Christmas was 2days ago and I received a new motion-sensor light for my garage door from my daughter & son-in law. She called Stateline yesterday to book an appointment to have it installed. We were pleasantly surprised that they could take care of it today. The only complaint we have was that when we received the text that the technician was on his way, we werent told that he was coming from Rogersville, about an hour away from my home in Bristol Va. When Tyler got here however, he climbed right up that ladder, took down the old mechanism & installed the new light quickly and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable in advising about the settings for my needs and making the adjustments on the light. I am very pleased with the results, Tylers electrical knowledge, his abilities, and Stateline Services.

My technician, Isaiah, arrived in the time frame that I was told. He had my issue diagnosed in under 5 minutes. He had the necessary part in his van, and replaced it in no time. He even tested everything twice to ensure everything was working properly.He was very polite and professional. He even placed covers on his shoes to ensure he wouldnt track in any mud after checking the unit outside. He was in and out in under an hour. I will definitely use Stateline Services again when needed.Thank you for a pleasant experience.

I called after 10pm with a pressure valve leak the lady was really nice and Zack called me back in a very short time and came out the next day and replaced the pressure valve. They are extremely nice to work with. I couldnt have ask for a nicer technician Zack was very informative and did a great job. I highly recommend this company for any repairs. I will be using them in the future

Thank you Quincy at Stateline for sending us the work crew. Anakin, Kyle and Zach They arrived on time, dug up the old pipe and replaced it with new. Plumbing works fine now. Problem was a 45 year old tree root invaded the PVC pipe blocking discharge to sewer, the scoped it, jetted it and covered it back up in a few hours. Great job guys. Reasonable price too. Kyle and Zachary did an amazing job replacing a section of my main water line, pressure regulator, and main shut off. Definitely wasn’t an easy leak to find due to my line running through a creek, but the guys were able to locate the leak quickly and provide a more than fair estimate for repairs. Very stand-up guys at a seemingly very stand-up company. I previously used Stateline for a small electrical job prior and was pleased with their service. They are very reasonable in their fees. I had already had another company come and inspect the vent and they wanted $1700 dollars. Stateline charged $288. Thankfully I didn’t take the first company and got a reasonable bill. They deserve the five stars for not trying to scam me and providing a good service.

EXTREMELY PLEASED! I have had a lot of experience with several different contractors the last two years as we try to remodel our entire house room by room and this has by far been the easiest and most pleasant repair yet. We had some plumbing left in a laundry room now turned pantry wall that needed to be removed and reworked as the main water line was tied into all of it with the washer. The gentleman came out and assessed everything, gave a quote, ran out for parts, came back and finished the job as perfect as I had hoped for all in a few short hours. He made sure everything was leak checked and properly working before he left the job site. Highly professional service. They even emailed copies of the quote along with the service photos. Couldn’t be happier and will definitely be using this company for many more small jobs that need completed soon. Highly recommend!

Great company to have in your contacts. I have had them out twice, once this year and once last year, to work on my HVAC in the worst times during the summer and both times the tech was pleasant, knowledgeable, and quick to do the job for a reasonable price. They got me taken care of within a week of first calling during what Id assume is the busiest time of year and a holiday weekend to boot. Did the best they could with my old equipment short of replacing it to kick it down the road a little longer. Weve had plumbing issues for years and had some plumbing replaced by our home insurance. Turns out a couple of pipes werent done correctly, so we gave these guys a call and they are the best! Definitely would recommend! I called numerous companies to try and get help for my elderly mom who’s air condition went out. Because it was late in the day and also the day before a holiday know one was willing to help, even after I told them that my mom at her age could not be left without air in this heat. I called Stateline and it wasn’t a problem for them at all and the tech showed up exactly when he said he would. Price was reasonable for after hours work and with no notice. 100% satisfied with both of the electrical services and the plumbing service. The last month or so has handed me some homeowners challenges. First thing I did was called a few friends and family members asking for recommendations and they didn’t have any so I went to Google and I called the first few companies listed and they were going to take over a week to come check my wiring to troubleshoot why my living room lights and a few plugins quit working. I was as worried about an electrical fire because I knew it wasn’t the breaker box but most likely a loose wire that could spark. My next call was as to Stateline Services. I explained the issue and the scheduler agreed that I shouldn’t let it wait so she scheduled me for that same day. The technician was on time from what I was told and I received a text message prior to him arriving introducing him to me. The fella was very knowledgeable and polite and just plain took care of business tracking down the short. My only regret is that I didn’t sign up that day for the service plan because a few weeks later I found a large water leak coming from my side of the water meter. I was surprised to see that the excellent electrical company also did plumbing. I called to schedule a appointment and again since it was a huge problem the scheduling lady made my appointment for the same day within a hour. Again the technician was very knowledgeable and incredibly polite and got right to work and fixed the problem. This time I signed up for the yearly service plan. I had already scheduled a appointment for next week to install wiring for a new dishwasher but since it wasn’t a emergency my appointment was scheduled for the next week from when I called. Now I will save not only on my appointment today but also the appointment this coming week for more electrical work. I k know this is a long review but considering the rapid repairs and quality of work and the piece of mind knowing I finally have a company that I can trust and afford is priceless.

