation solved over the phone and video chat in a helpful, responsive manner. The issue turned out to be minor and got resolved easily and we didn’t get charged at all. Unbelievable - Arian and the team are just great. Thank you guys - Will definitely keep you on speed dial!

Had issues with dishwasher not draining. The plumbing team was able to diagnose the issue and have it resolved in less than 30 minutes. The guys clearly explained the cause for the issue, and the solution. They also provided me with next steps if the issue was to arise again. My father-in-law needed plumbing services done in Brooklyn, NY. I found Big Apple Plumbing Corporation through Home Advisor/Angi App. I received calls from multiple plumbers. When Arian contacted me and came to our home, he gave me confidence and trust. He took care of a furnace float switch problem in 2021.The 40+ year old furnace started to have a bad smell during the coldest days this year. We decided to replace the unit due to safety concerns. We had Big Apple Plumbing replace the unit January 2022. The master plumber Sokol Selmani and his team did a good job installing the system. The job was done 1.5 days. They worked from 7am-10pm the first day to make sure there was heat.A couple of days after the installation, there was some steam leaking, so Arian came back and fixed the issue quickly.The furnace was a Weil-Mclain Cast Iron Gas Boiler.

This plumber, I would say, is the most reliable plumber I ever used. He showed up when he promised. His job was of really high quality. My boiler room looked neater than it ever did before. All pipes were nicely organized. Even if I probably could have found a cheaper plumber I recommend Big Apple for the work they did.
