This is a sincere appraisal of the plumbing service I recently received. The quality of customer service was outstanding. Today, my entire house was re-piped by them. They showed up bright and early, before 8am, and had it all finished by roughly 1pm. I have to give kudos to the team, who were simply fantastic. A big shout out to Jay, Todd, Evan and another colleague. They demonstrated a brilliant working dynamic, striking a balance between professionalism and being friendly. Later in the evening, around 7:30pm, I was enjoying some peace in my master bathroom when I heard a troubling sound - a drip, drip...drat. I immediately phoned their office, and the customer service was once again top-notch as Evan got back to me promptly and arrived within 20 minutes. He discovered a leak (poor chap had to venture into the attic but found no leak there) and ultimately located it behind the master shower valve. Evan did a stellar job, and everything is now back to normal. And I must also give praise to the office staff who were very courteous over the phone. We are satisfied customers of this excellent plumbing service in Brandon!

Jay replaced our old, leaky hot water heater with a new tankless model. He gave us a fixed quote for the work, arrived on time as promised, and finished the job within a single day. The project also required some rearranging of heating pipes to accommodate the new unit, and Jay was reasonable with the additional costs. His service was excellent and his honesty was truly appreciated. A while later, we had another fantastic experience with Jay. Our heating furnace broke down one chilly night. We contacted Jay the following morning and he promptly arrived within an hour. He managed to fix the issue in less than 30 minutes, making our home warm and cozy again. His services were prompt, exceptional, and efficient, all for a very reasonable price. Brandon Speedy Home Plumbing is a family-owned and operated business that values honesty. It comes highly recommended! We had another delightful encounter with Jay, who this time brought along his assistant, Evan. Were glad we called Jay again. His service is always top-notch, delivered with a smile, and always punctual. Evan added an extra layer of positivity to the experience. Todd was incredibly professional and provided detailed information about the possible solutions for the leaks in both of my showers. My home is quite old, so replacements werent straightforward, but Todd was committed to resolving the issues correctly, which he certainly did! We had some pleasant chats throughout the process, so his friendliness was top-notch. They managed to arrange a next-day visit, which can be tricky at times, so Im truly grateful for their prompt response! I will undoubtedly be contacting this plumbing service again for all future needs.

Jay, Todd, Evan, and Bing! We had a complete plumbing overhaul, including the installation of a new water heater and gas range. Bing was our initial point of contact, and he was professional and knowledgeable. After we placed the order, we had to wait a while before the job began. From the very first day, I had issues with the initial plumber working on our system. I was far from satisfied with his work and repeatedly requested for someone to review the job. Thats when Jay and his team stepped in. After numerous calls and emails, Jay came over to assess the situation. Upon seeing the work, he immediately apologized and began addressing our concerns one by one. He brought in Todd and Evan, who were an absolute pleasure to work with. Todd did a phenomenal job, despite having to rectify the issues left by the previous plumber. Todd and Evan worked together to do an excellent job that exceeded my expectations, considering the issues I had previously experienced. Under Jays guidance and with the teams expertise, they alleviated a years worth of stress and frustration. Evan did a terrific job with the water heater plumbing. The plumber who had initially botched the job had apparently made errors on other projects and has since been let go. I want to express my gratitude to Jay for rectifying the situation. The job was completed to my full satisfaction. Thanks to Jay, Todd, and Evan, my plumbing system is now running smoothly and efficiently in Brandon.

Yesterday, we faced an unexpected plumbing nightmare. It began with a simple flush and before we knew it, there was a problem at every drain. We reached out to a plumbing service around 11 AM and Evan showed up within 20 minutes. Our home was the first to be built in Brandon, dating back to 1954, and initially had a septic tank installed. As a result, Evan had the challenging task of navigating our complex drainage pipe system, which snakes around a hillside and completely encircles the house. Using plumber snakes and cameras, Evan, Jay, and Todd worked without rest, discovering the issue to be roots blocking the path to the sewer pipes. In their own words, they didnt stop until we had toilets and proper drainage again. By about 5:00, they had finished their work and cleaned up all the affected areas throughout our house. their skill, professionalism, and excellent customer service are something to be proud of. the cost was reasonable considering the effort they put in. we are extremely satisfied and wont hesitate to recommend this plumbing team to our friends in the future. very much appreciated.

