Poor service and no shows are legendary in Long Boat Key. Wyman has blown that up twice for us. They were recommended for our sink install with new countertops and we called them again to repair 2 toilets. Even after 2 hurricanes, I was shocked to find that we were still able to reschedule our appointment to when we had water and power again. The receptionist was efficient and friendly and the actual plumber was proficient and quickly fixed our problems. I would use Wyman again in a heartbeat. Even in the throughs of two hurricanes, they remained proficient in their service and professionalism

ALL OF THE ABOVE!!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONAL!!! Ashley Is Delightful and very Pleasant... Nancy ALWAYS has a Smile Coming through the phone waves LOL... I LOVE Them Both!!! 💎💎Scott is also EXCELLENT!!! He greeted me with a smile at the front door and came in looked at the issue, explained every issue in my kitchen area, under the sink and also in the bathrooms.Not to mention that he is very professional I did not feel uncomfortable at all! As sometimes maintenance guys come out and make me feel uncomfortable he made me feel very safe he kept his distance and he was VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!I recommend everyone to Wyman Plumbin!!! I had a problem with a new shower switching from cold to warm and to cold.... I had several plumbers here. All of them tried to start a big project and to sell expensive solutions like a new piping or a new water heater. Wyman plumbing came and solved the problem in 5 minutes. I am deeply impressed. Thank you so much. I will go ahead with them. It was a great experience.

Two Men from Wymans Plumbing came in recently, Pulled out my tub shower and installed new shower. They were done before the day was over. Left the area very clean and I love my new Shower. Day before Thanksgiving and my mom goes in to take a shower and the handle freezes in the on position. I quickly called Wyman Plumbing and they sent David out. He was here within 10 minutes and fixed the problem in no time. I am so very thankful for the service.

Our rental property had a leak where the shut off valve is. It was 8 p.m. when the tenant called me. I called a locally owned plumbing company and the service said someone would call me right back. After a second call and 50 minutes later without hearing back from them, I called Wyman Plumbing and also got an answering service. But less than two minutes later the on-call guy returned my call. Twenty minutes later he was at the property and had the issue fixed within 15 minutes. He then called to let me know it was completed. And shortly after that, our tenant called me to tell me how courteous he had been, and said that when she offered him a tip, he politely refused it.

If your looking for a dependable,affordable and honest plumbing company Wyman’s is the only place to go. I had a pipe break under my foundation (yikes!) first thing I did was called my H.O insurance the second thing I did was called Wyman’s I’m thankful I made that second call. My leak was fixed and it cost me less than my insurance deductible!! Wow!! Thank you Wyman’s

My sewer lines were backing up in my old home. I had another plumbing company come out twice in 6 days because of a backup and they snaked the pipes. It worked temporarily but I needed something more. I called Wyman Plumbing because of their good reputation. Tony came out and was able to quickly locate my sewer pipes as I didnt have a visible clean-out. He used the camera to evaluate the pipes and then performed a hydro flush on the cast iron portion that is under the slab. The remaining PVC pipes were fine. He took his time and worked diligently to clean the cast iron pipe the best that it could cleaned but he had to be careful because the pipes are 65 years old. He then installed an in-ground clean out. My sewer lines are now draining better than they have in 15 years! Tony is very knowledgeable and professional and is a great asset to Wyman Plumbing. Hopefully I wont have any more plumbing issues but if I do, I will be calling Wyman and requesting Tony!

Had a clogged drain pipe Nick showed up sooner than expected did a good quality job didn’t try to overcharge or upsell me came in and did a very good job. I will be calling them again if I have any more issues

TYLER WAS PLEASANT, AND KIND, AND SAID NO PROBLEM, AND THE AFTER SIZING UP THE TASK 10 MINUTES LATER WE PARTED, I COULD NOT THANK TYLER ENOUGH FOR SOLVING THIS PROBLEM AT MY RENTAL VILLA, THERE WOULD BE NO INCONVENIENCE FOR MY TENANTS.
