Zani Construction is 100% dedicated to customer satisfaction. Their commitment to quality and customer support was impressive throughout the entire process from inception until all the little details at the end. Every concern or question I had was addressed and responded to promptly and professionally. I can be very demanding but it was never a problem for Landi and his team. The attention to detail and skill are evident in their work. What’s more, the pride they take in doing a job with excellence is admirable and not easy to find these days. So thankful I found them and can’t recommend enough.

Zani construction came to us as a recommendation. We were very happy with the work (pics show before and after). Landi and his crew remodeled both our bathrooms, turning one of them from a half to a full. They upgraded our power, installed a washer/dryer, painted, spackled, installed new doors. When he was done it looked like our place was brand new. Landi is a perfectionist and he wants everything to be perfect, which is what you want from a contractor. He’s fun and easy to work with as well. He really went above and beyond with what we asked. We have already booked him back to replace our radiators, which he did in our master bedroom, I forgot to mention that. This guy does everything. We are also going to have him do our kitchen soon. He’s the best and I really wouldn’t work with anyone else. I highly recommend him! Book him, you won’t be sorry.

We had a great experience working with Zani Construction for our Park Slope apartment renovation. My husband and I had purchased a co-op apartment that required a new kitchen, bathroom and electrical. We also had a major project to convert an existing a window into a doorway to access our backyard. It is our first home and was our first renovation. We would have been very overwhelmed if we didnt have a contractor like Landi.Landi took the time to explain the choices we had at every decision point and patiently answered our questions about what the nuances of each option were during the entire renovation. When we shared how much we loved the original 19th century details in our home, Landi took extra measures to ensure we didnt have to sacrifice those details in order to make the apartment into our dream home.The highlight of the work was our floors and tiles. The crew was meticulous when it came to laying down our dining rooms herringbone floor and bathrooms subway tile walls. I still impressed every time I see them.Converting the window into a doorway to access our backyard was equally as impressive. We were especially nervous about this task because the building is landmarked, but Landi and his crew were able to complete this with ease to the standards of the department. He was even able to save the original oak window frame casing which other contractors insisted we would never be able to save.Zani Construction is professional, communicative and knowledgable and we would recommend them to anyone who is renovating a place they love.

Its been such a pleasure working with Zani Construction on our apt renovation project. From the start, Landi was quick to respond and set up a meeting with me to view our new space. It is a 1.5 bedroom apt. in a pre war building in Brooklyn that was a fixer upper. I was apprehensive about all the work needed, but Landi walked through the space and quickly put me at ease. Throughout this project (and part of why we went with Zani Construction after talking with 4 contractors), he has been incredibly responsive, gives important advice when needed, listens carefully, and is a quick problem solver with a can do attitude towards the client. We received helpful photos and updates as the job progressed and were consulted whenever a question came up. Importantly, Landi is also able to interact well with building staff in order to get the job done. His team is incredibly hardworking, generous, and detail oriented. The project is 95% complete as I write this and I cannot thank the guys enough for the beautiful, quality transformation of our new home. From reconstructing walls to a kitchen and bath buildout to detailed finish work and trouble shooting, the job has been top notch and surprisingly less stressful than I imagined - and I attribute this to the teams professionalism and experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Landi and his crew for renovation projects big and small and cannot thank them enough for exceeding our expectations and making the process such a positive experience.

Zani Construction is an absolute class act. Having used many contractors, it is refreshing. Always there when they say they’ll be, pricing is fair, and work is stellar. He helped us build out an industrial space with enclosed and tiled offices that came out amazing. Not every firm can handle a big project like this, but they knocked it out of the park.

Landi and his crew replaced the hardwood flooring in our LES apartment. They also replaced our bathroom vanity and did some patchwork from a previous job around the apartment.Our experience working with Landi was great. They were fast, efficient and good at their work. Landi and his team are the best! They have re-finished our floors, replaced a marble countertop, installed light fixtures and heaters and done substantial electrical work. Landi provides helpful suggestions along the way and works with you to find the most practical solutions to meet your needs. His team was always respectful of our space (especially important as we work from home) and did a fantastic job overall.

I hired Landi to do a bathroom one of my units in the West Village. He was the first contractor to call & come give a quote and was pleasant to talk to. I hired him shortly after. Throughout this gut remodel of the bathroom he was attentive, flex-able, reasonable and easy to work with throughout the entire project. His crew pays attention to detail, works diligently and works around any problems that arise. I would HIGHLY recommend getting a quote from Landi if you want your project done correctly.

Working with Landi and his crew was great! They replaced all our downstairs floor, repainted the whole house, and installed our kitchen and appliances + lighting. They were super on time and problem solving oriented and always figured it all out. We will definitely work with them again!
