David is a true professional. He not only diagnosed and fixed the issue with the leaking water valve he made sure I was completely satisfied before he left. Tim and Ernesto are the BEST!!💗💗 My daughter and family were having problems with their plumbing this past Saturday and she has 4 children. She wasnt able to get the landlord and was very upset. Im from Stillwater PA and did a Google search for plumbers in her area (SATURDAY) later in the evening I called and spoke with Tim he was AMAZING and VERY responsive very polite. He called Ernesto after working major hours through out the week and that day. 🙏🙏💗💗 Ernesto went to my daughters house and fixed everything for her he was very professional and took his time to check everything. He didnt rush through and say he couldnt do it or show up for 5 minutes and do God knows what (like some would) he did his Best and they are very HAPPY. This will be my go-to while I reside here in Florida. Tim was so easy to work with and extremely kind and professional. With in-laws coming into town the next day and broken guest suite shower, Tim squeezed me in at the end of the day for no additional charge. David was the plumber who showed up in the evening after a long day of other jobs and was just as professional and pleasant as Tim. David quickly fixed the shower, all while being mindful of a sleeping baby a freshly cleaned upstairs rug. Great guys, great company.

I have used Brandon Plumbing for 3 projects in the last 2 years. First was a toilet replacement, then a drain problem in a sink, and most recently replacement of a kitchen faucet. Tim is always very responsive and takes time to understand the problems before sending a technician. No surprises on prices. Expert work. David is a master plumber and very efficient. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

My main water line busted on a Friday afternoon. I called Brandon Plumbing and not only did they come out within an hour, but David had it replaced within 2 hours! He was super helpful, informative, professional, and gave me advice on removing the trees surrounding the line due to the roots going wild on it. Tim, the owner, kept me up to speed on everything over the phone, and is seriously one of the nicest people I have ever worked with in home repair! And he gave me advice on submitting my bill to the water company for a possible credit, as it had been leaking for a while (which explained the increase in my water bill over the summer). I called at 3:45PM hoping I could get someone out to replace my garbage disposal by the end of the week. Tim picked up the phone and let me know he could send David out there today. By 5:30PM - less than 2 hours after my call - David was already done. I am the landlord, and I really appreciated Tims willingness to call my tenant to schedule - when I have had to schedule various contractors in the past, it has been a bit of a chore to try and juggle the availability of both the contractor and the tenant, but Tim made it so easy. My tenant also commented on how great David was. Price was very reasonable. Would absolutely hire again.

I had a pipe burst under my kitchen sink when I was replacing a faucet. It was a Saturday, but Ernesto was able to come out right away to stop my kitchen from being flooded. He even helped me finish the faucet install. Tim, the owner, followed up with me after the work was done and both him and Ernesto were very professional and stand up guys. Will definitely use Brandon Plumbing again in the future and highly recommend them to others needing plumbing work done.

I called SEVERAL places this morning (the DAY before Christmas Eve) because we woke up to NO WATER PRESSURE. Almost everyone told us they couldnt help us until next week because of the holidays. Brandon Plumbing not only was able to help us get someone out but Tim told me he would do his best to get someone out ASAP. And he did NOT disappoint. He was able to get at plumber out to my home within the hour. Tim was great at keeping me up to date on when he would be at my home. The gentleman (David) that showed up not only was right on time, very professional but he was also able to educate me on the problem that we had and what could be done to fix it. Unfortunately with our situation it had to do with our well and the unit itself was underground. They were not able to help me resolve my issue. But the fact that their customer service was above and beyond what I expected and the plumber that came out was extremely polite, professional and informative is the reason I am writing this review. If in the future I know of anyone that needs a plumber, your company will be one of my top recommendations. Thanks for all your help!

We called this place in an emergency at 10:30 pm. Tim answered and was very pleasant. Top quality customer service. He assessed the situation over the phone and text the plumber David immediately to see what time he could make it. We had to leave early that morning. David was there a little after 8 pm. Again, quality customer service from him. He was done in 30 min or less. I was so impressed I just looked shocked. I highly highly recommend using this company for any of your needs. I’d easily give them a 10 if it went that high!

