Alex, Eric and the plumbing team were great. They dispatched a team when I had a leak I couldnt stop and then professionally evaluated and repairs the issue with the steam heat system (black piping in photos plus two components pictured on boiler).I reccommend them to anyone who needs work done on a steam boiler system.

These guys are awesome! Needed a hot water heater in a hurry and they were fantastic at communicating and making it happen and they get the job done right with excellent service and people. I highly recommend for any small business to use these guys! Weve tried many plumbers until we finally found Evergreen and have finally stopped dealing with getting long wait times and over priced invoices.

I had an issue with my shower drain clogging up. It got to the point where it became a dire emergency. Called Evergreen’s after hours call center and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received a response. Alex called me back within minutes and dispatched a crew that arrived in under an hour! The men were very professional, clean, courteous, and took great care protecting my apartment before bringing in their heavy duty snake machine to address the tub stoppage. They cleared my stoppage and had my drain line good as new in less than an hour. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a 24/7 emergency plumber. Will definitely use again if I have an issue.

Called Evergreen Mechanical for repair of my water filter system that was leaking. Plumber arrived on time, was clean and neat and explained everything. The leak was fixed and cartridges were replaced. Cleaned up nicely as well. Will definitely use them again if needed.

I had an emergency with a recurring toilet stoppage in my home. I was able to clear it once myself, but moments later it immediately backed up and started overflowing. My bathroom was flooded with brown water! In a panic, I called Evergreen Mechanical as I was afraid of damaging my apartment and the apartment below me. Alex sent a snaking crew and within the hour had men at my apartment. They removed my toilet, ran a snake machine through the line, and cleared my blockage. They even stayed around and tested the toilet for good measure. Very satisfied with the swift, professional service provided. Lastly, they gave me this awesome free hat! Highly recommend!!!

We just started up our boiler for the first time this season only to discover that it wasn’t maintaining temperature! Anxious that we were going to be stuck without heat as the cold weather approaches, we decided to call Evergreen Mechanical. Within an hour after speaking with Alex, he had a boiler technician at my front door ready to troubleshoot my unit. The tech was kind, courteous, very knowledgeable, and was able to surmise with relative ease that the thermocouple on my boiler needed to be replaced. Lucky for me, he had the part already stocked on his truck. All in all the job only took a few hours. They even stuck around to do some boiler education (do’s and dont’s when turning on your boiler for the season). Thoroughly pleased with the service provided by Evergreen. Would gladly use them again if the need arises.

“EMERGENCY NO HOT WATER! I woke up one morning to discover the faucets and shower heads in my house were not producing hot water. In desperate need of a warm shower, I called Evergreen Mechanical to get someone out to my house right away and assess the issue. After quickly concluding that my hot water heater was shot, the technician placed the order and was back in no time with a replacement. He was knowledgeable, thorough, considerate, and most importantly, replaced my heater just in time to enjoy a warm shower before bed. Very impressed with Evergreen Mechanical – they handled the task with ease and looked good doing it. Highly recommend for all plumbing, heating, and fire protection needs.”

I had a clogged drain that caused flooding in my basement. Evergreen sent a plumber @ 9am sharp. The gentlemen was on time, well dressed, and very professional. Not only did he clear the clog, he also made me aware of a major issue that I can have in the near future. Overall, Evergreens response time was quick, they didnt make a mess, and my issue was fixed at a fair price. Ill definitely use them again.
