I would definitely suggest using Luca & Sons Plumbing. I heard about them from a remodeling professional. They came in to fix my sluggish kitchen sink drain. They were able to come on the same day I reached out, arrived promptly, and were exceptionally polite and respectful. The task turned out to be a bit more complicated than expected, but they didnt charge me for the first visit. Javier took photos and explained the issue (found in the crawlspace) before quoting a price for the next step. He came back quickly the next day and resolved the problem at the quoted cost. Once again, I cant emphasize enough how much I recommend their services.

Theodore, an ex-Marine, has over three decades of experience in the field. Before finishing the initial leak repair, which was done in no time, they had already identified other unseen issues. Our basement is already dry and our toilet fixtures and pipes are robust once again. I was eager to settle their fees because of their excellent service. They are now my go-to plumbers. We exchanged several emails, addressing my concerns and he managed to book me in for a service appointment on Thursday. I had a fantastic experience today with Luis (and Theodore)! I was dealing with two bathtub drains that were draining slowly. A different plumber had previously attempted to fix the issue and managed to remove one clump of hair but unfortunately, this made the problem worse and he claimed there was nothing more he could do. Consequently, I was left with two bathtub drains that were completely blocked over the weekend. However, things took a turn for the better when Luis from Luca & Sons Plumbing came to the rescue the same day I called for an appointment. He did an incredible job of using his plumbing snake to reach further down my tub pipes and managed to remove an even larger hair clump! After his intervention, both tubs drained effortlessly! It was a real lifesaver! I was able to have a shower again and this time with clear drains! Luis was extremely professional throughout the process. He clearly communicated the pricing before commencing work. His personality was great and his knowledge about plumbing was impressive! Weve required plumbing services at our residence multiple times. The first instance was when we had to call on Luca & Sons Plumbing. They had to remove the toilet and snake the drain as our cleanout didnt reach that part of our house. Theodore, Javier, and Luis were punctual, arrived as promised, and were extremely friendly. Once the job was finished, they elaborated on the issue - we had a section of corroded cast-iron plumbing in a certain part of our Broken Arrow residence, which might need replacement to prevent blockages. This was just before a major holiday. A couple of days after another holiday, we searched for a service that could come out promptly, and Luca & Sons Plumbing was available. They successfully replaced a 10-12 section of the cast-iron pipe at a very reasonable cost and in a very efficient manner. I wont hesitate to contact them for any future plumbing issues that might crop up in our residence.

Excellent service all over. this includes the call handler, the manager, and the plumber technicians who attended. i reached out to luca & sons plumbing after working hours, and the call handler managed to schedule a technician to visit that same evening, despite three other plumbing firms telling me i would have to wait until the next day. i was dealing with a blocked main pipe, which led to sewage overflowing inside my bathroom and across the floor. luis arrived and tackled the issue, and my pipe was clear for the night. to ensure the problem was fully resolved, they informed me that they would return the next day to use a camera to get a complete view, as luis didnt have one on his truck at the time. the following day, luis and javier arrived along with theodore. they used the camera to inspect the main pipe and identified the problem. they offered five different service options, based on the state of the pipe. all costs were incredibly fair, and i picked the option that was best for my circumstances. the technicians and theodore gave honest advice based on the what would you do if it was your home scenario, which i greatly valued. they detailed the advantages and disadvantages of each of the five service options (from merely jetting the pipe to a full-scale pipe replacement (which would involve removing the floor tile and cutting through the slab)). this is a team of committed workers. they were all professional: wore shoe covers before entering the house, asked permission before going outside or opening a door or entry gate, and explained everything they were doing in detail. the pricing was very reasonable, and they also offer financing options. i found this impressive, as whether the job cost $1,000 or $18,000, you can still finance the repair for a fair monthly price, with no penalty for paying it off early. i was lucky to have luis and javier assist me, and i am now a lifelong customer of luca & sons plumbing. thank you all for your assistance!

The sewer line stretches 150 feet to the riser and is complicated by twists, turns, large trees, and concrete sidewalks in our small Broken Arrow yard. The technicians from Luca & Sons Plumbing, Luis and Javier, took on this complex job with determination. They were excellent! Luis made every effort to ensure we could continue using our facilities during the work. With a job of this magnitude, unexpected problems are bound to arise. We faced hurdles such as weather delays and a blocked riser above the main city line. Their supervisor, Theodore, came out to Broken Arrow to assess our riser issues. He managed to resolve the situation without incurring too much additional cost. The whole job took about two weeks to finish, but it feels AMAZING to be able to flush toilet paper down the toilet again.

