Bronx Plumbing provides excellent service at a fair price. On Saturday morning, I awoke to the reality that my leaking hot water heater necessitated immediate replacement. After getting a couple of estimates, I decided to go with Bronx Plumbing. It didnt look like the electric hookups would work in the photographs I received, and I really wanted to obtain a specific higher-model water heater because of the longer guarantee. When Eugene from Bronx Plumbing showed up the same day to take a look, he was convinced that there would be enough room for both tanks. The plumber cared that I was satisfied with my water heater and that I received my moneys worth. As a result, he left again to acquire a new water heater and returned later that day to expertly set it up. Fantastic value, excellent service, and a pleasant experience overall. The young man that dropped by my residence was kind and nice. He looked into the issue that the sink next to the washer was having with water filling up and draining backwards. He described the problem in detail and gave an estimate for the cost of correcting it. I was pleased with the quote and how quickly he fixed the issue, especially after learning that a neighbor of mine had recently encountered the same issue and had been paid far more by a different company. Ive previously given Bronx Plumber a friends recommendation, and if I ever want plumbing services again, I intend to hire them once again.

In the morning of Monday, my water heater started leaking about 3:30. I tried to reach the owner. I gave him my water heater specs. Adrian and his colleagues delivered a replacement to my house at 8:30. I had hot water again at 10. Across several jobs, theyve always delivered. Ive also told many friends and neighbors about them. All consumers are happy.

Our sanitary sewage drain was video scoped by Drainmaster, Inc. While the camera traveled through the 100 feet of drain line, the service representative did a good job of explaining what he saw. I thought it was very professional and the correct thing to do that they rescheduled the scope after they were unable to deliver us the footage of this service. The second salesperson did a fantastic job of describing the situation and outlining potential solutions, and this time we got the video! Yay! ASAP Plumber Bronx have no reservations about recommending them, and we will definitely keep them on speed dial in case we ever need a plumber again.
