The crew was professional and I am satisfied with the work. I will use your company again and recommend you to others.The only reason I didnt give you a great rating was because no support was provided for the horizontally mounted expansion tank. I am an HVAC tech, so I installed the threaded rod and super strut to support the expansion tank.

Don White for years has been great with handling all of my restaurants boiler need’s expeditiously. Most of the technicians that come out are knowledgeable and effective.However the last tech that came out to Cookshop to do the PM was unfamiliar with out system, seemed confused and not sure that he did an appropriate PM.

Omnia does both my monthly sprinkler inspection and 5 year gas inspection. I will always turn to them first if I have a problem with my home as they seem to cover many areas of service. Communication is key for me - I never have to worry about a non response, late response or any attempt to be taken for a ride. It is difficult to find not only a good company to handle the things we need handled - but a trustworthy company as well. Omnia fits both bills and the people that they send out are very polite. Keep up the good work.Update 8/13/24.- We contracted Omnia to do our annual boiler inspection. The inspector was informative, thorough and polite. Omnia filed our boiler inspection with the city within a few days after the inspection.

The service was excellent. However, I dont understand why 2 plumbers were sent to fix a simple problem that was fixed in about a half hour, give or take. The charge was $667 dollars. I would have preferred that you just sent one plumber, and charged me half of the above amount.

Omnia recently installed new heating baseboard and control valves for safety in my small building. The heating technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and had excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They were also very neat. They protected the work area before they began and cleaned up after they were finished. They tested their work and ensured the heating system was operating properly before leaving. Their senior technician - Rafael - is one of the best in the business. Because of the excellent work he has done for me in the past - I waited until he was available to do my most recent job. The new white runtal baseboards Omnia installed are attractive and increased the output of heat for an apartment that was always on the “cooler” side. My advice to those who are renovating older homes or apartments – If you do not upgrade the heating system with new attractive and properly functioning baseboard – the home or apartment will still look outdated. In addition, I asked Rafael to install the heating units high enough to provide sufficient room for base molding. I could not be happier with the finished product. The new baseboard is sleek and changed the look of the entire apartment! I plan to use Omnia for future work. They do high quality work at a fair price. They also do it right the first time.

This particular job was to repair the main water service to the building. The technicians assured me that the job would be completed and they would not leave before completion ,regardless of how long it would take.As always the service was prompt and professional. We Purchased a New Pump Systems and we also have had Sewage Pumps, Water Pumps repaired. I very satisfied with the professional work they have given to me. They can go out and spec the pumps you need or you can bring it to them and have them repaired. I use them every time I need a new or repaired pump. I do recommend them to other customers.

Sanitary Plumbing provided a complete new under slab sanitary and stormwater system to accommodate the excavated lower level of a 5 story Gramery townhome including all new domestic water distribution, three full and two half bathrooms, Waterworks and Toto fixtures throughout, with all new waste laterals, multi level hydronic fin tube heating convectors as well as a structural Warmboard under floor heating system with manifold. Sanitary Plumbing installed a complete two boiler LAARS direct vent heating and domestic water system and provided complete coordination for new Con Ed gas service from the street. It would be impossible for the installation team to be more prepared or more professional.

Ive been working with Omnia Mechanical Group, mainly with Calrary Boiler and Sanitary Plumbing, since 2010s to today, they repaired and maintained our old boiler, then in 2015 installed a new boiler for our building. They replaced a section of main sewer line, installed gas supply pipe throughout the building and to all newly renovated condo. apartments. The team has an engineer and very strong and competent plumbers, work very efficiently and keep the site very clean. The most reliable!
