I contacted them at 2:30 in the afternoon and a new water heater was installed by 5:45 that day!Richard was very knowledgable with over 25 years in plumbing, I know because I asked.     Richard came out to do an initial investigation for high water bills and was able to walk us through the entire process. He was very professional and friendly. As there was no active leak he did not charge a fee for just visiting and confirming no leak, he also provided suggestions and next steps if the bill remains high. I was very impressed with his honesty and integrity.

    I just want to say that after all the bad luck Ive been having lately, today felt like I was sent an Angel. This company came out this evening and restored my busted water line at 7:00 this evening. Richard was very professional but also very personable. Just left at 8:00.     I live in a 16-year-old townhome so it was time for some maintenance and upgrades.     I called Richard at 2:52pm and he had just walked through his front door. He asked me where I lived which wasn’t far from him and he came over around 3:20.I explained to him my issue and he said it was most likely a clog and he went through the kitchen side clean out and found the clog, not in the main line, but in the kitchen portion itself. He put on a special head that broke up all of these chunks of grease that looked like rocks. He then went and ran the snake through the main line to make sure there were no back ups from the breakup of debris.Richard and his partner were in and out in just over an hour with clear communication, set expectations and fair pricing. I would use him again.

    Richard came out to take care of a running tub faucet for us. They came out the day they were called, and they took care of everything quickly and efficiently. Richard and his teammate were super nice and professional, and they left the area cleaner than they found it.     This. Is. The. Guy.He is a seasoned professional from New York who does the most absolutely amazing work and he quotes it to you straight and fair. There arent many true professionals like this anymore.I called so many other guys and they were all basically salesmen who tried to run up the price - telling me I needed all these expensive parts that I didnt need - trying to charge 2x or 3x markup on those parts. The types of guys who cant quote you a price until they see your house. Then, they quote you double or even triple the fair price - thinking you dont know anything.Richard was the only one who answered the phone himself...asked all the right questions...quoted a perfect, fair, and reasonable quote for the work...and then he told me...Ok, youre my next stop.He literally saved my family during a really stressful time with a broken water heater.     I called mid morning for some problems we had with a leaky shower, running toilet and to discuss adding a pot filler in our kitchen.     Wow! This is the BEST experience Ive ever had with a repair person/company. Richard was quick to respond and pleasant to work with. He gave an honest estimate for the repairs needed to our toilet problems. Ive done quite a bit of DIY plumbing in my time, so when he showed me the previously cracked flange, I knew it would be a much bigger job than expected.
