Every person Ive worked with at Plumb Genius has been courteous and helpful. They have gone above and beyond to help me; Each person has responded with care and respect, and I have felt like I was genuinely valued as a customer, and not just a number. Sometimes, when a person reaches out to a contractor to do a job inside their home, there can be anxiety over whether or not the company will be fair or on the level with their prices. I have not once questioned the honesty and integrity of the people Ive worked with since contacting Plumb Genius. You can trust this company to be on the up and up. -

Cannot say enough good things about Margie and Mike. Made me feel like my family was a priority and that our comfort was also important. They were quick with responses, gave me great advice, got me in contact with the right people. Great communication and helped with proper documentation to help my insurance be speedy as well. These people treat you like their family. Amazing. But I hope I never see them again. Haha someone needs to give Mike a raise- he takes his job very seriously and has so much knowledge. -

Special Thanks to Jeff and Kyle for coming out late on a Saturday. There customer service was great, their work was efficient and their results were awesome. In fact, they went the extra mile to run an extra length of clean out cable, just to be sure any blockage was resolved to the main line. I appreciated their listening and communications of the issue and the resolution. You have earned a repeat customer. Thanks again. -

Mike and Anton quickly identified the leaky fitting in my shower, came up with a plan to get it fixed in a minute, and got the fix installed in less than 10 minutes. Would have taken me days—and I know enough about plumbing to cause big messes! (And fix small things) -

Came out to fix garbage disposal, tech saw it was also leaking, he replaced all in about 25-30 min ! All covered under home warranty, and he didn’t try to upsell or charge us extra!! No arguments w warranty service, etc THANKS PLUMB GENIUS, tech was outstanding! -

I rate the two men who were here taking care of my plumbing issue. They went above and beyond working to make sure my issue was fixed and resolved . Anton and Chris were amazing and were showed great concern for my blockage . I would ask this company to pay them extra well for their amazing work . I will remember this ! The sink was clogged up and this is from the many years of grease and debris being built up on this sewer line to main sewer . They worked a couple hours and achieved positive results! Im very pleased -
