The day after we got power back from Hurricane Milton, we had our shower and toilets backed up without things getting better. We called Wednesday night for help and Drake H was very upfront about the costs. He told us the price to do it that night or the difference in waiting until Thursday. We chose to wait. When Drake came to our home, he was polite, informative, and answered ALL of my questions. He even answered questions that had nothing to do with our backup. He was finished within an hour, fixed the problem, and the pricing was very reasonable. Thank you for your help!!

I woke at 530a up to no water due to a broken valve outside my house. I called a few 24 hr places & got on the schedule 5 hours later...nothing, not even a update. I call Gideons & in less than a hour Zack is at my house! 20 mins later I have water!!! Super quick & inexpensive fix. Im over the moon pleased with the service I received from the nice lady who took my call to Zacks professionalism doing the work. Great job guys...will 100% be my go to for plumbing :)

I had a lift station emergency and realized quickly I had a faulty pump that needed to be replaced which was above my expertise. I received 2 quotes from plumbing companies and chose Gideon’s. They had the work completed as scheduled within 2 business days. Trustworthy and I highly recommend them.

They worked with my schedule (dropping off and picking up kids). Showed up on time and performed the requested work within an hour for less than half the price other plumbers quoted. During the same trip, they replaced an old corroded tub plug that many other plumbers wouldnt even touch! Have been using them for years and will continue to do so!

Graham was great. Quick,efficient, and dog friendly and tolerant! He fixed two shower heads and a backed up tub while having 3 dogs follow him. The company was quick to respond to my call, same day service, punctual ,and clean. This will now be my go to plumbers for any future issues!!!!

Been in our home since 2000 and have used Gideon & Greco Plumbing for all our needs (faucets, garbage disposals, water heater). They are always very professional. Today the toilet was replaced in our primary bathroom and as expected we are very pleased with the work. I’m sure there are many good plumbing companies in this area, but Gideon & Greco is our recommendation.

Weve been repeat customers of theirs for about 5 years now and I have to say they are a great plumbing company if you live in the Brandon area. Everyone is polite and service is exceptional. One of the guys that come out to us a lot has been in plumbing for over 25 years so they are more than knowledgeable. Rates are good and worth the money if you need professional intervention. 10/10 would highly recommend.

The first plumber from Gideon and Greco showed up at the scheduled time. Evaluated the job and started immediately. He called for assistance to get the pipe routed through the wall, again they jumped right on it. In 3 hours, the job was completed, the holes in my floor and walls were repaired and my plumbing was back in service.The other company did not complete any of the work over the course of 2 DAYS!I was stunned at the difference in charges between Gideon and Greco and the other company who couldnt complete the work and left it undone.To put it mildly, I was charged a fraction of the original companys charges and I felt completely ripped off by the original company in comparison.I will whole-heartedly recommend Gideon and Greco and they will always be my first call for any further plumbing projects that I may have.

Every experience has been a good one. Most recently, we stacked our W/D to make room for a utility sink. The technician quoted us one price and had to come back because of the labor necessary. He was done early, but did not cheat us and charged us for the hours worked instead of what was expected. They have been and will be the plumbers we call.

Will admit as a caveat: I was naturally expecting to get screwed when the feed line from the street to the house burst because of a previous owners poor repair work. A plumber came out, assessed the situation, explained the problem, the steps needed to rectify it, got to work, answered my questions, finished quickly and with high quality, and best of all charged me a fair buck for a fair job done. I can say when I need a plumber in an emergency I will look to Gideons & Greco to be reliable, honest and professional.

Graham just left my home, last night, the ice maker valve let go and flooded my home, I called these guys as soon as they opened, they sent Graham immediately and he replaced the valve and got the water back on for us. Gideons & Greco have helped us twice now since moving into our home a few weeks ago. They replaced a sink & faucet, as well as a piece of the sewer pipe that was destroyed by roots. The sewer pipe was around 7pm and they came as an emergency call. The 4-5 plumbers weve interacted with have been polite, well spoken, clear as to what the problem is and what their solution is and generally just nice guys. Would highly recommend!

We were taken to the cleaners a couple of times before we found Gideons & Greco. Most recently when we had a toilet back-up in our house and it cost a small fortune for another plumber to spend about 3 minutes fixing the problem. A month later we had the problem again and G&G spent close to an hour finding and fixing the real problem while charging less. We have used them several times since as have many of our friends.