I cant recommend this plumbing company enough! Their customer service team is incredibly friendly and the plumbers are nothing short of professional. Every time weve had a pressing issue, theyve been quick to respond, even when it involved a full water heater replacement on the same day! Their work on our full house water filter was exceptional, complete with labels on every valve - a big thank you to Evan for his top-notch craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail! And youd be hard-pressed to find a support person like Todd, who is not only extremely knowledgeable about the plumbing industry but also genuinely cares for his customers!

I then reached out to a new plumber, explained our predicament, confirmed the cost for the services we required, and made an appointment. The initial appointment had to be moved, but everyone was exceptionally polite, professional, and considerate. Evan gave me a call on the morning of the job to confirm the cost once more. He clarified the accurate charges and was accommodating due to the previous confusion. Shortly after, Todd showed up. He conducted his inspections and tests thoroughly, taking the time to explain his process and reasons behind it. He also took the extra step to point out other potential issues that could help us cut down on our energy expenses and avert future complications. He offered his recommendations and confirmed that we actually didnt have a leak! He was patient enough to answer all of my queries. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Evan and Todd. They went the extra mile today. They were extremely patient, understanding, compassionate, and professional. Im really grateful for all of your assistance today. Jays professionalism and kindness were evident. He effectively cleared the line filled with roots and suggested setting up an annual routing until we could replace the line. He also left the work area spotless after an hour-long routing job, which was impressive. What surprised me even more was the total cost. It was lower than what I had been charged in the past for similar routing services. Even more surprising was that this affordable cost was for same-day service! The plumbing company made a wise choice by dispatching these 2 guys to my house for the needed repair work, the same day I spotted a leak in my wall. i also had evan and todd set up a new toilet, a model that i picked but seemed tough to install (from my perspective). But for evan and todd, they handled it effortlessly, without a hitch! I made a call and left a message, and they quickly got back to me. they asked me to send a short video of the issue, which meant no assessment fee. they assessed the situation quickly and quoted a potential cost between $300 and $400. i agreed and they scheduled an appointment for the next morning between 7:00 and 8:00 am. at 7:10, i got a call saying they were about 20 minutes out. they arrived within the one hour window and quickly identified a pipe that needed resealing. there was a leak from my kitchen disposal. they fixed the problem swiftly and then jay called to discuss the fee. jay explained what he found and what he had done. the fee came to $225. for a licensed professional plumber to promptly come out and make the repair, i felt the price was more than fair. look at all the reviews and sift through the nonsense. these guys run a professional operation and i would not hesitate to use them again. i appreciate their straightforward approach. its clear theyve been at this a long time, and im grateful they continue to help people like me every day. dont just compare prices, consider the value of the services you receive. this plumbing service in brandon is worth every penny.

We were dealing with two major bathroom revamps concurrently, involving moving drains and toilets. These were all original features from 1952. We couldnt be happier with Jays work. It perfectly matched our design expectations! His keen eye for detail was immensely beneficial to me as the project designer, ensuring I had all necessary parts to meet our familys objectives. Without his advice, I would have been lost. Jay is the first plumber Ive worked with who took the time to discuss all these details with me. His communication is also excellent, keeping us updated on his arrival time so we can plan accordingly. Jays workmanship is superior, and his customer service is equally commendable. Exceptional service from our local plumber, especially Todd, who just within a few hours from my initial call this morning, installed a beautiful new unit in our Brandon garage! Our old unit had a leak that caused the lower thermostat to short out and even started a brief fire inside the casing. Thank goodness for circuit breakers! Evan, Todds associate, joined him to speed up the repair as our need was late in the day. Our system had a special valve which required some unique expertise, but they managed to get the job done. A big thank you to Todd and his team for a job well done!

Drain clearing: the team did a fantastic job unclogging my drain. i was initially taken aback by the price, but then i realized it was because not only was the line cleared, but the sink strainer needed to be exchanged and the down (tail) pipe also needed replacing. this was due to a serious leak. when jay the plumber left, everything seemed fine. there was a slight drip that left my cabinet a bit damp the following morning, but i managed to fix the problem myself. since then, everythings been working perfectly. considering everything, id say this deserved a three star review. water heater installation: evan, the same technician who took care of our drain, was also responsible for our water heater. we were pleased because we were already familiar with his strong work ethic. there were some minor miscommunications with the office, but evans quality work and professionalism more than made up for it. he removed the old water heater and installed the new one without a hitch. the cost was reasonable and matched the quote exactly. id definitely give this a five star review. all in all, id give a combined rating of four stars for the services in brandon.
