Sean was excellent! We had him do tile in 3 rooms and LVP in the master bedroom. He was a fantastic communicator and always let us know what to expect. He gave us a quote very quickly and started the job as soon as the flooring came in. We are beyond thrilled with the way our new flooring looks! We would highly recommend him and will be contacting him for any future flooring projects we decide to do. Thank you Sean!

I am delighted, impressed and so thankful for Cunningham & Sons llc. Sean did a full on remodel… pretty much gutted a small and weird divided bathroom and transformed it into a large, beautiful, modern, accessible, work of art!He was professional, prompt, a hard worker - and always cheerful. I’ve already asked him to schedule my next home project.😁 Thank you so much Sean - and to Jake & Jake who were wonderful with the plumbing and electrical work required. You guys are awesome!

Sean Cunningham does Amazing work! He is professional and meticulous. He installed a shower enclosure for me ( actually two) and also did an amazing job with the tile work in one of the showers. Both jobs turned out perfect and are stunning. Will not hesitate to call Sean for any further projects in my home, and I will refer him to all my friends! Thank you Sean!!

Sean is amazing! He is professional, very knowledgeable & meticulous. We had him re-tile showers and replace old, dingy grout. While removing tiles from the showers he found rotted areas, he completely rebuilt & waterproofed the showers before tiling. The bathrooms where he replaced old grout look new again.Sean is a find, he works hard, cares about details and the quality of his work. I would not hesitate to hire him again!

Sean has just completed renovating our bathroom. It was quite a feat with a few hiccups along the way but his patience and perseverance overcame them. Sean was always on time. At the end of his working day he always cleaned up his work area. He is dedicated, friendly, courteous, punctual and he takes pride in his work. The end result looks great….what a difference. Sean took our three seasoned screened in porch and turned it into a sun room. He was recommended by a friend who had a similar job done. Sean had excellent suggestions since for things we hadn’t considered. Some ended up saving us hassle down the road. He was on time, stayed long hours and produced quality work all around. Cunningham & Sons LLC recently remodeled the only bathroom in our old house. Sean had estimated that the job would take 3 1/2 weeks, but he worked tirelessly to bring the room back into total operation in only two weeks time.It was important to us to retain some of the original features of the room, and Sean worked with us to be sure that happened. He replaced and leveled our aging subfloor before he tiled it with the small ceramic tile we had chosen. He carefully removed all the old woodwork before he painted our walls and replaced it when he was finished. Sean worked with us to reinstall our old vanity, building it up height-wise to make it easier to use. He even fixed a thumb latch on one of our old doors!As Sean rebuilt our shower area, he moved the plumbing to facilitate ease of entry and use. He consulted with us before he placed grab bars and other features that will make it easy and safe to shower as we age.Sean is knowledgeable about construction, plumbing, and building materials and was patient with our (my!) many questions. He takes pride in his work and he works SO fast! No lallygagging around with this guy! Highly recommend Cunningham & Sons LLC and hope that we will work with Sean again in the future.
