We had some old copper pipes break which flooded our home. I called 3 different companies, not knowing much about the services in Sarasota. Bullseye Home Services responded quickly and came out immediately. The other 2 companies called me back later in the day to schedule an appointment all the while Bullseye was already hard at work. Nick came out and assessed the damage and mapped out the replumb. He was very thorough and knowledable, and answered all questions/concerns. Josh and Josh (the dream team!) came in to do the replumb and install a new water heater in 1 DAY! These 2 were very maticulius with their work and stayed late until it was done! The work they did is clean and pleasing to the eye and did I mention their mannerism?...so stinking polite and courteous! My water pressure and temperature is better than the original. Youre in good hands when using this company and cannot recommend Bullseye enough! God Bless You!!

After a major plumbing and waste failure, we contacted Bullseye to evaluate what had failed. They responded quickly and were able to determine that everything needed to be completely replaced. They quickly got a plan, pricing and crews in place to replace the waste lines and to re-pipe the house. Everyone we dealt with, from the office, to the crews that worked on our home, has a very high level of professionalism. We received calls and texts showing arrival times, the crews were prompt and worked quickly and efficiently. The job has been completed inside of the estimated dates and we couldnt be happier with the level of work done. Even the local building inspector commented what a great job that they did and that they didnt cut corners. We were especially happy with our lead plumber, Norm. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with all the work and to make sure that any detail we needed was accommodated.

I had the pleasure of meeting Amy, Nick, and Quinton for a heating inspection today and they went above and beyond with their customer service. Amy was incredibly friendly and walked us through the entire process, making sure we knew exactly what she was doing and what everything meant. Nick and Quinton had also provided wonderful service, explaining the situation that our A/C system was in and where we could go from here. Everything was explained to us clearly and efficiently making sure that we as customers were not putting blind faith into the company. The trust has been earned so far and i believe that the company will maintain that trust. Though our circumstance was expensive, especially considering what my family has currently been going through, Nick and i believe Jeremy? Worked with us to find the best price for the job we need done! We are very satisfied with customer service we have received so far and happy to be getting the issues with our A/C officially, and professionally taken care of. We own a small business on St. Armands circle. But we are one of many businesses in our particular building. We have all been struggling with a situation that had us scratching our heads. The bullseye team, Tyler and Brendan, were amazing. They came out, figured out where the issue stemmed from, same day as our service call, and had a game plan for repairs by the end of the day. The Office Staff was very friendly, followed up quickly. They sent their Technician Kyle out the same day to give us an estimate. He is informative and knowledgeable. We first met Kenny when he came out to do our maintenance inspection for plumbing. Kenny was extremely professional and was able to diagnose some issues we were having (one of which was a hot water heater on its last stretch of life). He worked with us on the cost and took his time to answer all of our questions. A very honest and sincere gentleman. He scheduled our appointment the following week with James. James arrived on time and was one of the most personable and knowledgeable techs weve ever had in our home. He did a fantastic job installing our hot water heater and replacing our valves inside on two sinks. He was professional, courteous, and his work was meticulous. We would give him higher than 5 stars if we could. He also advised us on our AC/heating unit and did the service tune-up for it. Life long customers because of him! Both of these guys are amazing!

I called this past Monday hoping I could get an appointment for Thursday, they were able to do it with no problem. My tub drain was clogged and a friend had given me their name and number. I received a call and text when they were on their way. Josh & Noah (he was in training) showed up on time. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable. Josh was bale to unclog the drain with a snake in about 10 minutes. They cleaned up after themselves and didnt leave a mess of any sort. I would highly recommend this company. Even when I called, the young lady that answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful.

We have had an ongoing issue with our drains for a few months now. After calling another company out twice and getting a ridiculous quote, we decided to call bullseye and see if they could give a second opinion. Josh came out and fixed the problem right away for an extremely affordable price! He was very informative and friendly. Great customer service, he even found our trash can lid that went down the road in a storm and brought it back for us! Overall great experience. The tech was knowledgeable and gave me several options including one that would save me money now but we would still face the major fix down the road. We opted to go ahead with the full fix now after calling around and finding that the bid was comparable. The work went quickly and everything is working as it should. I highly recommend this company!

