What a wonderful company! I called them because I thought my pressure tank was on the fritz, but I was still getting pressure so, it wasn’t an emergency. They came out the next morning and figured out, rather quickly, what the issue was. He explained everything to me, which I greatly appreciated, even though I didn’t understand 100% of it, it was still great customer service to do so.It was also well explained in the invoice which was emailed to me along with a convenient link to pay the bill online if that’s the route I opted for. I was very pleased to find out that they not only worked on pumps and pressure tanks but are also licensed plumbers which I happened to be looking for one that I could count on as the one I’d been using for over 30 years retired. I would give them more stars if it was possible!

Arndt & Son Plumbing does great work! I have used them twice now for two separate plumbing issues in our older home and they resolved both in a timely, cost-effective manner. Travis was our tech both times. He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond in his communication. He even worked us into his work schedule a few days early when a replacement part arrived sooner than expected so that we did not have to go any extra days without a functioning shower. I will continue to call on Arndt & Son for my plumbing needs and highly recommend them to those looking for quality work and great customer service.

Our experience was overall very positive. The project involved major digging and disruption of our property and was done on schedule and with only minor adjustments needed which were explained fully and we agreed to based on their explanation of the reasons for the needed changes to the plan. The company they hired to do the earth work did a very efficient job and left the property in very good condition considering the major work required. They worked until well after dark to insure that the job was done completely and no return effort would be necessary. The indoor work was done efficiently and with consideration for the space restrictions which were involved. Tyler was straight forward with his estimates for the work and with his explanations of the necessary changes to the plan.

Weve had so many issues over the past few weeks with our well (the pump stopped working, our pressure tank was junk, and we had a crack on the outside well), sump pump needed attention, and lastly arunning toilet. Travis was so responsive and helpful. Heidi was great with scheduling the appointments for us and making us feel like a priority. I highly recommend their services.

Heidi and Tyler responded to a same-day watermergency at our property, correcting a broken toilet supply part to allow for minimum downtime in a one-bathroom apartment. Tyler left the area better than he found it and communicated clearly and effectively every step of the way. We even received the invoice the same day! It is never a great start to the day when the resident says theres water coming through the ceiling, but Heidi and Tyler made it that much better with their expert service and customer-focused care. Sometimes they can fix it on the spot with stuff they have in the truck. The most recent time was a big project I had to schedule. Very curious, they even swept up the areas after working. I highly recommend Arndt & Son Plumbing. Tyler was very informative and friendly when assessing my septic pipe problem, and he did an excellent job replacing the pipe and repairing the problem. He also did a wonderful job with cleanup afterward, and the lawn had very minimal damage from the digging that was barely noticeable. He also tied back bushes to prevent damage to them. The final cost was even less than the estimate. Arndt & Son Plumbing did an amazing job, and I will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs!