I chose to take advantage of the Gold Membership plan and would definitely recommend that to anyone. Stateline has been easy to work with for annual service checkup appointments for my HVAC in the Spring and Fall, as well as an annual checkup on electrical and plumbing which helps to catch any problems before they become something bigger. Ashley even called me to set up my HVAC checkup for the Spring this year without me having to call to get an appointment. All of the technicians that Ive met have been wonderful and very professional. I like that they send both a text and email when a technician is on the way to the house. They arrive in uniform and with vehicles that are clearly branded with the company information. They go over all the information upon completing work and leave things clean and neat. My experience with Stateline Services has been excellent and I highly recommend them.

These 2 things themselves meant a lot to me, its just us 3 women in this house and I place a high value on feeling safe. The man who was sent to our house, Justin, was very polite, business-like, but friendly too. I would be happy to have him sent to help us again. I was very thankful that they took me needing power serious, and did everything that they could to get my power on for me so I would not be without my oxygen to long.I highly recommend Stateline if you ever need work done. Technician Kayden, called before arriving and was right on time! I was met by a young and very polite person that totally listened to my AC issue. His 1st thought was correct, the capacitor was malfunctioning. He removed the capacitor, tested it and replaced it in no time. AC works great! He also checked the freon and said it was just a pound over what is recommended. He left the decision to me if he should charge the system and I said yes. After the service was completed he had a very nice conversation with my wife, checked for any damage and any trash/parts that may need to be removed. My house decided everything was going to fall apart on me at once. My HVAC kept running in auxiliary heat non stop causing ungodly high bills. I had actually called another company first (AireServe of Abington) and they sent a guy out who not only didn’t fix the problem, he charged me $400 for not fixing my problem. While I was arguing with them about their not fixing anything, my bathroom ceiling decided to start pouring water 😵‍💫 I called Stateline for a plumber and during our discussions learned they have a heating and air team as well so I called them out in hopes they could fix what the other company did not. Long story short-ish both the plumbing and Heating and air teams were amazing and made sure everything was fixed and working great and at A FRACTION of what the other company charged!!! To make things even better, after each visit they called the very next day to make sure things were working well, and sent someone out immediately when I had questions.If you are looking for a company you can trust with very reasonable fees look no further. My bathtub faucet would not turn off and it was on a Saturday evening after 6pm. I called Stateline Services and Chris Ross immediately called me back. He didn’t have the parts needed to repair the faucet on Saturday evening, but he shut off water to the damaged faucet and turned the water back on in the house so that i would have water for the remainder of the weekend. He also installed a hose on my bathroom sink so that i would be able to shower until the repair could be completed at the first of the week. He even agreed to pick up the toilet from Lowe’s. He came with the new toilet and I had wanted to ask if I could clean once he took out the old one but I got busy with work and didn’t get to ask. I went to check the new toilet and he had cleaned behind the wall and floor for me.He did a great job and the price was cheaper than two others I had give me quotes. EDIT: We have used Stateline Services again, this time for a couple of different plumbing issues. A very nice man named Aaron Whittington was sent out. He did a great job, and left everything clean and neat. This is the second time we have used Stateline Services, and we highly recommend them. They have very skilled people on staff, and friendly customer service.My moms heat went out and I called to see if anyone could come out the next day. They were able to come at my requested time (early morning). Logan and AJ were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They had to replace her gas furnace, and told us if they didnt have it in stock, it would take about a week to get it in. Turns out, it was in stock, and they came back that same afternoon with another tech named Kaden and had it installed and working in no time. Very professional job, and it has worked like a dream since. I cant recommend them highly enough. I was impressed with how good they were, both with their job and their ability to explain what was needed and communicate well with their customers. 10 out of 10! Highly recommend.

Since I moved from Minnesota, I am not familiar with the Virginia HVAC as well as other plumbing and heating/cooling equipment. He took the time to explain how all of the plumbing worked as well as possible replacements needed in the future. I signed up for their maintenance to help ensure I have no sudden surprises in the future. Inspections and cleaning are necessary to keep everything working. Great job and very informative. Quick and courteous service. My first in using them. Friendly and professional. Matt Key was my Service Expert for the minor electrical issue I had. He put on his mask and shoe protectors before entering my home. For the work he was doing I told him that I had looked it up on you tube and was going to try and do the electrical work myself but I wanted to live another day. We both laughed, then he said, this can be dangerous work. I took it as a punch line and chuckled, so he had a wonderful sense of humor. He did not mind answering my questions and explained to me what he was doing because enquiring mind wanted to know. I felt comfortable with him being in my home. Before he left he explained the membership benefits to me that was offered through their services. I will be using Stateline Services in the future and definitely recommend them. Great service!

On 5/13/24 Stateline Services Tech Kaden arrived at my home to check my A/C unit that was not working. I described what I had seen and heard while the unit was on and based on that info Kaden was able to isolate the problem. After checking the capacitor which was faulty, it was replaced. My unit is now operating properly and all my concerns about it have been taken care of. Stateline services again has exceeded my expectations with Kaden’s professional demeanor and job knowledge. I highly recommend Stateline Services again for HVAC and plumbing troubles.

Our washing machine drain was clogged. Go to find out the pipe was cut very short and insulation fell in the pipes. Bubba came out and fixed it very quickly, and put on a longer pipe to avoid future problems. They got me in the very next day compared to several other places that I called and couldnt get me in for a week or who didnt even call me back. Thank you all so much! We will definitely be using this service in the future for more than just pluming if we run into issues!