Initially I spoke to Tim. He is extremely professional. He assessed my issue with a consultative conversation. I also provided pictures of the cracked pipe via text. He sent a repairman in less than an hour to my location. The repairman had the tools an parts to repair our pipe immediately. The pipe was repaired within an hour. Tim was also considerate when it came to price. He provided an accurate estimate for the repair. The actual cost came in slightly less than what I anticipated. Payment was east with many options based on your need. We paid via Venmo. I have never said it has been a pleasure to work with a Plumbing company. Had a leak in my dishwasher and had to remove. Discovered the shut off valve was broking and had to turn off the water to the house. Called Brandon Plumbing and they were able get to my house is just a few hours.Had them replace all the valves under the sink, 3 in total. Also had them replace a leaking hose bibb that had had a small leak. Grateful they were able to get my water back on same day I called them.Total for the 3 values and hose bibb was $982.55.

I called Tim after hours for an clogged sewer main. David came out first thing the following morning, and unclogged the drain in less than 30 mins. Both were very helpful and responsive. My experience with Brandon Plumbing could not be more positive. What appeared to be a small leak in the garage near the water heater turned out to be a series of leaks within a wall caused by faulty pipes and poor repairs done by one of the previous owners. Just by Providence, (Googling and reading reviews), Tim at Brandon Plumbing was contacted. He was very responsive and sent us Mark and Devon. Dry wall had to be removed and Mark and Devon went to great lengths to show us the problems in the plumbing system. The problems were awful and extensive. After viewing the pipes, the multiple leaks, and poorly done previous repairs, we knew that the system was compromised and we opted to have Mark and Devon install new pipes throughout the house. As soon as the restoration folks finished the tear out and dry out, Mark and Devon went to work. They finished re-plumbing the house in two days all the while showing us any problems that we could not previously see behind sheet rock and explaining what they were doing and why. They were professional, openly sympathetic to our situation and they clearly knew what they were doing.Tim provided us with an estimate for the job prior to starting the work. The final bill was well within the estimated cost. Tim too, was a pleasure to work with and has a kind and compassionate way about him that is comforting as you entrust your home and your wallet to perfect strangers. They are a good people and they do excellent work. We are very grateful to the folks at Brandon Plumbing and are pleased to give them our highest recommendation.

Amazing: This is the word that describes the men from Brandon Plumping. We had a leak under the kitchen sink and so I being new to the area I had no clue who call. After several calls and being told by other plumbing companies they wouldnt be able to get out here for several days, I was recommended Tim and his company; best recommendation I ever received. He had Jim out the next day and Jims professionalism and kindness blew me away.Knowing we had a leak my husband decided we would just get a new faucet and fix two of our issues at one time. Jim came in and immediately saw that our lines from the old faucet were the issue and even though we only called them to fix a leak, he said he would put our new faucet in. I know thats not a big deal to most but as a mother of two young boys and a husband who is driving back and forth everyday from Naples helping with hurricane Irma issues, this was the best news ever! Jim got us all fixed up and Tim arrived to help finish the installment, giving me a chance to thank him for getting Jim out to us so quickly.I have found our plumbers for life for our home and if you need plumbing issues solved I completely recommend Brandon Plumbing. When other plumbers said no, Brandon said yes. We had an emergency situation after another plumber had been out to “fix” the problem. Main drain pipe going to the sewer was blocked and the other plumber was told yet they ran their auger towards the houseInstead of the street. By the time we realized the other plumber had screwed up it was after hours, sewage was backing up our drains, and we had tried to get them back with no luck, Brandon was not only able to get someone out but within 30 minutes. Within a little over an hour o bus calling the problem was resolved! It was a expensive being after hours but worth it in my opinion.Did I mention it took 4 days to get the other plumber out here to do the job? Called last minute and told us they would have to reschedule the first time, arrived without an auger (after telling them they would need one) the second, and the third time they did the job so wrong that it got worse. Like I said, Brandon was here in 30 minutes, knew what to do, and was done in a little over an hour after initial contact. Guess who is our first call from now on?

