My journey began with a notice from DOB regarding a gas line inspection due every 4 years on a property owned by me (a vacant lot with a storage facility I use to house my vehicle -- no gas or other utility connection at the site). This was needed to be completed within 3 weeks of receipt. I contacted JTG and their staff was extremely helpful and professional. The inspection and certificate filing was completed with time to spare. I would highly recommend this company.

I have a small multiple dwelling and I needed to comply with NYC Local Law 152, gas line inspection. Unfortunately I waited until December to find a plumber to do it. JTG Master Plumbing had the lowest cost but was booked up until February. JTG said it was not a problem, they would file for an extension for me and get to me as soon as possible. True to their word they promptly filed the extension and completed the inspection and filed the report with the NYC Buildings Department by the third week in January. They are very well organized and kept me informed of their progress all the way. Very professional, I am very satisfied with their service and I highly recommend them.

Needed to have my gas line/system inspected according to the Local Law 152 and found them on Reddit. Gave them a call and they scheduled an appointment to come over. A week or so later an inspector came and did the inspection. Took approximately 30+ minutes. Inspector told me a few things and said they’ll get back to me. Got email from them later in the day and found out that I failed the test. Apparently one of my pipes didn’t have enough support hangers and I needed to correct that.Long story short, I had a plumber come and remedied the problem. Took pics of the support hangers and emailed them to JTG. They replied same day and started the process of submitting to the city.Very happy with the service and glad they brought to my attention the danger of not having enough support for the gas lines. They also will remind me of the next mandatory inspection in 4 years. Oh, the price is the best out there.
