    They are my go to when I have a clogged drain or perform drain maintenance. The staff are very nice people and my technician Steve who services my area is great. No clog is too big, Steve has unclogged the most stubborn drains that were the result of people throwing wipes and grease down the drain!!

    AMAZING SERVICE! George came into my unit yesterday and not only fixed both the clog in my bathroom sink and bathtub but was incredibly kind, respectable, attentive and communicative as to the issue. If I could give his service more than 5 stars I would.He didn’t have to do this work with a smile and can-do attitude but he did and I appreciate the professionalism.

    If you have a plumbing issue and need EMERGENCY services, I would highly recommend George. Our apartment was flooded by sewage and waste material from bad pipes in our building. I was very distressed and drained from this matter. However, George came and assured my husband and I everything was going to be fixed and he worked VERY HARD to help us with this matter. He not only fixed the situation, but also gave important maintenance advice for our apartment. He ran up 5 flights of stairs TWICE to help alert the neighbors and calmly handled the situation. I was very distressed but his assurance, dedicated work ethic, knowledge, expertise and care helped fix this situation ALOT. THANK YOU SOO MUCH GEORGE!!!! I wish we can give TEN stars. You are absolutely the best.

    ES&DS recently solved my plumbing issues. Olga was extremely accommodating given my issue happened on a Sunday. She was not bothered and was able to set up an appointment immediately with minimal wait. Her workers were knowledgeable and figured out exactly what was happening and solve the issue with a bathroom ceiling leak that had been looked at by two other companies. As a homeowner I highly recommend reaching out to them when the need arises.

    We have been having sewer issues for a very long time. A few other local companies have tried to fix and snake the drains. However, the problem kept on coming back. After a recommendation, we called ES&DS. They came immediately, were pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. They inserted a camera in the drain and showed us the blockage, which the other sewer and drain companies obviously missed. They then removed the blockage-PROBLEM FINALLY SOLVED!! They were easy to deal with and didn’t make a big deal about it. True professionals Plus, they were extremely reasonably priced. Highly recommend this company!

    George is one of the best plumbers that I have ever met in my life.He needs to be rewarded for his customer care and professionalism!!! He arrived at our apartment late at night after sewage was overflowing from our toilet and bathtub. George assessed for about 2 seconds and knew exactly what needed to be done to solve our problem.He ran up 5 flights of stairs twice, just to alert our neighbors of what was needed from them, so he can successfully complete his job. He also helped my wife and I to remain calm, and kept reassuring us that he would do everything he can to fix this. Thankfully George was able to clear the blockage and gave us amazing advice on maintenance and care in the future. We felt like he was part of our family!!!We are grateful for his attentive customer care and professional skill while solving our plumbing issues. These 5 stars are NOT enough to thank you for your time and commitment.

    Had a tenant with a clog and broken drain on the kitchen sink. Plumber came and fixed the cracked drain pipe, but noticed that the line was still clogged, even after trying to snake the line. For him to clear the line, hed have to cut through the sheetrock on the island... no way I wanted that!The plumber agreed and recommended I call ES&DS, telling me that they could do the work without damaging the wall. I called them, they were there within a couple of hours and cleared the drain with no issues. I was shocked at not only the responsiveness, but also that the charge was much less than I had expected for the work they did. Thanks ES&DS!

    From the time I logged the call, Amanda was able to get me the help I needed in less than 15 minutes & another 10-15 min of work & my drain which was causing me MAJOR grief for an entire weekend was unclogged. Cannot say enough good things about the service. Love it & will use the svce again!

    George was truly professional! He greeted the resident and assured her that all would be fine before he left. He showed concern for the property by preparing the area and removing anything that could have been damaged in the process of unclogging back to back bathrooms. He was courteous and personable. Before he left, he cleaned after himself and left the area spotless.

    I am going to update this review. I love these guys because they dont compromise integrity. Everytime one of their plumbers turns up, it feels like seeing keenu reeves for me. Sadly, I discovered that they are not the landlord regular plumber. The last time they were here, they said that the pipes needed to be repaired and replaced. Sadly, they are not doing that. A new super is renovating the apartment below in the samepeculiar fashion as the way it was done 9 years ago. Th pipes and drains are clogged since he started his repair without addressingLeaks in pipes or calling a professionalPlease tell the landlord what you told me.Keanu Reeves to the rescue, pleaseu××××÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷Both Lois and Jamie were fantastic. They came seperately, on two separate occasions.And I am grateful for the fact that water flowed normally again]For a while.I live in an old building and am guessing that there are leaks and drainage problems that emanate from elsewhere. This has certainly been evident in my 20 years of living here.There have been numerous instances when the previous plumber, John, has shut the water off for the entire building and found the exact locations of the leaks and structural issues. You could talk to him and knock pipes. Thank you so much for addressing the leaks in the building now that you are the official plumbers, newly assigned to it. I feel so much safer.Mold completely breaks down the body, my doctors tell me. It was very difficult to do anything about it during the pandemic.I hope you can help address the problem so that there is no more mold and bees! Bees belong outside.With gratitude and honey!
