I was desperate for a plumber after dealing with drainage issues in my shower/tub. Arsen and Tom helped me out the same day. They came and immediately figured out the problem. They spent two hours unclogging the tub which was a serious job given the old pipes in my building. They fixed everything beautifully, coming back the next day with the parts needed to complete the job and working around my schedule. I will definitely be using their services again. This is an update; I hired Arsen again to do a second bigger job of replacing a hot water heater, and was amazed at how fantastic a job he did; Arsen has exceptional mastery and knowledge and is so patient and professional it is a pleasure to do business with him! No worries and exceptional results!Arsen is a true Master plumber; he was professional and friendly and did the work with uncommon care and concentration; his work on restoring and servicing my gas boiler was excellent and he answered all my questions with patience; I will certainly be calling on him again; if u want a clean, careful & professional job done, call on Barolli, he is a consumate quality worker; best experience and fair pricing.

Arsen and his team replaced our old boiler with a new Viessmann boiler. They are incredibly professional, punctual, responsive and knowledgeable. They provided all the potential options for replacement, answered all of our questions and did so with great diligence. His team also worked late hours and took great care in keeping our apartment clean and finished exactly when he said he would. Highly recommend his services. This level of all around quality is hard to find.

I highly recommend Barolli Plumbing, especially the services offered by Arsen. He skillfully fixed an issue with my Jacuzzi tub that had stumped two plumbers before him, given the challenge of accessing the underlying plumbing.Barollis approach was very professional, honest, and considerate of my home. Arsen wore shoe wraps and took great care to avoid any mess, which was greatly appreciated by my wife. He also recommended a contractor (Carlos) to build an access panel for my tub, who also turned out to be great, so be sure to ask him for that contact.I have worked with great plumbers in the past, but Barolli will be my go-to going forward. He has it all.

Just call Arsen! Hes a pro - responsive, knowledgeable, and a clear communicator. I got his name from a neighbor and he handled a complex job for us involving DOB filings and superseding. Very helpful problem-solver.Separately, when our shower wouldnt turn off on Thanksgiving - he responded right away and came out the next day. Great service and a lovely person. Would definitely hire again.

A+ across the board. Highly recommended. Highly experienced and knowledgeable professional, personable, patient, transparent, timely, honest, and a good guy overall.My old hot water heater started leaking water badly (basically failing) very early morning resulting in me turning off the water and heat element. I found and called them, and Arsen came by quickly to inspect, recommended to replace with price point, and with half deposit, got the new heater and came by in the afternoon and got the job done at the time he said he would.

Just had the most fantastic experience with Arsen from Barolli plumbing.I found him by asking my neighborhood Facebook group for a recommendation for someone who could fix a leaky radiator and his name came up multiple times with glowing reviews.He was able to come over right away, assess the problem and had everything fixed lickety-split. He was kind, professional and did great work.As an added bonus, he (very considerately!) wore shoe covers into my apartment so he wouldn’t traipse dirt in; I asked him where he got them and when he went out to his truck to grab some tools, he brought me back a stack!He was great!Highly recommended!

I had a frozen pipe and absolutely no water in the house. Ive called multiple plumbers and no body wants to help EXCEPT for Barolli Plumbing. Arsen the master plumber was at a job at jersery, but he kept me informed and updated through text msg, he then contacted his cousin tom who is already a plumber to come over. Tom is on time and EXTREMELY professional. he was able to identity the frozen section of the pipe. and the guy wouldnt take a tip. they will definity be my go to Plumbers!!!
