I reached out to several contractors to bid on my kitchen job in Park Slope. Rob and Tom were by far the most competitively priced, honest and professional of the bunch. They are a small Mom & Pop shop, but they proved to be extremely efficient, and I can tell they truly care for their customers needs. They were always responsive when I had questions, and were flexible when we wanted to add additional things to the project (out of the scope of what we initially planned). My wife and I are so happy with the way out renovation came out and cant thank DPR enough for the great work! Its hard to find good contractors these days, but I can confidently say that we made the right decision in going with DPR. Honest guys, great work, awesome customer service... Look no further.

We have used Ditmas Park Renovations for several projects in our house for several years now. Thomas and Rob have helped us with small projects such as painting and repairing walls as well as larger projects such as rebuilding the back porch, updating the kitchen and updating 2 bathrooms. Every time they do a great job and we are very pleased with them. And the prices are resonable. Thats why we always call them and will continue to work with them.

Our company just did a project with Ditmas Park Renovations as the lead and it was the first time where everything was organized and straightforward.They connected us with the homeowner perfectly; allowing us to work specifically on certain atheistic options that they are involved with but also let us work without interruption when we needed it. They also made sure we were updated on any changes are really made the whole project a breeze for all the subcontractors and the homeowner for sure.They will make waves in Brooklyn!

Thomas and his crew were professional and friendly. The work was spot on. Our apartment looks beautiful! They did everything to our exact specifications and answered all of our many questions beforehand. It took a little longer than we were quoted, but it was during the pandemic, so that is understandable. We plan to use them again in the future.

I have used Ditmas Park Renovations three times, once for a house in Brookly, twice for my fathers house in Long Island. They are thorough, timely, professional, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them highly for any painting and structural repairs.

Our house has a yankee gutters, which are not familiar to most residential roofers. Other roofers couldnt repair our gutters because they didnt know enough about them to do the job. We used this roofer twice. Both times they were able to immediately identify the problem and repair them quickly. They are difficult to reach because they are probably very busy. That makes sense to me because they are very professional and do outstanding work. I cant imagine anyone being unsatisfied with them.

Ive had both small and medium size jobs done by DPR. Theyve always priced out the job very fairly and done the work in a timely and professional manner. Its great to have a rapport with someone who is not to busy to do a small job when it comes up. Great guys with a can do attitude.
