Dima and his team were incredibly professional, did beautiful work, and were really patient and kind with me as a homeowner whos never done a renovation before! They were always on time, were responsive to every question or piece of feedback I had, and helped me to manage a lot of complex moving pieces to make everything happen on time.Dima did a total bathroom, kitchen and closet renovation for me, which included removing a major wall. His team also replaced every piece of trim in the apartment, installed crown molding, repaired some serious ceiling damage from flooding, and did a really beautiful plaster and paint job. All of the tile work was impeccable, and Dima was very patient when I also wanted to replace every light switch, doorknob and screw along the way.I spent a long time searching for a contractor that felt right for me. I wanted a lot of control over the materials and ordering, and knew Id need a contractor who would work with me down to an extreme level of detail. Dima made all of that happen and more. I cant recommend him highly enough!

Dima was a professional, courteous, responsible, and overall fantastic contractor. He provided every detail we needed to know and answered any questions we had about what work needed to be done and what was going on, and he was very communicative and updated us throughout the entire process of the project.Dima was very timely, polite, and pleasant, and provided us with excellent work. The bathroom looked absolutely wonderful when he was done, and he paid meticulous attention to every necessary detail. He provided us with alternatives and suggestions for any issues that were encountered, and solved everything very quickly and efficiently. Dima is a very genuine and responsible contractor, and his work displays these qualities very well.

Working with Dima was a true pleasure. He was incredibly responsive, honest, and diligent. He stayed very true to his original estimate and when things went over, he explained why in very clear terms. He kept us abreast of how the work was going and made sure we understood all the decisions he made or ones that we had to make. Additionally, his craftsmanship is excellent. We are so pleased with our renovated kitchen!

Dima did an incredible job! We had tight schedule (3 days) to paint our apt while we were away and he did it with time to spare. We had specific details with different colors, one room with an 18 foot ceiling, and lots of details around door trim and baseboards. Dima and his crew were meticulous in their attention to detail, ensuring high quality work that not only changed the look of each room, but improved the quality of the existing walls. They were highly respectful of our space, carefully moved & protected the furniture and covered our floors thoroughly. All the while, Dima was super professional, kind and easy to work with, and gave us excellent advice and feedback along the way. 10/10 would hire again!

Dima was an absolute joy to work with. He took such amazing care of all my things before starting his work and made sure to cover all my furniture and appliances using quality plastic coverings and proper tape. His workmanship with repairing my damaged ceilings and walls was top-notch and head and shoulders above all the previous contractors my building had hired in the past. Moreover he is an honest man which is really hard to find these days! I definitely recommend anyone who needs repair work to use him!!!!

Dima was incredible! We had a super tight schedule of only 4 days between tenants and he was about to paint a three bedroom apartment with a huge kitchen, huge living room, all doors, moldings, windowsills, ceilings and every closet with plenty of time to let paint dry. He cleared out some blinds and window shades the old tenants left, and advised on the best way to install new ones. We had to mount a large TV on a wall with metal studs and only drywall - Dima came to help install some plywood to reinforce the install and hung the TV perfectly. Most importantly, he was highly communicative throughout and kept everyone updates on the progress of the job as it went along. 10/10 would hire again.

All the work was done fine and of supreme quality, not exceeding budget and time frame.With all my heart I recommend Dmytro because he will bring to reality all your dreams, ideas, and plans related to any kinds of work dealing with repair and reconstruction of apartment. Dmytro is an honest and reliable person. He loves his work and does it enthusiastically. The most important for him is to achieve perfect results in his work.Special mention should be made about his work of renovation of the kitchen and bathroom, fulfilled on the highest professional level.It is very easy to share any idea with him-he listens attentively, corrects and gives advice which works in the best way. He always discusses all the details, explains his next steps, and constantly keeps you informed.All the obstacles that appeared during the renovation Dmytro overcame very effectively. He is very qualified specialist in his field.In addition I have to mention that all the time of the renovation works I was 5000 miles away from New York. The apartment belongs to my daughter who is a doctor in New York. She was so busy, and I decided to take care of repair distantly. Dmytro realized my project with the great success. My daughter was very happy , she said that Dmytro is a great master of his work.When you make a contract with Dmytro just know that you get a real friend.

Dima did a great job, Id definitely hire him again. From the beginning communication was clear and responses were fast; he came out quickly to do give us an (accurate) estimate. His timelines were clear and all of my questions sent via email/text were answered quickly.The quality of his work is great. We hired him to remove some wainscoting, repair drywall, skim coat, add a baseboard, and paint. Additionally, he installed some light fixtures for us along with a pot rack in our kitchen, which required adding reinforcement in our drop ceiling.Overall, were very happy with the work and feel like the cost was very fair. Hes also a really friendly person, which always makes things better. Thanks again!

Words cannot truly express the gratitude my wife and I have for Dima and his work ethic. He not only worked around the clock to accommodate our needs in the small window of time we had to move between our old place and new, he also brought in a team to make sure the work was done right rather than rushed. To add insult to injury, I, thinking I am a professional, improperly hung up a 65in TV, the day after Dima and his team completed the renovations; suffice it to say, the TV came down with the wall. When we called Dima in complete despair, he made time to come back the very next morning, en route to his next project, to assess the damage, calm us down, and ensure that itll all be fine in the coming days. He returned again the same evening, after working the entire day, to begin restoration. He returned again the following morning and evening. In a matter of days, he tackled the steps needed to reinforce the wall with wood, then sheetrock, plaster, paint, and finally hang up the TV mount properly. We have dealt with contractors in the past, and I am sure I am not alone in saying that one must be wary, but Dima made it a pleasure to work with him. Dima, thank you, I can only hope our words will be enough for now, you will definitely be our first call in the future and will be the first to come to mind when our friends or family need not only a quality contractor but also a person.

Very professional company. The work was A+, and done in the time frame discussed. Also, it was the best estimate I received, and I reached out to 8 different contractors. I am happy to have found Dima and his crew, the project I hired them for couldnt have gone better. They always went out of the way to make sure it happened on time and on budget, even working over night. I will be hiring them for every project I have moving forward.