Tim amd Mark were amazing. I had a serious issue with my propane water heater that my gas company had to come out and close it until the issue was fixed. With no hot water, I was in a state of emergency to find someone ASAP. Another company I called would not fit me in until after the holidays but upon calling Brandon Plumbing, Tim was kind enough to fit me in Marks schedule within the hour. Mark did a spectacular job in changing my gas heater. They are kind human beings who were understanding and sympathetic to my situation and went above and beyond with their great customer service.

My wife and I experienced an unexpected household major malfunction on a Friday late in the afternoon. Our 10 year old hot water heater failed. My wife is handicapped and cold water showers are less than optimal. I called several brand name 24/7 plumbing services, none were able to respond until the following business week. He arranged to have his ace plumber, David, respond the next morning, SAT JUL 24 2021. I had a pipe leaking under my kitchen sink. I called several plumbing companies and Tim from Brandon Plumbing called me right-of-way. I told Tim I needed the work done on that day because I had taken the day off from work. Tim took that under consideration and dispatched the technician to show up at my house before lunch time to assess the leak situation. Based on my conversation with Tim, his technician Jim was finishing up a job in Pinellas County and I would be the next customer. I must say, on that day we had very bad storms and Jim was running a little bit late. He called to let me know his estimated time of arrival.Jim was very polite, friendly and professional. During his assessment, in addition to the leaking pipe, he noted a leaking water supply valve. He took the time to explain and make recommendation on what he needed to do to fix both leaks. Upon my approval of the work, he contacted his office and within a few minutes I received a call from Tim with the estimate and the warranty work explanation.Jim did an excellent job; I am very happy with the result and Tim was very professional. However, I’ve been asking for a simple receipt so I can get reimbursed for a month through texts and calls. I don’t understand the hold up. Either he overcharged and can’t put it down on a receipt, or it doesn’t pay to take the time to make one anymore. Never going to use Brandon Plumbing again, but if you do, make sure everything is to your liking and you agree to the terms before you pay (similar reviews). 5 stars down to 2. If that matters.Tim and Ernesto were very responsive to our last minute accident with our shower pipes. Once we realized we couldn’t fix it we started making calls. The only one of 6 different people who actually took the time to make this repair happen was Tim. It was late last night and he was on the phone walking us through what had to be done. He told us exactly when Ernesto would arrive and he showed up on time. Ernesto knew exactly what had to be done and started working.Thank you both. I recently had a water heater replaced by Brandon Plumbing, most of the cost for the water heater was covered through my warranty with A.O. Smith. Tim and the knowledgeable professionals at Brandon Plumbing assisted me with completing the step by step process of working with the local distributor to make sure my needs were met and gave a respectable quote for picking up the new water heater from the local distributor, installation, and discarding the old water heater. I did most of my business with Tim and he was always very polite and gave off an impression that he cared for the everyday person, as well as the quality of work and reputation of the business. Not all businesses treasure this aspects of running a business. I highly recommend Brandon Plumbing and will use them any future needs.

Mark and Tim were fantastic. We had the entire house re-piped to get rid of the old and hazardous polybutylene piping. Unfortunately, one of the connections for the new pipe separated and water went through the kitchen and out the garage. Luckily, we were not yet living in the house and one of the neighbors called to tell me about the water. I immediately called Mark and within a few minutes he was at the house assessing the issue. There was a manufacturer defect in the fitting. According to Mark this is highly unusual and he never saw it happen before with this pipe in all of his many years plumbing. Mark immediately turned off the water and called a water removal company. After several days everything was dry and there was NO damage. Tim had a carpet cleaner come to the house and clean the carpets to ensure everything was in tip top shape. Working with Mark and Tim was truly a blessing. The service they provide is far and away above the rest. I highly recommend using them for any plumbing needs.

