After 2 other plumbers were unable to unclog the drains, Sewells did the job in record time and for a reasonable price. We live in a condominium bldg. and the drains in the bathroom sink and shower became clogged. 1st plumber tried unsuccessfully to snake the drains, then said they would need to open the ceiling of the unit below ours to replace the drain lines. Estimated cost of $2,200.Plumber #2 also tried unsuccessfully to snake the drains, and also said they would need to access the drain lines through the ceiling of the unit below ours, plus replace vent pipes above that lead to the roof. Estimated cost $6,000. to $10,000. (HOA said there are no such vent pipes) The owner of the unit below denied access through his ceiling and we are glad because Sewells was able to clear the drains in one quick visit for a very reasonable price. Thank you, Sewells Plumbing and Air. Prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. 5 stars!

Great Company, A/C went down and 90 degrees in house. Called them 9am and Technician (Mike) was here by 1PM. He fully tested my 2 year old system that was bought from another company and troubleshoot motor went bad. Installed new motor and fully tested again. House is cool again. Thank you for your quick and absolutely Great service!

On Site Professionals are fantastic. They get the job done, dont make a mess, and take care of business. Scheduling and billing on the other hand are why they get a 4 out of 5 stars. I got a call from the billing department today saying we had an outstanding bill from 2 months ago in the amount of $1,200. This was the first time I was hearing about this bill from 2 months ago which I assumed was paid. Now, let me be clear, I understand (and the rep made it clear) that they likely had reached out multiple times - but this was the first time it was being brought to my attention.Normally not a problem, but then the rep added, if this bill is not paid we can put a lien on the property. This irked me. Again, to be fair, she said it in as kind a manner as she could muster, but I still felt a tinge of attitude which may or may not be present. And when I said, ok no problem, let me check with my wife why she signed for it and didnt pay you - and also Im looking at my bank statement and see a payment to ANOTHER plumbing company in the same date range, let me check that out she responded again with we reached out multiple times and if you dont pay we can put a lien on the house.I understand the importance of reviews. I also believe in giving honest reviews based on my personal interaction with the company. This is not the first time I called them and got a representative that came across as snippy or had better things to do or defensive for the company to the point of making me, the customer, feeling inferior, incorrect, and small. I believe the company overall is a good, solid, local company and I would recommend them to others, hence 4 out of 5 stars. I hope they continue to work on their customer service, especially when scheduling and collecting bills.PS within 5 minutes after hanging up, I checked my account, checked with the other company, and my wife and confirmed the bill was not paid and promptly returned to Sewell to pay the bill.

I had a water leak this morning by my backflow protector. I called a few plumbers and they were all too busy. The receptionist at Sewell said they were extremely busy, but she would try and get someone available. Three hours later they turned up and had the job done in no time at a price I was happy to pay. I hope I will not need a plumber again, but if I do, I will definitely call them.

We have used Sewells two times recently- for our backflow valve repair and for low pressure in our bathrooms. Both times we had excellent, honest service and were not overcharged. Hunter came out on a Sunday evening when our backflow was broken and we had to shut our water off. He was timely, thorough and followed up on the job! We were so appeciative. We called them back out to fix our pressure problems and Tyron came out right on time and magically fixed everything in no time at all. He checked everything I asked and gave explanations for my repair problems. I felt I could trust them and they were friendly and dependable! Would definitely call them again!

Sewell has come through for me twice, with excellent results. They are responsive (we know how rare that is!) and more than reasonable with prices. Tyron went above and beyond to check and replace the valve on other fixtures after one failed. Thoroughly professional, I will gladly use them for my rental properties.

Midnight Friday, I found a large leak between my water meter and my backflow. The county had to come in and shut off the water at the meter.I called the answering service at 10:00 on Saturday morning and Sewell’s got back to me in 30 minutes. Half an hour later, Michael was at our door and did an excellent job. He was prompt, professional and cheerful. Our water was back on by 1:00 PMSewell’s will be doing all my plumbing jobs from now on.

I installed a new garbage disposal and within a day or two my kitchen sink was not draining properly. Tried to solve myself without success. Sewell plumber - David to the rescue. After checking my install was ok.... went over all to discover I had a stoppage. Very through and I am a very satisfied customer. Will call them again and refer to neighbors/friends.

It was Christmas Day and I called since water was backing up into toilets and the bathtubs. The call went to the emergency number and she told me someone would be here within 1-2 hours. We were very surprised when our doorbell rang in less then a hour. The young man was polite, professional and had are drains cleaned out with half hour. Thank you for such a wonderful experience so we were able to still go see our children in Tampa for Christmas.

Mike was very professional . he diagnosised our problem which turned out to be somewhat complicated due to additions to our house, but he quickly figured out the solutions , picked up our new water heater and made the necessary repairs to make everything work all the same day at a very fair price. This is why we always call this company for our plumbing needs!
