We hired Quinoco to replace our oil tank. We were replacing the tank because we were having a new basement floor slab poured. The office staff was great at coordinating the separate removal and installation dates around the other work. They even made sure we had provisions for a temporary heat while we were without our oil tank. The onsite crew (Paul and Dave) was very kind, respectful and willing work with me on a few particular requests with the installation.

Ive had the pleasure of working with Quinoco for many, many years both for my business and personal HVAC needs. Recently, I needed to have an oil tank replacement and thats an expense you dont want to have but the alternative is an old leaking tank that would be an environmental and homeowners mess when it let go. I started the process with the guys I know over there and it wasnt long that Mike came out, identified the issue, took pictures and decided what needed to be done. Pat, the service manager was right there to help me along the process. The tank had to be replaced in an enclosed area which meant a carpenter to take the wall down and put it back up after the install. It meant new fill and exhaust pipes outside and needless to say, I was nervous about the size of the project and the fact that winter was approaching. Well, Quinoco got it done in one day and the two guys that came out worked hard to make it all right. It was Halloween and temperatures were warm making the job that much easier but Ive known Quinoco to be out when the weather is not cooperating. Im so glad Ive been with Quinoco for so many years and my father before me for over 50 years. Some say they are more expensive but I found the oil prices this year less than competitors AND I never have an issue when Quinoco comes out to fix something. I was not yet a customer of Quinico as I am a new homeowner. On a Friday evening, after five o”clock, the manager/ owner Jim returned my call, and sent a wonderful technician out to assess my furnace problem.Aaron diagnosed the issue, and replaced my 1965 thermostat.On Monday, I again noticed a problem, and Aaron came back that very afternoon.Quinico could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I plan to have a service contract with them very soon!

We came home from vacation, one of the first cold nights of the season and had no heat I called Quinco the next day and they sent over a delivery. I had half a tank. They filled it the rest of the way and sent out a Dave the service man. What a great guy. Dave quickly went into our furnace room and discovered that our panel wasn’t working, he showed me how he could jump it to start the furnace, but that it wouldn’t automatically start. He felt bad it couldn’t be fixed immediately so we would have heat that evening. He ordered the part came back the next day and fixed it immediately. He was a great guy Quinco has a good employee. I called this morning for a leaking relief valve on the water boiler. Kerry sent a technician out the same day, he was here within a few hours! Rob was an absolute gentleman, he explained everything to me, replaced a faulty expansion tank as well as the valve, and had us up and running within an hour. He had everything he needed on site to complete the job efficiently after making the assessment. Thank you so much for the fast and reliable service!!!!!!Update (9/18/24):Just got off the phone with Shane to schedule our furnace cleaning and renew our protection plan! He was amazing, went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, and was then able to get us in quickly at a time that worked out perfectly for me and my crazy schedule!! Have used Quinoco for over 40 years and has always been there with superior service. During the latest heatwave I noticed a leak in what I thought was the aircondtioning ductwork. Paul arrived in rapidly and found the leak in the hot water pipe, ductwork was fine. Offered me options then went and got equipment and fixed quickly and efficiently. Again Quinoco to my rescue. Quinoco has been there for us for 28 years! Today the furnace was on and pumping heat through the radiators of our new house when the thermostats were all off-they came within a few hours and Rob walked me through our furnace and how it all works - he is a technical expert, very kind and patient with all my questions, and made solid recommendations. Quinoco is always there for you. I get it that budgets are tight and people look around for better prices. But, what if your furnace goes in the middle of the night, or you forget to check your tank level and run out of oil? Or maybe even have a silly heating question? Quinoco will be there for you. Very nice people on the phone. They are patient with questions, and send service and deliveries immediately. Sure, maybe a few pennies more, but piece of mind is worth it!

We had a problem with our furnace shutting off. Woke up to a cold house on a snowy day today (1/16/2024). After I called, Quinoco servicemen came within a couple of hours and two men (Sean and Aaron) fixed the problem quickly. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. All of the Quinoco employees that were dispatched to help me out when my oil tank was leaking were extremely polite and knowledgeable. They explained what needed to be done to replace my oil tank located in the basement. The office staff was very helpful in working with me to come up with a payment plan that I could afford. The installers worked together to accomplish the replacement of my old oil tank and made sure that my furnace was running before they left. It was a pleasure working with all of the Quinoco associates during a very trying time.

Our AC wasn’t throwing out cool air, so called our new oil company Quinoco to get an appointment and was pleasantly surprised that they could come out the same day even without a service contract for AC. We were given the cost for the diagnostic testing upfront. They arrived within their stated time frame, the technician was very nice, professional and informative. He showed my husband where the problem was, explained the safety shut down system and was able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. We couldn’t be happier with this first service experience with our new multi service provider.

We have only been with Quinoco for a year but its something I wish I had done years ago. Everyone I have had to talk to or work with has been wonderful. Our AC unit broke in one of the hottest weeks this summer and Quinoco had us back up and running quickly. They went above and beyond to get us back up online. I have a chronic illness that makes it very difficult to be without AC in the summer especially on those hot hot days. They understood and worked it out to get it quickly and even delivered and installed before they had expected. We are looking forward to doing business with Quinoco for years to come.

