Richards is great. Very responsive and professional. We have been using them since we moved to the area eight years ago. Michael is an excellent technician. Very friendly and helpful. He recently installed a new waterline from the sink to the refrigerator (behind several appliances and cabinets) and reconnected our water heater. All in an hour and a half. Their office staff is very helpful also. Keep up the good work!

I’ve hired Richard’s for both electric and plumbing issues for 5 years now and they always come through with a 5 star. This time for a water heater replacement. Our tech SHAWN was simply wonderful. Competent and compassionate. Thorough and efficient. Checked out many issues around the house as well as the outside shutoff. Only did what was necessary (I dont want you to spend any more money than you have to/ I dont work on a commission). My mother-in-law has used the heavily promoted corporate companies in the past. We are so grateful to now have a friendly, reliable and reasonable neighborhood source for all our future plumbing and electrical needs (who, BTW, was referred by another satisfed neighbor).

Our flooring installers were arriving the same day and the valves were not shutting off the water. Richards Plumbing should be under trustworthy in the dictionary. From the 1st initial request for service via their website, to the last phone call they were responsive, on-time, extremely professional and reasonably priced. The plumber who came to e house, Slava knew exactly what he was doing, took pride in his work andwas careful of the surrounding plants. .The backlog test and pipe repair was done in under 4 hours. It is right at the end of the driveway and used to hide under a fake rock. No need anymore. The pipes are straight and solid and no drippy soldering running down the side. He was great at explaining what had happened, how he was gonna fix it and how much it would cost. If I ever ran into it again. I will call them back. ;) Thanks Richards! The experience with Jeff was excellent. He came out because we had low water pressure throughout the house especially with the hot water. So he checked the sinks and immediately said that he thought it was the hot water heater. So I took him out to the garage where the hot water heater is. He looked at it and he said that it was about 20 years old. This is about right because it was here when we moved in 11 years ago. He said it could be the valve but because of its age the whole heater should be replaced. So my wife and I decided to have Jeff get us some numbers on how much it would cost. So my wife and I agreed to have Richards do it. It was late in the afternoon so we decided to have it put in this morning. He said that he would be back at 8:30AM this morning and he was on time. He was very thorough and exact about everything. He got the old one out and the new one put in within 1 1/2 hours. He checked the pressure and the water heater and everything was okay. He was very courteous and polite and did an excellent job. I give him 5 stars. Thank you Jeff.
