Called Greg today because I woke up to water coming out from behind my cabinets. He came quickly and was able to turn the water off before the apartment was flooded. He then removed my entire kitchen, replaced the radiator line and put everything back with minimal damage to the wall and no issues with my appliances. It was such a breeze dealing with this company that within a couple hours it looked like nothing even happened. I am so grateful for the prompt response! Thank you for all of your help today!

I explained to him my plumbing issue and he arrived at my home the same day within an hour. Fixed the problem at a reasonable cost. I had an awesome experience with them, definitely recommend to anyone looking for a professional & honest plumber that comes with decades of experiences. I called them for slow draining in the kitchen sink, they showed up the next day on time! They not only unclogged the pipe but also went extra beyond with diagnosing the main root cause which is that the pipes were not set up properly by the general contractor who renovated my house last year! So they spent the rest of their day reinstalling the water pipes for me! Super satisfied with their services.

Used him because of his 4.9 rating and he was near me. Hot water tank died and leaked all over my basement. Greg was very knowledgeable, gave me many options and was extremely honest with everything. He also respects the work area not to break or markup anything around. Came out on a Sunday and looked all over for a 75 gallon tank. Finally found one, delivered it and was done with the installation by 3pm. Will definitely use him again!

I highly recommend Greg Plumbing.I seldom write reviews, but my experience with this company exceeded my expectations that I had to write one. For months now, I have been struggling to fix a slow drain in my sink. I felt like I tried every type of drain cleaner product that’s out there, and I would immediately see improvement but they don’t fix the problem. Eventually, the drain would get slower again.I found Greg Plumbing on Yelp. From the moment I spoke to Greg over the phone, I felt comforted with hope that the plumbing problem of my tenants would be solved which was a clogged bathroom tub and bathroom sink drain. He spoke very professionally and with an assuring tone. He was very punctual. I explained the issues which were occurring. It was a very challenging job which required a partial breaking of the wall and part of the floor of the basement bathroom in my home. He worked extremely hard in all aspects of the labor involved. This proved to be very comforting as he explained to me the workings of the pipes and the problem at hand. There was no time wasted. A different plumber that we called before wanted to charge us a very hefty charge, but Gregs proposal was very reasonable and very fair. And the previous plumber wouldnt do further work after he knew that the problem was under the floor and behind the bathroom walls. The results of Gregs work were awesome. He fixed and replaced old worn out and clogged pipes that were underneath the bathroom floor and partially behind the wall. And he cemented the floor area which had to be broken to do the job-all in the same day. We were extremely satisfied with Greg Plumbing. He assured us that the work was very high quality with a reasonable guarantee and he tested all the work he had done to every minute detail to further assure us. The tenant was very relieved after not being able to utilize the shower and bathroom sink because of the clogged drains; she and her family were now very happy that the bathtub and sink drain were now working properly thanks to the Greg Plumbing company. We were told that this job would be very tough by other plumbing companies, but Greg handled the challenge wonderfully and relieved us of this plaguing issue; all in one days work. We would recommend the Greg Plumbing company to anyone who would like a very reliable; friendly; honest and diligent person to handle their plumbing needs in their home.

EXCELLENT PLUMBER! EVEN BETTER THE SECOND TIME AROUND!I needed a toilet and bidet that I purchased from Lowes installed in my bathroom. I paid Lowes to have a contractor come to my apartment and take some measurements before they would arrange for a plumber to install my new toilet. Lowes called a few days later and said that they could not do the installation because my water valves were too old and they were afraid of flooding - which I knew was a bunch of nonsense.Then I remembered Greg, who fixed a leak for me a couple of years back. After calling him, and a couple of other plumbers, I decided to go with him because he gave me the best quote and I was happy with his work the first time that he helped me. He showed up on time, and he even took off his boots before coming into my apartment. He was courteous and professional. And I could not be happier with the results. This morning I woke up to my toilet basin being completely cracked and unusable. I had to replace the toilet and do it fast. Given supply chain issues, and MY inexpertise, I needed to rely on a plumber to not only do the installation, but to obtain the proper hardware and equipment for the job. I don’t ever write reviews, so I’m going to explain how this company so far passed my expectations that I had to come here and tell someone. I called Greg plumbing to fix my tub when it was clogged and to fix a poorly installed shower (spindle?). The plumber came at the exact time he told me he was going to be there and patiently waited for me to arrive home an hour late. Dealing with an old house I’m well acquainted with plumbers in the neighborhood, they never come by the time they tell you so I always just wait for the call throughout the day. There are so many small things that past plumbers said they couldn’t fix for various reasons mainly out of inconvenience for them. So when this man came I watched him little by little fix anything that got in his way. I had a valve that I was told couldn’t be shut off due to rusting which wasn’t true. With in minutes he had shut off the water to my bathroom with out depriving the whole household of water while he worked. While checking this valve he fixed my kitchen sick that another plumber had installed that was still leaking and I couldn’t get him to return. In a matter of a few hours he fixed every issue I had been putting up with for years. Not only did he fix everything but he stopped and explained everything he was doing, how it was going to work and how I can fix small things myself so that I wouldn’t have to spend money on plumbers for quick fixes. I was so impressed that I had to bring him to the second level of the house to see if he could fix a “small” leak in the upstairs bathroom that over years caused water damage on the ceiling. As it turned out we couldn’t see the extent of the damage, the water line had rusted out and it was more than a little drain leak. But the water was sitting behind layers and layers of planks of wood, insulation and plaster. Once he cut open the ceiling and got through the layers, water just poured out. He then replaced the pipe and the shower drain (we asked for a new drain since we had the ceiling open and it was old). After all of that, he cleaned up everything, wrapped up the holes in the ceiling and even gave us the number for someone to put the ceiling back. All in all, we got lucky. After so many shady plumbers who do the bare minimum I found this company who went above and beyond for the same prices I had paid in the past. Not to mention this is the first time I heard that I have a one year guarantee on the work done. From the quality of work done, I don’t think I’ll need it!

I had a kitchen remodeled last January 2022. The person that installed the cabinets made a mistake with the plumbing and cut all heat off in the apartment. I haven’t had heat in there for 9 months! Several plumbers tried to find the problem but had no idea. I was so discouraged and upset. Greg came and examined the surrounding pipes, and immediately diagnosed the problem and where it was located. He said that he would have to remove the new cabinets and new stone countertop. I was so nervous and concerned about the stone and cabinets possibly being damaged in the process. Not to mention so worried if he would be able to find the problem behind the wall! He came today with another gentleman. The work that they both did in my home was “Nothing short of a Miracle!!!” Removed everything and put it back with No Damage! Found a pipe that was installed “Backwards” replaced the pipes and Restored my Heat!!!! Took only 4 hours! Greg is Always right on time, reasonably priced, and Very Honest!!! I would highly recommend him!! I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!!
