I am absolutely thrilled with my bathroom remodel, and I can’t say enough good things about the entire process. My previous bathroom had a bathtub, which I didn’t enjoy at all since I mostly take showers, and I would often hit my legs and get bruises. I also wanted to add a washer and dryer combo, but I still wanted to keep my dishwasher. I was struggling to find a company that could bring my vision to life, but then I found Impressive Restoration, and they exceeded all my expectations.Leo, the project manager, was fantastic from start to finish. He was so kind and attentive, and he really took the time to explain every step of the process. I felt informed and confident the entire time. One of the most challenging aspects was picking out the perfect tiles, but Leo took the reins on this and found a beautiful tile that matched everything perfectly. He really did an amazing job in making sure everything fit my style.The new layout is perfect! I have plenty of room for the washer/dryer combo and still have space for my dishwasher. The whole remodel feels fresh, modern, and functional – exactly what I wanted.If I ever decide to remodel any other part of my home, I will definitely choose Impressive Restoration again. Leo and his team are true professionals, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service!

Impressive Restoration did an Incredible and Amazing job with my bathroom.. Leo and his A team are experienced and does excellent work..I always wanted a new bathroom and it turned to be the Best one ever.. It met my expectations! I highly recommend Impressive Restoration.. Our building was built in 1910 and has seen its fair share of contractors. In the past contractors almost seemed like salesmen there to sell you on a price and a promise. They would guarantee good work but then would disappear as the project was ultimately completed by their hires without check.I knew Leo was different the first time we met when he said he loved what he does and that he took pride in his work. He proved himself time and time again throughout our complete bathroom reno, showing up in person himself to talk through his team, to check on progress , to handle things himself. He truly cared about doing our project well.We could not be happier with how our bathroom turned out. Leo will be our contractor for any future projects we have as long as he’ll take us!

Leo and his team were phenomenal! A before and after of our foyer and some additional after photos of the hallway and our two bedroom apartment. Leo and his team patched, primed, and painted our unit and the communal hallways of our building. He was communicative, prompt, affordable, and went above and beyond to finish the work over a weekend in time to stage the apartment. Leo and his team kindly even dispatched of a massive dresser that was stuck in our apartment and a team of four movers had been unable to remove! They went so far as to repaint all of our closet ceilings and our boiler room as well. It’s clear that Leo’s skill set goes far beyond painting and patching, and I would employ his services for any contracting needs in the future. He’s a skilled craftsperson who clearly takes pride in his work and doesn’t cut corners - we feel lucky to have found someone who is so capable to go to with our home fixes and projects. Can’t recommend highly enough!!

In May of 2023, my husband and I hired Leo to remodel our bathroom, redo our master bedroom closets, fill surface level cracks in our foundation, and install wood laminate flooring on our entire second floor. We just purchased our first home, and Leo was aware of how new we were to working with contractors. Not only did he do a phenomenal job at a fair price, but he also went far above our expectations by fixing little things as he saw fit free of charge. For example, after he demo’d our bathroom, he found a small hole in our roof that he immediately notified us of and filled the gap. While he was up there, he even secured a few of our shingles that were loose. When filling the gaps in our foundation, he also gave it a fresh coat of paint free of charge. My favorite part of working with Leo was how transparent he was, how quickly he responded to any questions we had, & how he sent progress picture & video updates every step of the way. We would definitely recommend him to anyone, & look forward to working with him again with our future household requests. (Before and after photos of our bathroom)Updated Review: On 6/21/24, we hired Leo again for miscellaneous house fixes including adding a railing to our stairway, replacing our exterior basement door with a waterproof one, and small plumbing changes. He executed all the changes in one day and problem-solved quickly on the job. Happy to report it has rained several times since, and there hasn’t been any flooding inside. Leo’s always a pleasure to work with for a reasonable price. Can’t thank him enough!

Leo and his team are fantastic! I’m meticulous and price conscious. I’ve renovated a historic townhouse and worked with many contractors. Impressive Restoration is among the best. Leo offered a very competitive quote for two different projects - replacing a kitchen floor and house painting. His team showed up on time and finished the work before expected. They pay attention to details, fix problems without increasing their price, clean up beautifully and ensured the jobs were done to my satisfaction. I will contact Impressive Restoration for further projects first, without question.

Leo was amazing! I hired Impressive Restoration to paint my 2 bedroom apartment. He responded quickly to my questions and even came out to help me touch up after I moved in because moving accidents.The apartments dry wall was also in bad condition due to the previous owner negligence. Leo and his guys repaired the walls pretty well, so much so that I forgot the damages existed.I definitely recommend him, and his guys. They were professional, very detailed and extremely clean.

The whole experience was excellent. My house was in a dire need of a paint job. Its 90 years old and probably wasnt painted in over 20 years. First, Leo is a perfectionist and treats the job like its his own house. I cant think of anything better to say about a contractor. He and his crew were punctual, polite, and always in good spirit. At the completion of the job, Leo and I did an inspection and the house looked spectacular and the area was spotless of debris. My wife and I are very pleased with the results!

This company came highly recommended to me by a very close find of mine. They repaired a leak in my roof that was coming from a faulty vent pipe seal. They also cleaned and installed quality gutter guards on my two story home.They did an amazing job at a fair price.I also want to ad that I wish knew about Leo few years ago because they do the right job the first time for their customers.I recommend Impressive Restorations to my daughter and son-in-law and they did a flawless job at their home as well.Highly recommend!

Leo was very easy to communicate with. Although his quote was the highest one I received for painting my gate, he offered to fix it as well; it never closed. He also is licensed and insured. He then added value by offering to paint my cellar door at no extra labor cost. Unfortunately the paint store I visited was busy and unhelpful, and I ended up with the wrong shade of paint. Here again, Leo was generous and understanding and offered to send someone out to repaint it. He did so in a timely manner. Both workers were hardworking and respectful and cleaned up after well. The pictures show before and after the job, which turned out well.

I was nervous about drilling through my building wall but they did a great job with the project. They are very organized, have great skills, work fast and are super nice & easy to work with. Amazing job! Leo and his team at Impressive Restoration are top notch . It’s hard to find a great contractor, let alone one to show up or even call back. Excellent communication and was always on the job. He does meticulous work and I never felt like they were rushing through day. They did such an amazing job installing our cedar shingles above my bay windows, so much so, that we decided not to wait and had them replace the entire roof including the gutters and leaf guards. We also added 2 gorgeous skylights at his recommendation. Love the amount of natural light in the rooms now! And the quality supplies and products they used are NOT your typical Lowe’s and Home Depot standard stuff. And at a great price. Already went ahead and scheduled the replacement and add-on deck this fall. 100% recommend! Would give this company 10 stars if I could!

Impressive Restorarion is Highly Recommend!! Leo came to my home for an estimate for a roof replacement and installation. Explained all my options and explained everything that needed to be done in detail. They started the job bright and early and finished everything in a short time span. After the job was completed his workers cleaned up all debris and left my yard spotless. Beautiful work, will definitely use again in the future.
