Super Nice people to start out with. My son called them and they came right out gave an estimate. They were able to do it right away. They had everything lined up the next morning with the city to come out and check where all the lines are and even the gas people came out to make sure he knew where everything was at before they began to dig the yard up. They worked very hard the first day trying to get the outside work done before all the rain came. Came back next day and installed all the new pipes to the sewer. They cleaned up everything and even fixed the front yard back and even spread grass seed and straw down so the grass can grow back. They were finished in no time in completing all new sewer lines. They do super fantastic work and the guarantee there work they said to call anytime and they will come back if needed. They took care of all the inspections. I would highly recommend them if you need anything done. They are very reasonable priced in the work that they do. I could give them higher than a 5 rating if it would let me. A+ Plumbing did exactly what they said they would do.They replaced my sewer and water line. They even tossed down grass seed and straw. You can hardly tell I had my yard dug up. We had a minor plumbing emergency and contacted A+ and they set up an appointment for the next day but said they would call if any cancellations or extra time. We got a call a few hours later offering to swing by and take a look. They have earned our business and we know who to call in the future if the need arises!

Jimmy and his guys replaced my old sewer line from my house to the city sewer line. They did it for a fraction of the cost that another plumbing company had quoted me and were completely finished in about 2 hours. They even put new grass seed and straw on top of the ground where they had dug the trench for the new sewer line after they had filled it back in. Cannot say enough good things about this company and the owner Jimmy. Fast, friendly, fair pricing, and very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again for any future problems and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber

Called in the morning around 9:00 a.m., plumber was out by 2:30. We had a serious grease buildup from kitchen sink/dishwasher drain line. Older home with incorrect fall. Our tech (Brady) looked at our problem and immediately knew plan of action. He brought in electric auger choosing to go in under the sink working thru to main line. Our problem is fixed completely with a reasonable cost. Our next plumbing problems wont be an adventure of days of aggravation but addresed with quick call to the A+ team.

We have been living at our new home for 3 days and ran into an awful plumbing issue that resulted in not being able to flush the toilets, backed up tubs, gurgling sinks, and leaks. We were feeling defeated. Luckily, one of our neighbors referred us to the best of the best, A+ plumbing. Jimmy came out the very next day to completely redo piping from our house to the main sewer lines. He did an excellent, pristine job, went above and beyond, and we could not be more relieved to have the issue resolved so fast. Found out I had a major leak in my water line 2 days ago. Called them that afternoon and they sent someone out to check it yesterday. They called me back and were here at 8:00am this morning to fix it. I had to have a new water line run from the meter to the house. The guys were great, super nice and explained what they were doing. We ran into a problem and they quickly figured it out and got it done. They leveled the yard back out, sewed need grass seed and covered it with straw. Today was also their Christmas party and they werent supposed to be working, but they came and took care of my problem anyway. They definitely put the customer first. This is my 1st time using them, but if I need anymore plumbing work done I know who Ill call. Great experience with a great company and I cant thank them enough!

I used Aplus for my baby girls house . She had a big name company out of Kingsport to give a quote on her sewer line . They ran a camera told her she had terracotta tile busted and roots in it . Wanted near ten grand to fix . I called Jimmy Trivette at A plus . He came out with his crew and ran his camera . No roots no terracotta tile . When who ever plumbed it they had three and four inch pipe . Which had failed . All i can say is they replaced it. and even ran a new water line for a third of what the company out of Kingsport was going to charge . This man and his crew have a heart . Theyre not out to make a big name . They work with you . I highly recommend them to anyone . They worked with what my daughter and i could afford . Not many like that out there . I truly truly cant give props to this company. Not only were honestly the most genuine people, they have true knowledge and trouble shoot a problem to avoid high repair costs. We had to have our lines to our fill beds dug up and jimmy (the owner) and his nephew were there ontime and knew their stuff. When the line to the 2nd fill bed needed to be exposed, in hole that was dug, the line (Im not joking), was smack in the middle of the hole. I genuinely cant give this company and its owner for the personable service they provide. Id give them 6 stars if I could!!!

