An excellent experience overall. One of two (out of six) companies that said they wouldnt have to remove drywall to re-plumb our kitchen sink/RO, one of the most affordable of the companies, and the plumber assigned to us, Natalie, was fantastic. I had a technician named Natalie come out today for my toilet that wasnt flushing and she explained everything and fixed the issue and she was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with and friendly so that was really cool. I recently had two toilets replaced, and after getting two quotes, I was shocked by how overpriced the first one was. Luckily, I found Complete Plumbing Services, and their quote was not only fair but also included two toilets with warranties for a reasonable market price. Austin, the plumber, was exceptional—he worked quickly and knew exactly what needed to be done as soon as he arrived. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Jon B from your company serviced our drain this past Tuesday, after coming out the preceding Friday for a look at the job and a discussion of our issue. Jon arrived on time, as scheduled, and worked diligently to resolve the issue, even when the issue seemed that it wasnt fully resolved. He went the extra mile, so to speak, to get to the bottom of the issue, and then resolved it, and let us test the resolution!The price was more than fair, the work done was professional, he kept us informed, and was clear in his discussions with my husband (and me, who had LOTS of questions!) and was patient enough to answer them all.He was here on time, finished the job in less than a day, and are very happy with the way it was done. Great service! Highly recommend Complete Plumbing! I called on Monday morning and they came that afternoon! We started having an issue with our 8 year old gas fired tankless hot water heater. Intermittently it was not producing hot water and the water heater control panel displayed error code 11 and was beeping. Turning the breaker off and on to reset it did help but it was doing it more and more. Jon B. from Complete Plumbing and Drain LLC came and ran a complete set of diagnostics. He checked the gas pressure, cleaned the burner, checked the circuit board, and performed a flush. His diagnosis was the heater was fine but there was an issue with gas pressure coming to the house and suggested I call Teco Gas to replace the gas regulator. I called Teco Gas, they came the next day, replaced the gas regulator, and the pressure readings were back to normal! Jon B. was great! Very thorough and professional and he explained everything to me! Will definitely use Complete Plumbing in the future!!

For 2 days prior of calling, my hot water was coming out with a rusty color in it. I new my water heater needed to be replaced since it was very old. I called complete plumbing a little after 8:30 am on a friday, I dont remember the ladys name that picked up but I explained what was going on and she told me we can have a plumber head your way in 5 minutes, I said damn and just laughed because I couldnt believe how soon it was. The guy got here in less than 10 minutes after hanging up the phone with her. He told me the options I had, I chose to have him replace the water heater with one that i had in the shed that was only 3 years old that a friend gave me, and in no time he replaced it with no issues. All around fantastic service. I found them with a Google search and I rely on reviews to do my decision and when I saw the reviews it was an easy decision. Thats why I had to leave one too. Thank you for your quick and wonderful service.

We have an older house and have had them come over several times replace original parts. They replaced a tub drain and drain pipe. They replaced the toilet water shut off valves for two toilets. They did a complete parts replacement in two toilet tanks, including the bolts and gaskets. The plumber had pointed out how rusted away the bolts were and showed me how the gaskets were coming apart. And, we had our washing machine valves and outside spigots replaced. They have always been professional, responsive and have done a great job each time! I highly recommend them!

I had some corrosion from hard water and needed a faucet replaced and had a leak in a garden tub. Chris installed the new faucet and worked on the leak. He had to try multiple cartridges and never gave up. We received replacement parts from Moen (lifetime replacement) and he took care of the leak. He was very patient and wonderful to work with. When I went to use the commode, it was worse than before...water started pouring out all over the floor, something that it hadn’t done before that plumber worked on it. I called them to come back and they couldn’t come until 4 days later! Enter Chris from Complete...he not only identified the problem in about a minute, he had it fixed and running correctly in about 20 minutes. On the day after the 4th of July where I could barely find a plumber to return my call to help repair and restore water to my home, Jermaine and Aydan from Complete Plumbing and Drain fixed the problem, were communicative about what needed to be done and how they were going to do it. They did it and we enjoyed having them at hour home while they made the fix. I dont know if all the plumbers at Complete Plumbing are as good as Jermaine and Aydan, but if they are even close, then youre in very good hands.

I have had the best experience using this company. I have used them 3 times within the last month. I first used them to unclog a toilet. While they were here, I asked Vidoll about needing to fix or replace my non functioning Jacuzzi tub. I had called many plumbers and contractors and I could not find anyone that wanted to tackle this project. He was able to quote me a price and put me on their schedule. When the tub was removed we encountered additional electrical issues that caused the tub to not function. They recommended a local electrician to perform that work for us as well.In the interim, we had additional drain issues a few weeks later that we called Aubrie to send someone out to address. The drain clog was found with their camera and removed it within 20 minutes of arrival.We revisited the tub project and Vidoll found the parts on line needed to bring our old tub back to life prior to reinstalling it.He came back today and put everything together out in the yard and tested the motor and switch and checked the tub for leaks.The tub is now fully functional and my wife could not be happier. Happy wife, happy life.Vidoll, Aubrie and Shaun and the rest of the team have a vested interest in their customers at a reasonable price which is extremely rare these days.Highly recommend.