I had an issue with my water heater this week. Chad came out and accessed the situation and helped with a work order, etc. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was a serious lack of communication after that which led to quite a bit of frustration. However, Tonya spoke with me and apologized for the lack of communication and promised an install first thing the next morning. Leo was out bright and early and he was phenomenal!! He started out by apologizing for the mix up the day before, got to work and had it done very quickly, leaving no mess behind. He was very courteous and professional. I am very happy with the service and will use the company again

Call BULLSEYE with confidence! They call back right away. Very professional, trustworthy and kind. They made an assessment visit for our plumbing issues, which they also did an emergency repair, and an actual repair visit for the rest of the work, just 2 days later, that needed to be done. Kyle was was there both times and knew what needed to happen, taking the lead in directing the repair. Kyle explained, in detail, everything they would be doing, giving us cost estimates, and then as the work was being done, showed us old pieces of plumbing that were being replaced, with an explanation of why and how it would be better. He then provided pictures of the new plumbing that was installed under our home. The workers were very careful about slipping protective booties over their shoes to keep our carpeting clean. They were prepared to wear masks in our home during this time of COVID concern. The total price charged for everything they did was VERY reasonable and as quoted in their estimate. Not only would we recommend them to our friends & neighbors to use, but we will use them again ourselves when needed. I recently signed up for the TheSurfin Plumbers club service. Today, Amy Castro came and did a full evaluation of our AC/Heat. She was very friendly, professional and thorough. She had an idea about how to solve a problem of uneven cooling in the house and was able to give us an estimate on the spot. I appreciated having the photos she took in the attic of the duct system and insulation and her reassurance that all are updated and in good order.I have had three services from Surfin Plumbers so far. The prior two were by Tim, who looked at our whole house water filtration and adjusted our hot water heater for us.If these two employees are examples of who the The Surfin Plumbers hire, I think we will be well satisfied with our investment.

5 Stars, Highty Recommended!We needed someone to check our home A/C unit. I called The Surfin Plumbers, Heating & Cooling they made it convenient to schedule an appointment. The arrived A/C technician’s name is Quinton and he was professional, knowledgeable and able to fix the a/c issue quickly. He arrived early to our home, and by the time he was done with the job the house felt much cooler. Quinton also mention how much he likes the job and how proud he is of working with The Surfing Plumbers, Heating & Cooling. It is neat that the Company get technicians to wear Vans shoes as part of the uniforms, the vehicles are very distinctive and you can tell the company takes good care of their staff. We received excellent customer service from the moment we made the call to the office.We were offered to become Kahuna Club members, for the yearly cost and service included you can’t get better deal elsewhere, so we took it.Definitely the company looks after its employees and customers.Now our home is cool and is ready for the Florida heat.

Rick K did a great job getting my A/C back up and running. It turned out to be a lot more involved process than the original diagnosis indicated. He had to come back out after ordering another part that wasnt planned for, but kept me informed along the way and was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company and Rick K in particular!1 year later, we moved and needed some help with our kitchen sink backing up. We called another company who said we would need to rip up our floors and reinstall some lines. It didnt sound right to me, so we called the surfin plumbers. Ben came out, was very professional and honest, and now things work without us having to spend thousands on a new floor and plumbing. I will only trust these guys going forward. Had to have a halo filtration system installed due to bad city water, new shower cartridge, new expansion tank and a rebuild for our toilet. Got a quote from a competitor and Surfin plumbers pretty much matched their price but the competitor only included the filtration unit. The competitor also only did a subpar initial inspection..I immediately called Surfin Plumbers after the other guy left for a second opinion..they came hours later and were terrific! Jessie is the person I initially dealt with on the inspection and made me feel better about a frustrating problem. I scheduled the installation and repairs the next day. The tech Tim was amazing as well..spent all day getting the job done in a hot Florida summer in late June. He was also was very helpful! :)I don’t have much experience with plumbers but would call these again for any future services!HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you Jessie and Tim!!!

