Edited:I can appreciate a company that reaches out and tries to do better, and thats exactly what happened here. Customer service team reached out. They ended up having the lowest estimate and best work.My original complaint:Did not even get the opportunity to even talk to anyone.I talked to five other electrical companies, and this is the only one that would charge to do an estimate, $89 at the time of this review.Poor communication, took time off of work, only for them to no-show.Follow-up:They called me to resolve and sent someone out to do an estimate at no charge. I wish I would have remembered his name, but he was very nice and attentive, and seem to understand exactly what I needed.Work was excellent, the only thing I would knock them for is wiring in an outlet incorrectly (fixed after identified) and misplaced junction area that had to be moved (fixed on the spot). Gentlemen that did the work were friendly and professional.

We had a list of things that needed electrical work and Jason did them all without any hesitation. We are very please with our services! I had Jason Smith come out to do some repairs and estimates for our electrical today. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and broke things down so I could understand what he was repairing and why it needed to be repaired. He definitely cares about the safety and well being of his clients. He was not in any way nor did he try to upsell any products. He came in, did his job, walked me through his repairs he completed and the estimate for the remaining repairs in an efficient and timely fashion. 10/10 highly recommend for services!

This is such an amazing company. They came out to our home overnight when we didnt have power in most of our outlets. The gentleman was extremely nice for it being 1am. Had a company look what we wanted done. Wasted an hour and 20 mins of our time and provided 5 quote options ranging from $1400 to $23000 (not exaggerating). Dillon came by said, oh thats easy, $170 and 15 minutes later he was done. Yes...always get different bids because there are sharks looking for the gullible. Thank you Dillon for making quick work of a simple, affordable task and skipping the we can rebuild your house pitch.... :)

We highly recommend Jason Smith!!! He’s been out to our house many times and when I call to schedule an appointment I will ask for him. He’s electrical IQ is off the charts. He’s diagnosed some really complex issues for us in the past. He’s also extremely fast which saves you a whole lot of money. You will not see him taking breaks or on his cell phone while on the clock. Just extremely professional!

Anthony came here to find a problem with an electrical outlet. Electric box is old with 2- 40 amp fuses and 2- 30 amp screw in glass fuses. No power on the second 30 amp screw in fuse. Outlet on the side of the box never used. Anthony rewired it to go to the outlet for Christmas decorations. We are happy that he did such a fine job. Thank you Anthony.

Upgraded service panel, removed old overhang wire, installed ground wire, final charge was same as estimate (which never happens)! Team was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. Cost of estimate was deducted from final bill as well. Anthony Benson was my service tech, he personally maintains a 5 star rating within the company which is well deserved!

The technician was on-time, polite and knowledgeable. He installed shut off valves underneath the kitchen sink and finished the installation of a new kitchen faucet. The house and existing plumbing is old so it was a difficult task but he did the job! Thank you very much. It did cost a bit but what can you do. Prices are very competitive. Murray goes low cost if at all possible which is great. They do a step by step approach charging as little as necessary and to confirm problem before just dumping money on the problem. Plumber was extremely knowlegble and friendly.

Man - I wasn’t sure I’d believe all the good reviews, but our experience was truly 5 stars. After inquiring, immediately was called and got an estimate booked. Cody came out and was very direct about exactly what we needed, not trying to upsell us past our needs (which was GREATLY appreciated). He gave us the estimated, then we were able to book our appointment a couple weeks later. He came out and did pristine work and it was for the estimate he gave. He completely built us a new breaker box and set us up to install a new mini split. Overall the company was awesome, Cody was awesome. I would highly recommend.

Mr Smith came on 4th of July after our area had back to back power outages and the second came we a surge that threw breakers, crumbled a switch and blew two fuses to the ac blower. Jason was just arriving home when he got the call. He turned around and headed to my house when he heard we had a heated electrical outlet. He replaced the faulty outlet with a tamper resistant one, but it was difficult to insert plugs. So he removed it and put in a standard outlet. Success!

Jason came back to my home after running out of time the day before. (He had to charge me overtime premiums because he arrived later than he had expected) He was able to fix most of my problems. But again he ran out of time he needed to complete every issue I had. His work was very good. I only wish he would have given me Other options on how to make my problems go away. (I was charged overtime premiums to complete the work again). I guess the dispatcher should allow more time between calls so the customer doesn’t have to pay for needless overtime Charges.

This place and its people are seriously awesome. I had a water heater installed. I was quoted between 1 and 5. Missy in the office was very friendly and helped me pick correct size tank. At around 1:45 or so is when someone was at my house. Zac and Bryan were my technicians and they were both great. Very knowledgeable and informative. Very happy to answer any questions I had and they had positive attitudes. Got me fixed up quick and did it right. Made sure I was all up to code. Took care in connecting everything. This company gives white glove service and I highly recommend.

We have an old 1948 farmhouse we bought. Had old two wire wiring. We first upgraded the old 60A service panel to a 200A and these guys did it so nice and neat we got a quote on doing a rewire. They were literally HALF of a major electric company out of Tulsa and it’s for the exact same project (whole home rewire, new outlets and switches. They moved outlets to correct locations. They were accommodating to put things in certain places I asked. Jordan and his crew are top notch and I’d recommend them for anything electrical. Positive attitudes and easy to work with.
