We used Tim based on the recommendations of a good friend in Bristol. He was very quick to reply to our request to replace an old water heater. He provided two estimates and suggested the best replacement was an indirect system. His men arrive promptly on the scheduled day and quickly and professionally installed a new indirect water heater system. Very happy with the quality of the work and the professionalism of his team members, Jose and Adam. Would highly recommend Tim the Plumber.

I called Tim asking for help with flooding under my sink. He sent Paul and Alan (I think that was their names), and they came right away. They diagnosed the problem, which was with my garbage disposal, and fixed it along with some other problems with plumbing under my sink. They were courteous, competent, and ensured that everything was spic and span before they left. They are a great crew, friendly, knowledgeable and everything is working perfectly now months after they completed the work.

Guys did a great job removing my old 50 gallon electric hot water heater and replacing it with a new 50gallon hot water heater. They also installed a back yard spigot since we only had one in our front yard. The guys were very knowledgeable by answering my questions, gave me useful information about our current plumbing issues we have in our crawl space. We would recommend Tim the Plumber Inc. for any plumbing work homeowners have. We plan to use them again in the near future.

I have always been impressed with the team of top-notch plumbers hired by Tim. I have had the experience of interacting with four of his employees: They are responsive, professional, and good communicators. There is no haggling to get a team out and you can count on them to get the job done. I highly recommend his services!

Tim the Plumber was very responsive in giving us an estimate for bathroom fixture replacements in three bathrooms. His plumbers Paul and Allen did a great job installing the fixtures. They were very courteous, professional and left the areas clean. They also explained the work they were doing to keep us informed on the progress. I have used Gardners Plumbing since I purchased my first home over 20 years ago. Anytime someone asks me why, I always say the same thing. They are professional, do quality work, and more importantly, stand behind their work. MANY years ago, I did not have heat in my home. Although Tim had just arrived home from his vacation, he came to my house at 10:00pm to make sure my heat was working. How can you put a price on that?You cant mess with plumbing. If you want quality service, call Tim the Plumber.

Tim is the Man!!! What started out as a Whenever you can get to it turned out to be a Holy crap! emergency by late afternoon. Tim had the Town of Bristol out in 5 minutes, I kid you not. His crew was right behind. They worked on the OLD pipes and gave us back our sanity!

I can’t recommend Tim The Plumber enough. Besides supporting a local Bristol business, Tim contacted me himself on the weekend to review my situation. Within an hour we had a plan for Monday morning. Tim quoted me an estimated time and hi guys were there earlier than the window given (that never happens). The service was second to none. The guys were friendly, polite, explained the work to be done and estimated the time they would be working. They finished earlier than quoted, explained what was done and cleaned everything up better than they found it. Tim and his crew were very knowledgable and professional. They took time to answer any questions both initially and during the job. He was quick to schedule both the initial visit and the work to be done. He has done two major jobs, both were very fairly priced and done very well. There was one minor issue that came up after payment had already been made, he still sent someone immediately to fix it at no extra charge. I would highly recommend this business!

Ive had occasion to use Tim the Plumber 3 times. Heres why Ill rely on this team for number 4.We needed to completely renovate our bathroom. Our contractor chose Tim and his team to do the plumbing. Jose and Eli were attentive, efficient and left their workspace cleaner than they found it.During a follow up for a small matter Paul and Allen picked up where their partners left off and it was then that I learned that some of Tims employees were students of his in Providence.When we had a later issue in a different bathroom Tims team found space in the schedule, fixed the problem and helped trouble shoot an issue that I hadnt even noticed.
