We have used Loftin Plumbing for our needs for the last 3 years. From permitted new construction on an added kitchen, to compliance repairs, to backflow preventer testing, repair and filing, they are there for us. Clean, efficient and thorough on all the work preformed. You get up to date appointment information to a picture being texted about the technician coming out. The appointment process is easy and straight forward. We are going to be using them for a long time yet.

Loftin Plumbings team is fantastic!! We couldnt be more happier with their work and service!! We had our water heater go out over the weekend and had to take cold showers for a few days, brrr! I know its hot as you know what down here but its still nice to take hot showers at the end of the day. I called them up and they came out the very next morning. Mike and his partner were top notch with their work and service. They were both so very polite and were truthful with what was going on which is unheard of now a days with other companies. They did a maintenance to the water heater and got the hot water to work again. He said if it does go out again, then that means a flow sensor will need replacing. He even said with our water heater, depending on when it was purchased, should have a warranty for this part and we would only have to pay for the labor for them to install it. He also said they would even handle calling into the company to get the warranty handled. Another company would not of been this truthful and would of probably quoted up the flow sensor. We highly recommend Loftin Plumbing!!

Great job by Michael. He removed our old water heater and installed a brand new State commercial water heater in about an hour and a half. This water heater was taller than our old one but he was able to work with the water lines and not open up the drywall. Our scheduler was able to get us in same week and the automated text messages were also very helpful. We received a text with a photo of Michael prior to him arriving. Highly recommend!

Unlike other plumbing companies that only speak to you on the clock, with Loftin, I was able to email Danette, the office person, with all my questions about hot water heaters. Michael, the Service Manager, responded & explained all options and why or why not I should go with a certain model of hot water heater. Once I decided on the option, an appointment was set. Michael arrived on time, was very efficient, got the job done within two hours. He definitely knows plumbing! I would have no problem recommending Loftin for any plumbing needs you have.

Hello, this is an update for my ongoing situation.Today I finally got a new toilet.Backyard still dug up, as were still waiting on the inspection from the City Of Bradenton to do their thing.The guys came out to install the toilet.As always, friendly and courteous and got to work installing my new toilet that weve been waiting on, in record time.Looks good, fits in the spot and installed my soft close toilet seat as well. Removed the old toilet, as in took it away. Thanks guys! You always do a good job.I sure hope this is the cure all. The inspection gets done, and I get my yard back.

I will definitely recommend and use Loftin Plumbing again! Stellar experience. I had had an issue with a pipe coming apart from under my kitchen island sink. The shut off was also compromised as it no longer worked. I called our regular plumber and a few others. Either there where no return calls or everyone was to busy.The person I spoke with at Loftin was extremely pleasant. She coordinated Brandon to help us. He came here between other calls at the allotted time specified. He took the time to hook everything back up that I had to take apart in trying to get to the bad pipe. He made sure all was buttoned up A-okay before he left and made sure that my gas water heater which I had to shut off and drain was again back to proper working order... Two thumbs up! Shelbi Loftin is a true boss lady professional! When I reached out on a local Facebook group for help with our water leak, she came highly recommended. Someone tagged her and she reached out to me personally over the weekend. She advised me to have another company locate the leak and she personally came out that evening to look at the scope of the project and had me a quote that same evening. When she was on her way I got an automated text with her photo and a few things about her said I knew who would be showing up at my house. Before she had even arrived she had taken the time to do a permit search get an understanding of what it already been done. When you call Loftin plumbing you get a real person on the phone who actually sounds happy to help you. She could really teach a lessons on how to run a business efficiently and with a keen sense of customer service! I now understand why Loftin came so highly recommended. Im very impressed!

Unfortunately, Ive been having plumping issues at my home for the last 1.5 years. I have had to use multiple local plumbers. Last month, we used Loftin Plumbing due to a blockage from the lawnmowers running over the sewer pipe. My wife contacted multiple plumbers, but Loftin Plumbing was the first to respond. Mr. Loftin was prompt and efficient. The charges were only for the work he completed and was much lower than what I had previously paid. I am hopeful I wont need another plumber anytime soon, but if I do, Loftin Plumbing will always be my first choice.

I highly recommend Loftin Plumbing LLC. I had a minor issue that initially thought was a big deal. After getting a recommendation from a local community group I called Trevor at Loftin. He was able to come out on the same day and point out that my issue was not actually plumbing. Trevor climbed up on my roof and pulled a ball of lint out of my dryer exhaust vent. He explained the clog was causing moisture to form and drain back down my vent hose. After all of this he refused to charge me for the call!! AMAZING! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I returned from a trip out of town to a leaky shower facet and an issue with my only toilet (it rocked left and right). I rent, so the management company called a Palmetto company, which wasnt able to get to me until Monday. This is the day before Thanksgiving that Im needing this fixed, so the management company contacted Loftin and Trevor was able to get to me on the same day! He called to let me know he was on the way (a great help when I have a dog to corral), he fixed the shower faucet (o rings) in just a few minutes, and replaced the wax ring and bolts on my toilet. He was very courteous, explained what he was doing and I will definitely be recommending Loftin Plumbing and Trevor!!

Loftin plumbing sent Out Brandon to do a video inspection for me before I purchase the property with cast-iron under the slab. He recommended hydro jetting. So after we closed Brandon came back and spent the past three hours cleaning all of the cast-iron and using his camera to flush out all the debris. After he was finished he called me and explained everything that he had done and the conditions of the pipe and indicated to me that we wouldn’t have to dig them up so we can continue to do our finishes on the floor in our home. The price was fair, the service was fast and he stayed until he got the job done. I’d recommend him and his company in a flash

I could not be more relieved to have found Loftin Plumbing. I called them after having another big name company come out and provide an estimate. The big name company felt more like I was dealing with a used car salesman. Loftin plumbing was able to come out right away, access the problem and do the repair that day. The work was done right and I felt like I was dealing with someone who cared. I would highly recommend Loftin. He will be my first call for all future plumbing needs and should be your first call too.
