I had a boiler issue that needed quick attention, and Michael from Above and Beyond was there the next day on the early side of the estimated time window. He fixed the issue quickly and professionally (without trying to do anything unnecessary) and offered detailed explanations of what he was doing and why. A super positive experience. The office was also extremely communicative, sending an estimate on a Sunday evening and getting me scheduled on a Monday. 5/5, already recommending to friends.

I have nothing but great things to say about Above and Beyond Plumbing & Heating Corp. Mike did a great job servicing and repairing my Navien hot water system. He figured out what the core issue was with one of my systems, provided an estimate, scheduled and completed the work all within a timely manner. Mike and his work crew were notably respectful of the space they were working in, wearing booties when they came into the apartment and leaving it clean after finishing the job. Mike was prompt, efficient, and just extremely professional overall. Highly recommend!

Above and Beyond has done work for my house and a family member and I recommend them without reservation. Mike and John were nice people in general and best of all professional. They worked on a heating issue and installed new plumbing pipes after the 100 year old ones finally burst at every possible joint. It took a few days to get the work done considering they had to do 4 apartments kitchen and baths as well as the basement where all the water from above traveled. They were easy to communicate with but the only thing Id say is I wish their payment system was different/better. We had a huge payment but was limited by Zelle, (preferred personal choice) so it wasnt the fault of ABP&H, and although there are other options, it was difficult to keep up with the remaining balances if you are busy or forget to track. Would call in the future for other work when needed. Thanks!

I had Mike come in to remove an old water heater and replace with a new indirect water heater. They showed up prepared, walked through the house with clean booties and cleared out old plumbing while setting up the new system. The work looks great and functions great, the basement is now organized.They did a lot of work including setting up new radiant floors, sealing the chimney and repairing/ replacing work done by the previous plumber. Their service and quality is a step up from the rest, I’ll certainly recommend Above and Beyond to anyone.

I had Above And Beyond Plumbing & Heating visit my home to fix an overflowing toilet tank. Their customer service was available in the middle of the night and coached me on how to temporarily solve the problem until a Plumber could arrive in the morning. Michael called me at 8am, just like the operator had informed me someone would and he personally showed up to fix the issue within the hour. He was efficient, friendly, and detail oriented. Not only did he fix my Plumbing problem, but he cleaned my entire bathroom area around the toilet and sink. He replaced the problematic toilet flushing lever without being prompted, as well as noticing my bathroom door handle was loose and tightening it for me. These guys are great. I would definitely be using Above And Beyond Plumbing & Heating again and recommending to my family and friends as well.

On a rather chilly recent evening while tuned-in to a decades-old British television series (Inspector Morse), I became aware of a peculiar drop in temperature. Heaving myself from under my wifes relaxed head, I lurched off of the sofa and flicked up the thermostat. Nothing. Garnishing a weapons-grade stainless steel flashlight, I lumbered down into the deep recesses of our basement to check the heating unit. No pilot light. A reliable neighbor popped in to take a look, but to no avail. He dialed a guy hed known for years. That guy wound up being Mike from Above & Beyond.Mike showed up within twenty minutes and thus began my education of gas heating units (a transplant from Manhattan, I really had no clue what I was looking at). He indeed went above and beyond what was necessary, flushing out the entire unit, replacing lifeless parts, and making it all feel as though we were just ol buddies hanging out. Have used them for the last 5-6 years since lost trust with the former Plumbers. They have been responsive in my service calls and always get the job them. Can’t blame when they can’t make it on time in some non emergency jobs because they are always busy since they are so good at what they do! Mike came to service my tankless Rheem water heater. He was amazing. Very professional, knew exactly what he was doing, very honest, very clean and a really nice guy. Makes you feel like youre family. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone. My only very small complaint, which might actually be my own fault was that it took two appointments for him to show up. But i did tell him it was not urgent and I understood he does emergency work so he might have to cancel last minute. Maybe thats also the nature of plumbing work? Either way i was very happy when he turned up and felt it was worth the wait.

These guys were awesome! my water heaters pilot light died on thursday. luckily it was still under warranty and i was able to get a replacement part from the manufacturer on saturday. but my family handyman didnt know how to install it! above and beyond was listed on the manufacturers site, their own website was clear and informative and when i called them on saturday they were very quickly able to get me an appt on monday afternoon. their guys were quick and courteous and the price was quite reasonable. i recommend them for all your plumbing and heating needs. i will definitely be calling them should i have need in the future.

Called Above and Beyond when my 75 gallon water heater sprung a leak at 12:30 during the Covid crisis. They were at the house within 45 minutes and had a new heater installed by 12 the next day. Can’t say enough great things about them. They show up and get the job done.
