I hired Mike a few months ago to install a new hot water heater for my mom, and I couldnt be more pleased with the results. The heater is working perfectly, and my mom hasnt had any issues since the installation. Mikes communication was excellent from start to finish—he was always prompt, kept us informed, and made sure everything was done carefully. I highly recommend Mike for any plumbing needs. I reached out to Fenix based on reviews through Angis for a back pitch sewer problem. Mike came and assessed the situation and from the start came up with the best solution i had gotten, so inhired him. Discovered a boulder was sitting on the pipes for the past 100+ years. The job grew and he replaced the entire drain pipe under my house. His team worked quickly and did a beautiful job. Cleaned up so efficiently and saved me a lot of money and trouble. As a single woman I felt very comfortable with his team, they were very respectful and kind. I cant say enough good things about them. Believe all the reviews.

Let me start by saying a big thank you, called them on November 5th 2024 for a vanity cabinet and a bathroom sink, since the old tenant moved out. They were precise with their timing and communication, they cleaned the area after they were done and went of their way to get it done, cant beat their prices, thank you again and will be doing business in the future again.

Excellent experience with FenixMy hot water heater had a leak. The plumbers I usually call werent available so I tried another and was basically scammed. I called Fenix for a quote and was given an entirely reasonable price and Mike was able to get to me quickly. Mike and his team were personable and professional. Fenix is the BEST plumbing service I have ever used. I had a leak in my shower for two years that half a dozen other plumbers couldn’t locate or repair. They gave me quotes in the tens of thousands to rip out the shower and fully replace it. I called Mike, and 2 hours later he had come to my home, identified the source of the leak, and scheduled a time to come fix it. A week later I have a fully functional shower and couldn’t be happier.Mike and his team are highly skilled, knowledgeable and courteous. Their technical expertise is matched by their aesthetic sensibility. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone, especially if you have a problem other have told you can’t be fixed.

Had a leaky kitchen faucet going on a few months and didnt want to go into the winter with the drip-drip.One plumber was scheduled to come look at it the day before,waited an hour and he never showed up.Roto-Rooter is way too expensive and after looking at the reviews I called Fenix Plumbing that evening.Mike was professional and said they can come look at it in the morning.Both technicians arrived at 9am on the dot,inspected the leaky faucet and like surgeons was able to fix the problem under thirty minutes.They are reasonably priced especially in these trying times with finances extremely tight.They will be our go to guys for future issues or upgrades!

I had a huge broken pipe in the basement- the drain stack and house drain. It was really bad! But Mike came, evaluated the situation and repaired it the next day. It was a huge job and Mike was able to resolve the problem. He and his team are the best! He put my mind at ease knowing that the problem was fixed. He used quality materials. He gave options and he was very professional, courteous, knowledgable and compassionate! He even found a smaller leak that we didnt know about and fixed it too! I’ve relied on Mike now for several fixes, relating to toilet/plumbing and potential sewage pipe issues. He most recently replaced a cracked toilet. First, Mike responds quickly by phone and then in person. Second, he accurately diagnoses the problem. And third, he resolves the problem. Other contractors I’ve worked with have screwed up either the second (diagnosis) or third (resolution), and Mike has gotten both right two times now for me. This man is a life saver, and he cares. Mike and his team at Fenix were great. I had an emergency on a Sunday due to leak in ceiling from unknown issues with bathroom pipes above. Mike showed up personally within a half hour and then spent necessary time to accurately diagnose the origin of the problem, taking time to explain the situation and different options for repair. Mike and his team (Elvis and Alvin?) made excellent quality repairs in short time at a very reasonable cost - all while I was still waiting for other plumbers to call me back. Mike and his team were friendly and meticulous in repairs and left the bathroom cleaned up after all work was done. Highly recommend Mike and his team for any project.