I LOVE Brandon Plumbing! I called them at 10:30 pm on a Thursday night because we had a serious clog where water was coming out of our shower drain. Stacey and Jim arrived promptly the next day at 8:30 am, and fixed our plumbing issue (after investigating) within 60 minutes. My water heater went out on a Friday night and after purchasing one late at night we needed it installed the next day. Weekends aren’t always so quick to help when it’s not an emergency. After talking with Tim on the phone he assured me I would be able to get my new water heater installed after I cleared it with my husband. Mark and Devon quickly installed it in about an hour. Mark was very knowledgeable and was able to give me a military discount. I also enjoyed the fact that there was no cost to come out and assess! I would definitely recommend these guys!

I am so happy to have had a prompt and efficient experience with Brandon Plumbing. They identified the leak immediately regardless of its complicated location. They worked, while i worked from home. .. professionalism to the max. They gave us great recommendations for the reparation process. And worked with us with the bill and the due date. We needed a plumber within an hour due to installation of new kitchen cabinets. Tim was able to get a plumber to our house in less than an hour to do the job. The plumber was knowledgeable and made suggestions that really made sense for follow up visits to install sink and garbage disposal.UPDATE......... Had Jim the plumber back today 9/23 to install new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. Tim the owner worked with us to get Jim to our house asap. Jim even accompanied my husband to the store to pick up needed parts, and made improvements to give us new pipes and connections for the new faucet/disposal. Jim worked straight thru for several hours until job was finished and done right. We are very satisfied with Brandon Plumbing, with their professionalism and their plumbing knowledge and expertise.

We had a pipe burst under our house going into (or coming out of?) the foundation wall. Called Brandon Plumbing and spoke to Tim. He had Ernesto come out with another person, for safety Im assuming since they were going to crawl under the house. Ernesto found the leak and determined that it was a dead end pipe that was supposed to run to an outside spigot, but when the home was being built, they realized an air conditioner unit was going there so it was capped and re-routed several feet down. Ernesto cut and capped the leaking pipe, we checked every appliance and faucet inside and out and everything worked great! THAT is what you pay for when you call Professionals like Brandon Plumbing. Had an emergency with some granite counter tops being installed this past weekend. Wasnt informed that I would be responsible for the plumbing being taken apart or put back on after the install was done. Called Tim at 8:20pm on Thursday night with my situation. Mark and Devon just finished replacing both toilets in my Tampa area home. I live out of town and my daughter lives there, but both toilets were awful. I thought that trying to make long-distance arrangements was going to be a problem, but NOT! I worked with Tim, who made sure that the plumbers who were going to do the job, had the correct information of what we needed done. One of the toilets turned out to be an issue once removed, but Mark spoke with my husband and came up with a game plan. In the end, it all turned out great, and both toilets were professionally installed on time. I dont think Ill be calling around for plumbers in any future plumbing work needed. Well it started Saturday morning when we noticed some water coming from our floors. Our dishwasher was running so our initial thought was there was a leak behind the walls because we didnt see anything leaking on the surface. We gave Brandon Plumbing a call and when Bob called me I explained to him what was going on, and since he had just gone through this himself, he walked me through what could have been the issue and turns out it was. There was not leak in the wall it was a bad dishwasher part. He saved us big money and we really appreciate that, and thats the type of thing that will keep us coming back to Brandon plumbing if we ever have any plumbing issue. They could have easily come out and taken the service charge and told us the same thing in person but they took the extra step and chose to serve the customer instead, thanks Bob!!

These guys are great! I had them come out to my house within an hour on a Friday afternoon at 5pm to repair a backflow valve in my yard. They came quickly and completely replaced the valve! I couldnt have been happier! About 4 months later, I noticed the valve was leaking again. This time it was on Saturday. I called and told them what was going on. They were at my house within an hour and they repaired it free of charge.This is an AMAZING company and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of any type of plumbing service or issue!A+++++++++++++++

My hot water heater started leaking on a Friday evening while I had company . I was made aware of it on Saturday morning call Brandon plumbing Tim came out as promised replace the hot water heater in a timely manner and was very courteous. I feel the $3000 cost installed for a 40 gallon hot water heater is a bit excessive even if you include the hundred dollar surcharge for a weekend call . When I share that price with people they feel I should’ve gotten a tankless system for that amount. Tim assured me it was a quality hot water heater and had the built-in exhaust fan to expel any gas fumes. What are you got to do it in emergency case? I wish I would’ve got an estimate before hand. He was courteous and explained the cost, however I still feel the pricing was a bit excessive. I would use them again however I would check other pricing is first.

