Our tankless water heaters went out during the power outage on 1/16/24 from the winter storm. We left our faucets on and that did not help. When the pipes thawed the water ended up leaking from our ceiling into our living room. All American happened to be working on another house on our street and came over right after to assess the issues and had both of our water heaters replaced in less than 24 hours.

I have used this company for my plumbing needs for the past 4 years. They have responded to me quickly and have repaired my problems on the first trip. The only time that I the problem was not fixed to first time was when they had to order a part for my hot water heater. When the part can in they completed the call.

I cannot say enough good things about this business! They were prompt; courteous and professional. When the new water heater leaked 5 months after initial installation (product defect) they were here within 2 hours to identify the problem and in spite of a heavy workload for the day for other clients, the guys worked late into the evening to get the leaky water heater removed and new one installed. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Tommy did a fantastic job installing a tankless waterheater in my attic. He was very professional and as many times as I offered to help, he did his best to not accept it. Additionally, the work was done within 24 hours of diagnosis.
