Thomas did a great job for us. We originally called him out to find out what was wrong with our well system and he diagnosed it quickly and also water tested for us. Gave us options and great advice. We decided to show him another plumbing problem we had in our bathroom for our investment property and he diagnosed and fixed it quickly. If you are going to use BJ Plumbing , make sure to request Thomas. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly to boot. Best experience with a plumber so far. 5 stars.

We had a very good experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. It was a Saturday evening and I broke the outdoor faucet on our Lanai and we had to turn off the water to the house. On a weekend not very many plumbing companies even answer the phone. I was able to schedule service for the next day (Sunday) and their plumber Demetrick Smith arrived on time, and was able to replace the faucet in a reasonable timeframe. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thanks for your help!

I put a request in on Angi at 9;30 pm for a plumbing repair and Ben Franklin called me in less than 1 minute. They also came out the next day to assess the issue and the repair was done the day after that. Nick Ogline was awesome!! Very professional. He installed a water heater and was quick efficient, and took the mess and the old water heater with him. Always arrived on the early side of the time window. I felt the repair was a little pricey but I know the work was done well. I would definitely use Ben Franklin plumbing again.

I needed a new kitchen faucet installed. I called Ben Franklin plumbing and got an appointment in 2 days. Leroy was on time for my appointment and very nice. He wore covers on his shoes which I really appreciate. He quickly looked over the job and gave me a estimate. I had already purchased my new faucet so the estimate was just for installation and service call. It took him an hour to do the work and Im pleased with his work. My only complaint and the reason for only 4 stars is because I think $470 is too much to charge for a one hour job.

Noticed water seeping out of the yard during what we thought was too much rain, then thought it was irrigation water running off the golf course between the houses, each day it seemed worse, realized something was not right. I pulled the lid up on our water service and with out any water on the meter was spinning around. LEAK! Called several companies about doing a leak find and then repair. A couple said they only find the leak, then call a plumber to fix it, others could do both, but they had to schedule another 2-4 days out. Ben Franklin Plumbing said that theycould come today and possibly fix the problem today. Zach and the big blue truck showed up about an hour later. Diagnosed and suggested the fix, he could have the water back on Temporarily and the fix completed by Friday as they had to pull a permit. Phone calls were made for GAS and electric to come identify the utility lines, and we had temporary water back on within a total of 3.5 hrs. Zach was very efficient and knowledgeable and professional. The Mrs is very happy we did not have to go without water for days. Great Job Zach and BFP. See you friday!!!

Ben Franklin Plumbing always does a great job on our house plumbing issues. We have a sink that tends to clog and they do thorough job of snaking the drain. Mr Monroe was very friendly and considerate of our house as well as our overly curious cats who wanted to watch him work. He did an excellent job clearing our kitchen sink drains and then repairing a bathroom sink that had been altered for dialysis treatments in the past. Prices are very reasonable. We have used Ben Franklin Plumbing for our needs for several years. Their technicians are well trained, knowledgeable, polite and prompt. We have had one technician for 3 different items and he has been exceptional -- Moreau Antoine. His most recent visit involved the installation of a Japanese(smart) toilet. This job is very different and is time consuming compared to a standard toilet. In every service call, he is very thorough in explaining issues, specifically pointing out the problem and educating the customer on causes, remedies, and prevention. He pays attention to details from start to finish so the job is done right the first time. I look for honesty and value in the people I give my business to. I have found both with Ben Franklin and Moreau. We are also members of Ben Franklin Plumbing and One Hour Air and enjoy additional discounts on repairs.