We had an issue with our burner not firing (on a Saturday afternoon) I called the emergency number, reported the issue and was told the message would be sent out and a tech would contact me. Within 20 minutes I got the call, explained the situation and the tech (Patrick) walked me through a restart operation that didnt solve the problem, and then promised to be there within an hour. About 45 minutes later he was there, and after 20 minutes or so he had the burner firing, and our hot water restored. Everyone involved was very professional, efficient and courteous. A pleasure doing business with Quinoco.

Started w/ Quinoco in September 2022. Been pre-paying monthly ever since. Woke up today (1/14/2023) to NO HEAT! Checked and saw no propane fuel in my tank, but payments had been regularly paid. Why was my tank empty?I called Quinoco, and Kathy said a delivery was going out today. I inquired why my tanks were empty, and she relayed that as they had no usage data to project the delivery schedule. I understood, but honestly, their new customer on-boarding procedure should be more proactive than this. But she promised the delivery would be here today. So I got wrapped up in my blankets, and waited.Barely an hour later Juan showed up, and filled the tanks. Kathy had told me he would come in to start the heater. Now I had a maintenance call done at the start of the season, so I was sure it would be fine. A minute later the bell rang, and Juan - who was very friendly - said he needed some valve adapter (*why? I still don’t know..) and would be back “shortly” (under 30 min). 30 minutes later, he was back, did whatever he needed,and the heater was on and working.Kathy and Juan were polite, easy to understand, and did their workFast and professionally. Thanks to both of them! (Give’ em a raise!). Since this should never have happened (running out of fuel), I can’t give them a 5. So I gave them the next highest score. They did fine!

We received an annual cleaning and inspection of our oil furnace. The Quinoco team crushed it. The gentlemen whom came out was an extreme and thorough professional. I’m sincerely impressed with their work, and his ethic on the job. He ensured I was continuously informed of issues he found, he took the time to explain them, and was very deliberate in the cleaning process. I can’t say enough to explain how pleased I am with the service!

The techs called to give me an ETA for their arrival which was great. They were also courteous and gave me a thorough recap of the annual service they performed. I was slightly disappointed that they didn’t come with the proper parts to make a small repair even though I informed the office team about it when scheduling the service. Overall good but having to schedule a separate appointment for repair is a bit of an inconvenience.

Another terrific service call from Quinoco.We already switched our oil service and propane service over to this company for the great work and service they gave done, now we’re adding our Central Air AC service.AC turned off yesterday mid afternoon and they were out the next day and repaired it. Ryan quickly identified the issue and got us up and running ASAP. The techs here are very knowledgeable and they never just try to fix and get out quick… Ryan always takes the time to make sure that the repair worked and that cold air was running out of the vents inside the house.Thanks again!!!Terrific service!!We recently converted our electric range to propane and needed a company that provided both heating oil and propane. After a miserable experience with another provider that included 2 failed inspections from our town, 4 missed appointments, and 2 months of time, we called Quinoco, Terryville Ave, Bristol.Company performed great at all levels, the office, the Sales Manager, and the 2 techs that came to the house were outstanding. The lead tech was very knowledgeable and confident about the job that needed to be done.The entire process from no propane at all to completed job was only 3 days:Monday 2/14 - removed other companies lines/work/tank and installed their lines and a brand new tank.Tuesday 2/15 - inspection from my town. (PASSED the first time)Wednesday 2/16 - Techs returned to install turn on the propane service, double checked their own work product as well as double checked my cooktop installation.it fired up immediately and the tech also went over some safety items since it was our first experience with propane in the house.You would be very wise to reach out to this Quinoco for all of your energy needs. I was given a very attractive new customer offer. We also signed up for complete Oil Service including automatic deliveries and a service contract.You can tell when a company has their s**t together, their communication, knowledge, equipment, and professionalism was all top-notch. Fantastic service - I had my oil on auto-fill, but then I guess when I bought my new house it went to will-call. I realized I was basically running on fumes one morning which also happened to be the morning we were expecting 18 of snow. I called for an emergency fill-up, they came out with two 5-gallon pails in the middle of a crazy snowstorm and put enough oil in to get me through the day and then showed up first thing the next morning to fill me up.Only thing is the guy who came was driving a rear-wheel drive van that was all over the place - I felt bad for the employee, he was definitely in dangerous conditions to be driving that crappy van around.Otherwise, thank you for your exceptional service!

I buy hearting oil and propane from Quinoco on automatic delivery. They have also replaced my heating and hot water systems, as well as the air-conditioning. They are responsive and professional. Had our kitchen floor redone recently and they disconnected our propane stove first thing in the morning and reconnected it the same afternoon.

Installer on time, kept furnace area clean and with tarps while replacing our 1961 boiler with a new buderus g115ws oil furnace and new 35 gal indirect water tank. Installer very professional and easy to ask questions of. Needed 4 guys to get old furnace out of a fairly tight hatchway, it was difficult, but they managed it. We have yet to find out how it will work in the winter..but expecting no problems.
