I watched a YouTube video and was certain I could change the leaky valve in my shower. I was so wrong! Why do the valves on YouTube getting pulled out look brand new? Anyway, Brett was great! He was able to get out the old valve. It took him no time at all. I would highly recommend!

Yesterday, I called redemption plumbing for the first time. I chose them because I like the name and reviews. The staff was extremely responsive. The next day, they sent Josh and his crew out to give me an estimate, not only did I get the estimate, they were able to accommodate my ask that day. I had a hot water heater relocated and installed along with a new vent pipe. They also cleaned up the laundry room hot and cold water faucets and gave it an updated look. I highly recommend redemption plumbing for your plumbing needs. five stars for sure.

Having recently purchased a home and running into a problem with our insurance company due to the age of the functioning water heater, we needed to replace it. Not knowing the area well, I called three places for estimates and ended up choosing Redemption Plumbing because they could give me an exact price that landed in the middle of the quotes AND is backed by a 3 year parts and labor warranty. I have to say that in this case, the insurance company was right: Brett found that our wires were corroded and were starting to burn the wire nuts. We fully respect and appreciated that he wasn’t comfortable hooking up the new water heater to the old wires, so we did end up calling an electrical contractor (another stellar company) who was able to get one of their guys to come by after he finished his work on the island for the day. Brett offered to come back and hook it up if necessary but the electrician did it so it wasn’t necessary. Then, we saw the home page of Brett’s business and appreciate his integrity and commitment to service and the community. I would absolutely recommend them and am happy to have a plumber I trust when anything else might arise.

Within 24 hours of calling them, Brett came out and fixed the problem.Previous: When our water heater stopped functioning, they were quick to respond and diagnose, giving us several options which they explained thoroughly. When we decided on a new heater, it was a Friday. They had us up and running on Monday. Great, honest service.Today, we had our toilet fixed. Called on late Wednesday and had service, when promised, on Friday. Communication was great. Jason diagnosed and fixed our problem quickly, had the part that needed replacing with him. They did a terrific job! I would highly recommend. They had multiple jobs to do at our house. When they came to give us our quote they were on time, professional and courteous and went over everything we wanted completed.in. They were early both days and called us when they were sitting out front to make sure it wasn’t too soon for them to start. Bryan and Corey did a great job and Amber in the office is wonderful to work with. Brent, The owner even came by on the first day to check to make sure that everything was OK & that they didn’t need anything. If there was anything, even remotely negative I would say is if they had visqueen sheeting to put on the floors but there’s a lot of contractorord that don’t do that, but they did shop vac up completely up after themselves, wiped things down and that was greatly appreciated.Will definitely hire them again and will be recommending them to anyone because really good Plumbers are hard to find in this area!
