The guys at Pelham are the absolute best. You can tell they have a lot of experience. The work they did was efficient and clean at a reasonable cost. -

They did an excellent job replacing an old malfunctioning Floodgate automatic backwater valve. My basement got flooded the night of Hurricane Ida because of sewage backing up. Previous owners had installed a Floodgate, which wasnt maintained properly by subsequent owners. They managed to source the Floodgate at a time when they were scarce. Fran and his assistant did a great job. Their price was very reasonable. -

These guys are great. Quick and seamless to schedule a visit. They fit us in on a busy day, and got the job done quick and clean. They were super courteous and pleasant to have in the apt. Even cleaned up after themselves. Dont hesitate. -
