Lucian, a plumber from All Plumbing Solutions is an honest man of his word. Today I requested Lucian’s assistance because I was frustrated with Sears/Costco’s shenanigans regarding the delivery of a new refrigerator last Tuesday which was not installed and the old refrigerator was not hauled away. Unfortunately Sears/Costco delivery men arrived before Lucian’s arrival to my residence. Lucian still came to my residence and assisted with turning water on through the refrigerator’s water line. He stood by to ensure all was good. I’m grateful to Lucian who could’ve easily terminated his trip to my residence. I have a very old house with a shallow crawl space under the kitchen. The drain pipe from sink to the sewer line was leaking and had to be replaced. The first plumber I called told me he had to take out cabinets and counters and probably they would be damaged. Fortunately I contacted All Plumbing Solutions and they were able to handle the problem without moving or damaging the cabinets by cutting through the bottom of the cabinet. UPDATE: My hot water heater died and started leaking. I called Lucian the morning and by early evening, he’d bought me a new heater and arrived to install it. He is super responsive and always checks in after the call to make sure things are working. We’re so fortunate to have a reliable plumber in our neighborhood. His work is excellent and his prices are exceptionally fair. Since my first repair, which I reviewed below, he’s also run a water line to my freezer’s ice maker. I can’t recommend him enough.I called Lucian at 9am, he was at my house by 11am for an estimate, got supplies and a new toilet, and was done with the work before 3:30pm. I tried to DIY a bathroom faucet replacement, but could not reconnect the waste drain, so I decided to throw in the towel and call a professional. I also had him replace an old toilet while he was at it. The work was done quickly and he guaranteed it for as long as hes alive. I highly recommend All Plumbing Solutions. Also, he followed up with me later in the week to make sure everything was still in good order—great customer service and a good way to build a loyal customer base.

I was having problems with the pilot light for my hot water heater. Lucian was able to come late at night to check it. He was able to fix it but said I would potentially have problems going forward. A few months later it went out again and the entire hot water heater needed to be replace. He came on Saturday to check it again and he recommended to replace the tank. He came back the next day on a Sunday to replace my 75 gallon tank with an AO Smith Tank. He recommended spending the extra money on an AO Smith tank and not on the cheap ones from Home Depot. It came with a 10 year warranty instead of a 5 year one from Home Depot. As long as I own a house, Lucian will be person to service my hot water heater and my boiler. His prices are super reasonable and is highly recommended. You will be very happy.

Called company at 11:30 PM , Lucian was on site 14 minutes later. VERY RESPONSIVE VERY FAST, 24/7 is for real. Specially if you have NO HEAT. I have Will McLean Boiler was short Cycling out not following thermostat temp. Lucian found the mistake right away (5/10 mins) . Troubleshoot the whole boiler from the backpitch to the restar sensor and the damper. He figured out what was wrong and provided useful instruction on how to maintain boiler and avoid future potential hazards. Problem was fixed right away , will definitely recommend 10/10 and will be using for future projects.

The plumber did an awesome job fixing the leak behind my bathroom wall. He arrived on time and explained the work process to me where I understood and felt confident that I would resolved my plumbing issue. After he completed the job, he discarded the trash pipes and clean the bathroom very efficient. I ran the water in the shower, toilet and sink to if there were any leak and I was pleased to see no water leaking out of the pipes. Then he clean sink faucet and tighten up the valve under the sink to prevent low water pressure and leak. Equally important he gave me an invoice that listed the price of the work and gave me a lifetime warranty on the work. I recommend All Plumbing Solutions to anyone who has a plumbing problem. I have never come across a plumber that declined more than what he quoted for the job. I had to actually pressure Lucian to accept more than what he quoted for the job as I was very happy with his work. An excellent guy that went above and beyond his scope of work. Which was supposed to be a 2 hours job became a 7 hours job. He honored the quote he gave me even though it took him a lot longer than anticipated once he opened my bathroom wall.I was supposed to pay for the materials and he would provide labor for the plumbing and tiles work. I only had to pay for the shower body and the tiles. Although it was a lot more involved (i.e. the waterproof wall and the copper pipes which was expensive), he didnt charge me any extra. Even when I changed my mind for the location of the hand held shower and the height of the main shower, which got him to work a lot more than anticipated, he was very accommodating and never complained. He made sure that the work is done properly and my family is relieved that the work is done the right way.He cleaned up after the work to the point that I had to do minimal cleaning before using it. He even called the next day (even after I paid him in full and extra because I appreciated his hard work) to make sure that I was happy with the outcome. I would absolutely give him the first priority when it comes to plumbing. Thanks Lucian. You are the best.