This company saved my hide.I, being more confident than handy, damaged a kitchen pipe at 9:30 PM on an evening my wife was returning from a business trip to CA. All told they had me square in less than an hour. My wife came home to the faucet and filter I installed working fine instead of the water to the house being shut off. I had a faucet that was leaking. I called Brandon Plumbing, Tim picked up the phone on the second ring. I described the problem and he texted me his number and asked me to send a picture. He quoted me a price and said hed have somebody out asap. Not even 10 minutes later, Dave showed up and fixed the faucet in about 10 minutes. The whole event from first call to finished took maybe 30 minutes, if that. I would recommend these guys to anybody looking for a professional plumber. Next time someone on Brandon Word of Mouth asks about a plumber, Im recommending Brandon Plumbing.

Our water heater finally died and Tim and his crew were out same day to install a new one. They were reasonable and professional. Tim ran to the supply house minutes before they closed to grab the water heater and driver it to the installer. Tim made sure they job was done to our satisfaction and ensured everyone was ok at time of payment. He also spent additional time troubleshooting other things with me over the phone. I would highly recommend these guys!

Brandon Plumbing knows about great customer service. Truly a blessing to have incredible people to go above n beyond the call of duty. I called on a Saturday and spoke with Tim that my shower head needed repairs. He didn’t have any service techs available, so he went out of his way to come do the repairs himself. Look no further for a top notch plumbing company in the Tampa/Brandon area! I had an emergent situation develop over the weekend (pipe sprung a leak behind a wall) forcing me to shut off the water supply to my house. I called up Brandon Plumbing and Tim proceeded to impress me right off the bat. He took the time to actually listen to my issue and responded very thoughtfully and articulately. I immediately felt at ease after the conversation and knew he and his team knew their stuff. We agreed to them coming out the very next morning and he arrived with his technician Jim. Both were extremely professional, straight forward and as honest as it gets. They assessed the situation and offered a solution at a very reasonable price. At no point did they try to upsell me or pull some of the usual deceptive tricks Ive seen with other plumbing companies. These are folks who truly care about their customers and will work with them in fixing a problem; they dont just show up, slap a quick fix on an issue and take your money. They took their time, did an outstanding job, then wouldnt leave until fully verifying the issue had been fixed. Both Tim and Jim were very friendly and by the time they left I actually felt like I had made a couple new friends as well as becoming my absolute go-to company for any future plumbing needs. That level of customer service is very hard to come by these days and Im quite cognizant and wary of most of these types of services. So that says a lot and is a true testament to their excellence. They deserve more than the 5 star max this review allows! Hire them now! :)

I have 5 daughters and a granddaughter 3 years old living at home so a clogged line is a major catastrophe. I was impressed that Tim is persistent in his approach to resolving the problem at hand I live in a older house and he and his 2 employees whom between them had over 50 years experience in plumbing (the joy of being bilingual and grilling the help) they went up on the roof dragging a 100 foot snake with them. They had to try another route and ended up with using one of the employees suggestions and run a garden hose and finally cleared the pipe. I am retired Military and he gave me a substantial discount which I appreciated. I really encourage anyone who needs plumbing work to call Tim I now consider him a friend. Thank you for saving us

I had a plumbing emergency (outside water line rupture) late evening on Thanksgiving. Tim texted me back and then called within an hour. He sent Ernesto first thing Friday morning. Both of them were extremely courteous and professional. I could really tell that they valued me as a customer and went the extra mile to take care of me. The repair was done much quicker than I expected. I am so glad I called them! I will definitely use this company again, though hopefully no holiday emergency next time!
