    After 10 years, I needed an electric water heater. Stop in one of my favorite stores Lowes N.E.Fort Myers, FL. Carlos and Manager Trisha were very helpful and professional. Trisha provided me with the information I needed. Unique Air is the company I was referred too. Before I left Lowes, I received a phone call from a Monique. Monique scheduled me an appointment for the VERY NEXT DAY! Shortly after, I received a phone call from a Chris. Just talking to him, I knew then I was going to be a satisfied customer. Christopher Smith, arrived on time, very professional, cleaned his area, and made sure I understood exactly what he was going to do. I felt very comfortable talking to him, not feeling rushed. I am very happy that I was able to have Chris to do the job. I would definitely recommend this company.VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER HERE! THANK YOU AGAIN Chris! ☺️

    I have to say I don’t usually give a 5 star rating, but I was very pleased with Unique as a company before, during and after the installation of my new air conditioning unit today 11/19/24. CHRIS the installation tech is exactly the type of employee you want installing your air conditioner. The guy was friendly, professional and hard at work through the whole process. He was even very kind when delivering the bad news that we needed to replace our capacitor!     We’ve had Joshua three times due to hurricane issues. He determined our issue with water leaking in October and then reinstalled our thermostat in November. Due to issues with wall removal, he was once again able to fix the problem. He is reliable and communicative and we are grateful to have had his services. Unique Services has our business going forward.

    Robert Hernandez ran a sequence of operations and found that the compressor was bad. Our unit is only 1 1/2 years old. He returned in 8 days after the new compressor came in. He worked into the night to finish the job. If you are lucky enough to get him as your tech you will not be disappointed

    Unique Services was extremely professional and caring of our situation. We had no AC for almost a week and they swooped in to help when our last company CoolWorks Heating and Cooling left us abandoned with no communication at all.The office staff, Brian from sales, Mark the technician and John their service supervisor were all amazing! They did whatever it took to get the job done right and well for us. Our house is feeling cool again and our family of 4 and 2 dogs are happy campers!! I will definitely refer them to anyone! Summer special tune up welcome.HVAC Unit getting old now.Top shelf technicians, and good communications.Bought a new high SEER AC system this summer 2024. Got a good deal, and quick install of a Rheem Classic +, with cool econet thermostat. Dual speed handler & compressor- it dehumidifies extremely well. 78° feel really cold! Very happy.There was some problem withA computer board, They came out and fixed it under warranty. Quality technicians, BigJohn especially. Good Mgmt & quality organization. Make sure to get a bid by them.

    The manager Mr. Rodriguez at Unique services took his time with me & answered all my questions. I feel he recommended the best product for my needs. He sent a technician the very next day to install a new hot water heater even though it was a Saturday. The technicians name was Jordan, he was very nice, polite, & knowledgeable and he did a fabulous install.

    Paul was great. He worked so hard to get me hot water today. I know he just came from Venus doing another job and I know he was tired and could have put me off till another day but he didn’t. He did a wonderful job of installing my water heater. I really appreciate all the extra little things he did that I know another person wouldn’t have done. You have a dedicated worker in Paul. He really aims to please the customer and his company.

    All I can say is wow. We set a date and time and they kept it. They came in with their crew/s and went right to work on a full install. They arrived on time! and Im pleased to say they were polite, CLEAN, and professional. Anyone I approached to answer any questions were more than happy to explain in as much detail I as wanted. This was refreshing.Upon completion they took care in making sure they left no trace of them ever being here except for working A/C. This is why CLEAN is in caps lol I thought for sure there would be a little cleanup but there was nothing, safe to say they left it better than they found it.My wife is disabled and moving her wasnt really an option and it really showed they took that into account while doing our install. They moved with purpose! All while asking if my wife was comfortable and making good on a promise of a job done correctly. As of writing this shes smiling from ear to ear! Happy wife happy life!I will gladly recommend them to anyone in the market for an A/C company that is ran by and that employs genuinely compassionate and hard working people that do great work.     Unique Air preformed a semiannual maintenance check on our air conditioning unit. I was given a 4 hour window and received a call when the technician was an hour away. The technician was very thorough and went through some recommendations and the price. He next explained some cost savings adjustments to make to the Nest thermostat.

    I was a bit put-off by J.J. our first tech. Im blaming his attitude on a fear of dogs, but his request to remove the dogs was more threatening than a request. Take those dogs out of here!, could have had a more pleasant demeanor and less of a threat to leave. Todays tech was amicable, efficient, and a professional.

    Water heater leaked all over garage on the weekend. They came out and gave me a free estimate, worked with me on something I could afford and worked me in on a Saturday. The technician was late, which wasn’t his fault. He still called and showed up despite everything and did a fantastic job. He put everything in, cleaned up, and also discussed a couple of other things that he saw. Great people to work with.

    I recently used Unique services when my AC went out. The person who diagnosed my problem did not completely check my unit, so once my motor was replaced the AC was still not working properly. I give him a 1 star.Audelis Martinez was the technician that figured out what the secondary problem was and got my unit back up and running again. He was kind, professional and very informative. I would highly recommend him to get the job done!