We eventually settled on a Burnham ES-25 boiler for my home. His pricing was fair, and he could complete the work within a few days. He even took care of the permit for me, which I paid for and collected from the local office. On the day of the installation, Luiss team arrived promptly at 6:45 A.M. and wrapped up around 12:30 P.M. The installation process went off without a hitch. Later in the week, an inspector dropped by to review the work. He noticed a minor water leak around one of the connections. With the inspector present, I contacted Luis and showed him a photo of the issue. At 6:45 A.M. the next day, his team was back to rectify the problem. Luis also took the initiative to replace the dip tube on my hot water heater, noticing rust forming around the connection. I couldnt be more pleased with Luis and his crews work. I would highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

I cant help but praise Javier! I reside in a Broken Arrow residence, constructed in 1923, and its plumbing system is still original. One Monday morning, I found my kitchen flooded with water (its right below my single bathroom). I remembered my folks had spoken highly of Javier and I immediately got in touch with him. He picked up my call (this was around 7:00AM), guided me through the situation, and despite his busy schedule that day, he made room for me. He was swift, effective, and treated my vintage home with utmost respect (Ive had experiences with several service providers who lack the understanding of handling an old house.) Javier fixed my increasingly shaky toilet and charged me quite reasonably. However, to my dismay, I found my kitchen drenched again the next morning. Despite the urgent need for the toilet repair, the real problem causing my soggy kitchen was my SHOWER. A hasty text to Javier resulted in an immediate response. Soon, he arrived with Theodore, another plumber he occasionally brings along for two-man tasks (who was also fantastic and amiable). They quickly identified the problem, fixed it promptly and two days before the holiday, I had a fully functional bathroom and a dry kitchen. Apparently, there was a minor erosion in the showers wastewater pipe that was causing the bathwater to seep out from the back of the tubs plumbing (its an antique pedestal tub with some of the hardware above-floor), run across the floor to a small opening at the edge where it meets the molding, and straight down the wall into the kitchen and further into the basement. To cut a long story short, its been a month and everything is functioning flawlessly. The next time my vintage home decides to throw a curveball, I wont think twice before contacting Javier immediately. Hes straightforward and reasonable, providing honest opinions instead of sugar-coating things (such a relief!) His charges are budget-friendly and just. Hes quick with identifying problems and gets straight to work--no time wasted. Plus, hes a great guy, intelligent, and even TEXTS (which I find extremely convenient!), hes enjoyable to converse with and above all, hes honorable--a trait thats rare to find these days. I place my trust in Javier and wont hesitate to recommend him (which I already have!)

He helped us switch out our oil burner for a gas one and also replaced our water heater. luis started assisting me a few months back, explaining how a certain heat loan program functioned and guided me through the process of getting the gas line fitted to my home. Luis ensured the whole project stayed on track, from waiting for the gas line, securing the loan for heating, ordering the necessary equipment, to scheduling the installation. The job took more time than initially anticipated, but that was because they made sure to do it thoroughly. Any unexpected issues were resolved smoothly and without any additional cost on my end. im really satisfied with the work theyve done and im expecting many years of seamless service from the new equipment.

True to his word, Theodore arrived at 9:30 and discussed the issue in detail, providing me with four to five estimates. He was absolutely superb and will be returning tomorrow to start the work. I reached out to theodore on the Luca & Sons Plumbing website help request page to rectify a knocking sound. even though he was on a break, he got back to me promptly. his response indicated that it sounded (based on my explanation) like a malfunctioning PRV and assured me that he would get back to me after his break. when he returned, theodore reached out and we arranged for his colleague, javier, to address the issue. as planned, javier arrived on the dot and swiftly fixed the knocking sound by replacing the PRV. he was cordial, informed, professional, and did an excellent job with the valve replacement. i couldnt be more satisfied! i highly recommend their services, especially the work of javier.

Had an emergency this morning with sewage backing up into my showers - a truly unpleasant situation. They were really understanding, recognizing that this was an urgent matter. They promised to send a team between 2-4pm. Theodore and Javier arrived right on time at 2 and got started straight away. Javier and his plumbing crew were outstanding! He gave me a visual tour of the pipes underneath my home using a specialized camera. Javier was polite and considerate. Its been an unparalleled experience with a plumbing service. Ive had a few others come out before, but none of them ever used cameras, they simply told me my pipes needed replacement and quoted me a higher cost. I can assure you, Ill never be using any other plumbing service after this. Even when they took out the old pipes, Javier made sure to show me their condition to confirm they indeed needed to be replaced. The pipes were cracked from one end of the house to the other, with a significant piece missing in one section. I would highly recommend getting in touch with Javier and his team for any plumbing issues in Broken Arrow!