I had used Leland Plumbing since moving here and was a little skeptical about the new ownership and expanded services. Since they are so close to where I live, I decided to give them a try for my HVAC maintenance. I am so happy I did! Quentin was the technician who came out and he was wonderful. I had the expansion tank on a solar water heater crack and start leaking water. I called at 4:30 had someone out here the same day. We got the water stopped and was told someone would be here between 9 & 10 this morning. By 9:30 I had Eugene & Brian here working on replacing the hot water heater. I have never dealt with more professional people. Wonderful, polite, professional & caring company. Eugene & Brian was two very informed service people and was so nice to answer all my questions. As it happened, I needed to purchase an entire new system. Gage arrived, was courteous, professional & enthusiastic to assist. The very next day, Stephen Fitzpatrick arrived & told me all my options. He helped me make an informed decision about equipment & financing. I can’t say enough about Stephen’s knowledge, customer service and support. He even went so far as to bring a portable air conditioner to my home to use until the job was complete. Gage seamlessly installed the unit & Stephen was always available for any questions or concerns. Surfin Plumbers were prompt, reliable and went above & beyond to make me happy during a stressful time!!!! I will highly recommend this company to friends & family. We had a new toilet installed. Everything was done very professional by Nick our installer. After a couple of hours toilet started leaking. Made a call to Surfin Plumbers about issue and they promptly sent another technician named Jesse who did everything he could to fix problem. Found out after several attempts to fix leak that it was a defective bowl. He was here till almost 8PM. Cudos to them and their company. They are coming back tomorrow to replace bad part. Would recommend for your plumbing needs

Had new AC installed in our condo in Bradenton. Worked with Allen(owner) who was involved in all aspects of installation. He answered my questions, provided quick pricing info and was very understanding when we had to change dates for the install. The install team(James, Tim and Tj) were very professional and courteous did a great job with the install and left the condo as clean as they found it. The Daikin equipment was competitively priced and is working perfectly. We had many companies look at the problem with our old equipment, only Bullseye was able to correctly diagnose the problem. Jessie was dispatched to my home within a short time and got right to work and even put up with my annoying dogs. Very thorough and detailed but not overwhelming me beyond my limits to understand. Leo was dispatched later to work with Jessie and together they made a great team. I am a fairly new condo owner in Bradenton and wanted to have some functions assessed even though nothing was noted in the inspection report. The hot water heater was one key item and while not subjected to overuse, lack of use sometimes creates issues as well. Outward there were no signs of rust or erosion etc. but Jessie showed me the internal element that was corroded and Im sure the system had not been flushed, for sediment, in a number of years. The garbage disposal was very rusted as well. I prefer addressing things before they are problematic and I think that The Surfin Plumbers will help me do just that. Jessie was very prompt in arrival, in line with our appointment, and he was very respectful and courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you for your attention and follow up. I had some other areas that needed to be addressed by another member of the team so Im reserving the 5th star for that follow up. Overall, very pleased.

I would have rated 5 stars except for having to call 3 times because my service was cancelled due to an over load of work. Called the second time to confirm the reschedule and never received a call back after being told someone would be calling me. The 3rd time the person apologized for no one calling me back and scheduled for me for the following day. A short time later the same person called me and advised that Nick was available and if it was all right with me she would have him handled the repair that day. It is also noted that Nick also apologized and offer to reduce my final bill for any inconvenience caused by Bullseye. As an over 20 year customer because of employees like Nick I will continue to utilize Bullseye.

Had a problem on a holiday weekend and called for service and Amy was there within an hour. In the mean time it come back on when testing it she could find anything wrong. I explained to her that I turned the breakers off and on. She said to run it and if anything happens again dont touch it and call.Went on vacation and returned to a warm house with nothing running. Tapped on the termastat and it stated to run. Went out again two days later and a message appeared saying commication lost. Called on a Sunday and service rep Gage came out checked unit and I told him the story and the message upon further review and checking him determined that there was a short in the motor and also shorted out the termastat both having to be replaced. Parts had to be ordered and work couldnt be finished this day. Gage told us that someone from the office would contact us on Monday to set up an appointment to fix the unit.This was the only bad thing about the experience we didnt receive any communication so my wife called about 10oclock in the morning and spoke to someone in the office who told her that she didnt know when a repair person would be out and would contact her when the supervisor got back in touch with her. Upon not hearing from anyone at about 2:15 as we going into a store my wife called again and spoke to the same person and got the same respounse. At 4:00 she called again and was told that someone would be out and dispatch would contact us with a time. At 4:30 got a call stating that they didnt have the part and it will be overnighted and receive. By Tuesday and someon would call to set up a time for repair.To our surprise and delight Gage rang our doorbell at about 9:15 on Tuesday and Gage and an assistant Q were there to install the parts. They went about their work in a professional manner and had some conversation with both myself and my wife about what was going on. Finished work and cleaned up after they were done. Overall happy with service call little unhappy with communication.