A Plus Plumbing completely replaced my outdated Black Iron pipe in my 1950s home. Their crew was on-time, professional, and very helpful. Any time there was a question regarding my property (can we remove drywall here? Would you rather have this there?) they always included me in the process. I feel much more comfortable using all my plumbing (kitchen sink is no longer clogged, toilets flush like champs, water pressure is fantastic!). They also replaced my water line coming into my home so that my water is of far better quality than before. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Jimmy and his crew at A + are great, this is the 3rd time we have used them and this was the biggest repair. We had a water main line leak coming in to the house, that we found out a 10 days to late, to the tune of 18,370 gallons later. I got ahold of them and left a message on a Monday morning and within 30 minutes there office had called to schedule an appointment for the next day. When the guy arrived the next day he quickly accessed the problem and elevated us to emergency status and he shut the water off to prevent further water loss or damage. Jimmy and his crew showed up the next morning before the sun came up and started the repairs. They replaced the galvanized pipe from the water meter all the way to the pressure valve inside the house, and were done within about 3 hours after work. The did minimal necessary digging in the yard and cleaned up and put straw down. They did a first class job and left some money in our wallet. We had them previously replace a garbage disposal(under home owner warranty) and unclog a backed up toilet...they do it all...I rarely do a review but these folks deserve it, and we got this major repair done for half of what some other folks would have charged us...me and my wife feel confident in there repairs and out choice to use them again...I let him know that we would continue to use them and would make sure to recommend them...Seriously dont think twice, and just call A +.Bill & Amy

They were very professional. They didnt hesitate to work in a small attic and even smaller crawl space. Their job was made harder by a previous installment that was half-done, but they were able to solve each dilemma. The finished work looks great and more importantly, works correctly. I own a lot of rental property all over SWVA and NE TN. A plus plumbing ALWAYS gets there quick and gets me taken care of to keep my customers happy. I have a 24 hour issue solved policy with my rental home company. There are a lot of great plumbers in our area, but some cant get us taken care of that quick because they dont have enough help. I always try to solve the issue within 24 hours if possible and with A Pluss help, I usually meet that deadline. They have a large organized company and can handle a large volume of calls. First called Affordable Plumbing who never showed up as scheduled nor did he return my inquiry message as to why. Then called A+Plumbing. Jimmy came by & immediately said my commode had a leak. I hadn’t heard it but thank goodness he did. His crew came back the next working day repaired 2 of my commodes & also my underground front & rear drain from my downspouts that were clogged. These guys know what theyre doing. I had a dishwasher that was clogged and a leak in the basement. Its been that way since Ive been here (2 months). There was another company that came out before, said they had to replace a pipe and never came back, thats been about 2 weeks ago. These guys are phenomenal! They genuinely care about their customers even the 4 legged ones! The gentleman that came out was very laid back and professional and even showed my four legged children some love- Given that most companies require you to lock your animals up when they come out; even my biggest dog that’s terrified of males took up to him! There was some phone tag due to my personal work schedule and us missing each other with things popping up at the business which is completely understandable this time of year(winter); he was super apologetic for the delay in repairs. Once we caught up, I was able to explain the situation he advised it would be complete same day. I highly recommend A Plus Plumbing for expert service at a reasonable price!!! We developed a significant leak in the main water line when temps were nearing single digits. I contacted A Plus upon a recommendation and arranged repairs with Jimmy. The crew arrived on time and well prepared. After assessing the situation, it was recommended that a section of pipe be replaced to avoid digging up a considerable area of the yard where the leak was suspected to be. Very impressive to watch them perform a “trenchless pipe replacement” on a 60 ft section. It was apparent that they are extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled. Upon completion, they cleaned up everything and left the yard almost as if they had never been there. It’s obvious that customer satisfaction is first and foremost for this company. I just moved here. I had all systems backed up. They got to me the day I called. Turned out that tree roots had destroyed a connection between outflow pipes. They gave me a temporary fix so I could use water. The only delay for the permanent fix was waiting for the Call Before You Dig folks to clear the site. Once we had the okay, they were back within hours. It is all repaired, and at a price about 25% - 33% of what another company charged for less work on a similar problem in my old house.
