    I have been here three years now. I love My little piece of heaven. I had no idea how peaceful and content my life would be. Mullin Plumbing has helped me with their monthly checks on my aerobic system to ensure that it is running correctly and any damaged parts etc are replaced and taken care of properly.

    Clogged drain line during a holiday week. The Grinch hit my place a couple of days after Christmas. One would have thought he’d moved on by then. But, Mullin plumbing to the rescue! My wife and I were expecting to have to get a hotel room for the night but a 9:00 pm call to them had the problem cleared in short order for less cost than that hotel room. Their technician was knowledgeable, extremely polite and amazingly fast. I couldn’t be happier with their service. He even showed me a live video of the tree roots that caused the problem and assured me that an annual or at least biannual rooter service would keep them under control.

    Hunter was amazing! I called yesterday because my yard was soaked indicating a leak. I told them they will need equipment to dig up my yard. He showed up and got it all fixed today. He explained what happened and why. Before he came out he walked me through some pictures to take and stuff to help save on unnecessary hourly costs. Very happy! Hunter did an awesome job with communication and the work itself.

    Jeremy worked hard to determine the source of our fireplace gas leak. His knowledge and focus allowed him to find the leak. He professionally cleaned, resealed each joint of pipe, and repaired the leak. He and his partner did a great job of cleaning and eliminating any residue. They were both polite and efficient.     Very impressed with the tech that came out. This is the second time he has been out to service my system and both times he has went the extra mile to pay attention to detail. Its amazing to have someone that actually properly reinstalled the lids to my tank. Meaning all the screws are actually in each hole and property secured.

    We came home to a huge leak under our sink and flooding. Corroded pipe failed. It was midnight. Mullin sent Kobe out to fix it. He arrived quickly, explained what needed to be done and gave an solid estimate. Very nice man. He worked efficiently and did not make a mess. Was there an emergency fee? Yes, but it was reasonable for the time of night and our emergency. Great job! Thank you.

    Daniel was excellent. Even spent extra time making sure everything was right and insisted on putting everything back in the cabinet even after I told him I would get it. Even cleaned up, which is an oddity for a plumber. No way they pay this guy enough, he needs to be on high end jobs with the rest of us select few. He has the right attitude an ethic for it.

    We were VERY impressed with Jeremy Summers and his work ethics. Actually our whole experience from coming out to give a free estimate to the finished project. We called three plumbers and one did not give free estimates, the other one was going to charge twice as much. So we choice Mullin’s and was very pleased. We highly recommended this company.

    Highly recommend this company! Cant say it enough. We live in a very rural area and have no local plumbers. Called on a holiday and it was fixed 2 days later. We have a very old house and I was worried it was going to cost an arm and a leg and it didnt. Not only were they affordable but very professional and just the perfect amount of friendly.

In addition, he was more than willing to look at FOUR additional areas of concern. He then emailed us estimates for what we specifically asked for, and verbal estimates with time lines for future repairs and updates for our 1910 home. To say the least, we feel relieved and satisfied with the timely emergency services needed, and how Hunter respectfully interacted, communicated, answering all questions with patience and compassion in an extremely worrisome situation.     I love Mullin Plumbing! As a really old Baby Boomer, businesses sometimes try to take advantage. I dread having to have something repaired. During this horrible heat, my a/c was just not working properly. After doing some research, I called Mullin Plumbing. Their scheduling crew were great to talk to and Michael Woodward came out to check my a/c the next morning. He was very professional and polite and advised me that the unit just needed to be cleaned and serviced. The price for that was very reasonable and now my unit is working! It was a great experience and I’m relieved that I have found a service I can trust.

This truly helps because natural disasters are unpredictable and I didn’t know what I was going to go through when I chose to live in such a huge house over 7000 square-foot it’s endless responsibilities.I’m truly confident that Mullen plumbing has earned my trust for their service. A *Bonus to Mullen, is that they actually provide plumbing and septic services whereas other companies strictly service “plumbing only.”Mullen not only understood that homeowners don’t expect natural disasters and since I didn’t have the $250 upfront for the additional camera diagnosis to test underneath my foundation, they offered help with financing which I’m grateful for!     They came out to my house the next day, which was pretty fast, because there were huge amounts of calls at the time due to severe weather conditions. The weather and my schedule prevented them from doing all the work that day, but they did make sure everything was safe and not able to get worse, until they could have it rescheduled for a couple days later, which was more convenient for me! Then, the young man, ( Peyton ), who came back, on the appointment , and fixed all my plumbing problems, did a really great job! He was fast, polite and got a lot of broken pipes, and other issues fixed , in only a couple hours. It all worked great when he was done, and he was great about explaining and showing everything and answering questions, and didn’t try to “ sell “ me anything extra or more expensive, either. The price was very reasonable for all that he had to replace and repair! I would definitely ask for him again!

    A pipe in my garage burst during freezing weather. I called 3 other companies and they were 2-3 days out. One of them recommended that I call Mullin and their Plumbers were at my house within 24 hours. Preston and Toby worked during the extreme cold to replace the damaged pipe and within 30 minutes had everything back in working condition. Preston checked my sinks and hot water tank to make sure they were not frozen. With the extreme cold weather and quick response I knew the cost would be high. The estimate was pretty high but the final cost was slightly lower. Preston was very thorough and professional. This was my first experience with Mullin and I can say that I’m satisfied with their service.

    I had to work with mullin and ONG to move a gas line for a pool installation in my back yard. The steps that are required to move a gas when dealing with ONG is just short of your worst nightmare. Pair that with trying to find a plumber that is skilled and accommodating and willing to patiently deal with the beauracratic complexity of ONG. Mullin plumbing provided the perfect duo, Hank Wiley and his right hand man. It took weeks and several trips to complete the project, but without his skilled knowledge and expertise I’m not sure how well it would have turned out. He showed up in last minute ordeals and made sure that everything was done properly and was so considerate and patient. I’m truly thankful!

    1/15/24 I called for service at 1:56pm. I have a very pleasant conversation with the lady that took my info over the phone, she answered all my questions. Then I received a text with the technician name and picture.@ 2:52 I received a call from Zac to inform me that he is on his way to my house. Shortly after he showed up, he unclogged the drain, cleaned everything and I mean everything he touched. I was very impressed.Definitely I would recommend Mullin plumbing over other compatteor, one of the other companies that called before calling Mullin, told me that they will charge $295 to unclog the drain without even seeing what is the problem. Mullin bill came to $169.The next day they sent another tech to give me a free estimate a tankless hot water tank and gas line. Highly recommend.