    A great experience. My AC went out, I called them and they came out the same day, at the time they said would arrive, diagnosed the problem and solved. George thoroughly serviced our system. This is despite having no relationship with Unique prior to our problem. I was most pleased and will contact them to enter into a service contract with them. I cant say enough about them. .

    While the techs are always professional and courteous, my issue with Unique is that the techs always try to up-sell on some service/item to keep my A/C in tip top condition. This seems to happen with each visit and its beginning to seem dubious--as why didnt the techs mention such things on previous service visits. Oh sigh....

Miles has always been my technician and I have been very impressed with him and his exceptional service each time. He has always gone way above and beyond what has been expected and he truly has been a pleasure to work with.He is very knowledgeable and his communication has been excellent regarding what my plumbing issues have been and what my options were to resolve them, and he took the time to explain everything thoroughly to me.     Ive been using these guys for over 10-15 years and Ive never had a problem. The only problem is I use somebody else years ago one time and Ill never do that again worst mistake ever made. These guys always do excellent work. Im 100% satisfied was getting stuff done by them. They even did my electrical panel. I will never use anybody else ever again

    We needed our A/C unit replaced and Unique Services thru Lowe’s came for an estimate. Daniel King was amazing, answered all our questions and made the process effortless. On installation day, Reggie & his partner did a Great job installing our new unit and cleaned up afterwards making it look like they weren’t even there. If you haven’t experienced the clean air created by the air scrubber , I highly recommend. He recommended and placed a second hard start unit. This will provide additional efficiency to our unit.     Our experience with Unique was exceptional. Other plumbing companies we contacted in Sarasota promised to call back but never did. Others arrived and gave a quote that was over 200% higher than Unique quoted and then another could never provide the water heater Lowe’s had rated highly and kept giving long explanation but would never answer the questions we asked. Unique was entirely different. They inspected the heaters listened to our concerns and then offered a number of solutions from a simple install to a full service install. All the options were clearly explained and priced. The technician that Unique sent,Austin was very helpful and very honest. He explained everything and when he returned to do the work 2 days later he was again on time completed the job exceptionally well and could not have been a better representative of not only Unique but of Lowe’s for ensuring that their customers get the very best and most competitive services and product. We will continue to use Unique and recommend them and Lowe’s to anyone who might ask for our advice

    Always a pleasure to deal with your technician Mitch. Pleasant and very thorough at what he does. We did install a uv light after his suggestion due to showing us trapped mold in the filter and between the evaporator veins. The filter was only 4 months old, so after refusing for the past 3 years we figured it was time to install one.We appreciate his explanation of possible causes and thats why we purchased a uv light system from Unique.Thanks.

    The Unique team responded within a few hours to my call that my AC had quit. The technician (Victor) made an accurate and quick diagnosis of the problem as the blower fan had failed. Although he did not have one on the truck, the team at the Unique support center stayed in close contact with me and located, delivered, and installed a replacement fan in minimal time. Victor actually drove a pretty good distance to pick up the replacement fan motor - and came in on his scheduled off day to install the part.Excellent technical diagnosis, team coordination, and above and beyond customer care!     Moving to Florida from Colorado last year has been a mix of a great place to live but a lot of frustration with vendors! Everyone is so busy that even when you schedule an appointment you sit and wait and hope they show up. Not so today! Set an appointment for an annual A/C check up with a 10-2 window. No one shows up and get a call around 7:00 pm saying they are 20 minutes away! Nice! Wasted our whole day waiting and then we are expected to change our dinner plans to meet the tech! Sorry... that just is not good customer service!Follow Up - We had a follow-up service call scheduled today and were very pleased with the Technician (Mitul Patel). He was very good about explaining everything and make a couple of recommendations that we very much appreciate. Would welcome him back anytime!

    When the sales gentleman arrived he was incredibly professional and detailed in his explanation of prices and options....We had a certain number in our budget but the new system install quote was over budget...The management team worked some magic and we had our new Daikin AC installed over the weekend. The morning of the install I was alerted that Wayne, my installer had been dispatched....an hour after that I received a call from dispatch alerting me the driver was loaded and in transit...I was alerted again the tech was at my house, I looked out the window and they were just pulling up! Great communication with this company. Wayne and Joe greeted us with clean uniforms and visible IDs...they wasted no time getting setup laying floor covering over our wood floors.....The install took the entire day and into the evening as they had discovered additional work needing to be done, such as a new electric line pulled from the breaker box all throughout, new copper, etc at no additional cost! They also changed out some plenum etc at no added cost......The products speak for themselves, but the manner in which Wayne and Joe, and a supervisor who showed up to drop off some material handled everything, was as professional as a company gets......I look forward to having Unique Services as my ONLY AC company from this point on........I have to say they were not the cheapest....but I went the cheapest 12 years ago on a system($3500), and I dumped thousands in it trying to keep it running...never again.....these guys are Pros and you have to pay for a real PRO! Best money I have ever spent.
