Called Waterworks and spoke with Mike about coming out to fix our garbage disposal. He diagnosed the problem over the phone with me so not only helped me fix it right away but explained what I needed to do to fix it without charging us at all! Great honest company! We highly recommend! Thanks Mike you will be my first call with all other plumbing needs!!

These guys are the best! I was given the run around from Manatee Countys totally inept staff. Mike the GM actually answers the phone. Good luck getting a call back or speaking with anyone at other backflow providers. Dont make a mistake. Go with Waterworks and not anyone else.

Overall, Outstanding! I Highly Recommend!Courteous and prompt service.I placed a call at 8 in the morning and within 3 hours my leak was fixed without any extra or hidden fees.With the previous company, which was arranged by the former home owner, I am still waiting for an emailed quote, not even a service date, after 5 days and 3 phone calls.This is a business with integrity and the person who fixed my leak had a positive and very helpful attitude.Im new to the state of Florida. He took an extra measure to give me some helpful information regarding my irrigation, which was not related to the service call. I used WaterWorks for the back flow testing at my place of business. I also have them scheduled to test the ones at my house. Customer service, response time and explanations were bar none!! Mike is not only an honest man with integrity but an absolute pleasure to deal with. With other companies/industries I could barely get someone to respond to a call or a text.I highly recommend them and will continue to use them.

My old well dried up which was an unexpected and stressful event but Michael and Rich at Water Works made the whole ordeal as smooth as possible. They installed a new backflow and hooked our home up to the county water meter. I can’t thank them enough for all the advice and expertise.

Robert & Jared did a great job repairing our system on October 24, 2019. The company previously repaired our system in May, 2018. Water Works personnel respond quickly and do stellar work. If you leave a message at the office, no one will call you back and you wont know when or if anyone will show. But a repair crew appears within the same day of the call or early the next. Trust me - their system works. No other irrigation company in or around Bradenton seems to want the work. These guys do. Highly recommended.

Being a first-time homeowner there are a lot of lessons that I am learning regularly regarding the proper maintenance of a home. Yesterday I learned a hard lesson when my water was shut off due to apparent non-compliance with Manatee County’s rules surrounding the repair of one of my backflow preventers. This situation put my wife in a panic as she was home with our 2 year old daughter and no running water. I was concerned because the water was shut off in the afternoon and none of the MANY phone calls that I placed to County-approved contractors were being answered or returned. The County offices were about to close and I was worried that we would end up not having water through the night. However, Mike from The Waterworks Plumbing in NW Bradenton came to save the day. He was the one person who picked up the phone that afternoon, and his customer service was stellar. He listened to my concerns and quickly got on the road to reach me even though it was rush hour and already past his company’s typical business hours. He worked very efficiently in repairing the damaged backflow preventer, answered all of my questions in a polite manner, and gave me an incredibly competitive price despite having to use some of his own parts and having to work after hours. I did not have a check on me at the time and he told me not to worry about it, that he would send me an invoice later. He just wanted to make sure that my family and I had our water back. I was really impressed by Mike, his knowledge, his customer service, and his willingness to help. I will definitely use him again and I recommend him to anyone who needs prompt and professional service.

My backflow test failed and the unit was leaking. I started calling around for prices and The Waterworks gave me an exact price on the phone, which also happened to be $70+ less expensive than my other quotes. He was at my house an hour and 9 minutes later. Five minutes after that he was done. With three little kids, I’m beyond thrilled with how easy this task was.

My house is 62 yrs old and I have more than my share of plumbing problems. The latest was a totally clogged kitchen sink line. I called Waterworks and Mike and Matt showed up on time, ran a sewer snake all the way to the street and got my sink and dishwasher running freely. Their work was top notch and reasonable. I would not hesitate to call Waterworks again in the future.

My sprinkler system was not working and my entire heavily landscaped yard front and back was dying!Rich sent Michael out to trace my electrical lines and find the control boxes with the solenoids and valves. They were under the grass and not detectible without the tracer. He checked that no wires had been cut and then had Robert come out that handles all of the irrigation issues.Robert was able to get everything wired correctly, repaired a few heads and checked that every single sprinkler head was operational and covering the areas correctly.All of this was done within 3 hours of Rich initially sending Michael out!Amazing company with incredibly experienced guys that get right on it, problem shoot the issues, diagnose the problem and then expedite solution.I luckily went to the absolute right source and wouldnt want to ever work with anyone other than Water Works of Bradenton.

I had a backflow issue and they replaced the unit since it failed inspection. Very responsive and got the work done very quickly and done right. Great guys on site and Mike the GM was great to work with. I called around and their pricing was very competitive. Highly recommend.

Dealing with Manatee Water Dept is a pain...BUT dealing with this Waterworks business in Bradenton is a very pleasant experience. I needed a backflow valve checked and repaired. They fixed it and got it passed by Manatee county in one day! Saved me from all the water depts hassles. Years ago I used another local plumbing service and after 4 trips to my property (no joke) they still could not get the backflow right! These people at Waterworks do what they say.

The work at our site required digging and tracing an existing irrigation system. There were two broken pipes caused by tree roots. Robert from Waterworks arrived the day after I called for service. He worked tirelessly throughout the day to repair our existing system. I have never seen anyone work so hard. By end of the day the system was fully pressurized without any leaks. I recommend Waterworks for any service issues with your irrigation system.

The Water Works installed a new pump on our pool last year. We had such a great experience we just used them again to install a heat pump for the cooler weather. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the price was fair. I would certainly use them again in the future.
