I shopped around and had 5 estimates from other companies. But their price was a excellent price and everything was written and communicated perfectly. The crew arrived on time, did their work and my sewer was repaired. They cleaned up and I am very happy with their work. Thank you, will refer Alex Figliolia to all my friends and family.

I had a great experience with Alex Figliolia Water & Sewer. I had an unexpected, urgent need on a Saturday and called on short notice - they were able to get someone to my house within two hours! They had given me a four hour window initially and showed up towards the beginning of it (that never happens!). Andrew, the estimator that helped me was extremely helpful, explained everything that was wrong and gave me multiple options and price ranges on how I could address them. I was very happy with the service and the results. They were careful around the house, cleaned up everything, etc. Really, really good.

Alex FIgliolia Water & Sewer was responsive and reliable with fixing a broken pipe in front of our house. Their price was super reasonable. Not only was the price reasonable but the workers were on time and very respectful. Everything was good as new in a matter of two days. They cleaned up and put everything back after the digging was done. A huge Thank You to Alex Figliolia for helping us with our emergency needs so quickly. We know who to call when we have problems with our water main.

Ive hired Alex Figliola twice and each time I got prompt service. They have always been very nice and professional. Its been several years and I havent had a problem with the work that was completed by them. They stuck to the terms of the contract and I was very pleased with their work. Their prices arent really competitive which is disappointing but not necessarily a deal breaker. What I did find disappointing was that after hiring them for 2 major jobs that they couldnt give me a better price on the third major job. Consequently, I went with another company & to be honest I wasnt happy with the outcome of that situation. Would I hire Alex Figliola again? Most likely because they did a great job and their plumbers had a great work ethic and were respectful.

My family has been using this company for years for there properties. As far back as the 50s recently I thought I would shop around for some better prices. Wouldnt you know it I found one considerably lower. so I used someone new to do the work the price started at $8000 and it would be done by the end of the week. Well 10 days later 3 more contracts and another $20000 dollars the job was done never again will I turn my back on this company always professional and just one price. What they say has always been 100% of what they done. I will never use anyone else again. My apologies to this company.

We had a water main leak and the DEP gave us a notice to have it fixed in three days. I called around and started worrying because a bunch of companies told me they couldnt send someone to look at it now and somebody will get back to you ASAP or the guys who did show up made me feel like they were trying to get one over on me. When I called Alex Figliolia Water & Sewer, they picked up right away and was able to give me a lot of information over the phone. I was impressed with how knowledgeable and on top of things he was especially nice compared to the others. The pricing wasnt that far off from what some of the others were quoting but after coming to give the estimate he made me feel comfortable that everything would be taken care of properly.They showed up first thing the next morning and everything was finished by the time I got back home from work. They also seemed to make the extra effort to clean up afterwards. Hopefully this problem doesnt come up again but if it does I know who the first person I will call will be. Thanks for fixing our water main leak!
