Great service from Dalian, would highly recommend him. He was very professional, timely and thorough. I’ve never serviced my AC before and with this being my first summer in Florida, I wanted to make sure my AC was in the best condition for the summer ahead. Drain line was pretty clogged and bacteria growth was found around evaporator coil and drain pan which Dalian was able to remedy and provide detailed explanations on how to care for it going forward. He also checked all my components to make sure they were running within specifications and all my refrigerant pressures to ensure they were adequate. Overall, great experience especially for someone like me who does not know much about ACs, I learnt a lot in the process as he was able to explain as he went along.

Patrick was an amazing technician. He was very knowledgeable and found several issues that I had not known about. He corrected them immediately and set up an appointment to finish the job the next day as he had to order a part. He gave me several pointers to make sure my A/C works as smoothly as possible. He also made sure that I didn’t get charged hundreds of dollars by reminding me that I had a warranty, saving me hundreds of dollars! Great job and I wish all techs were just like him.

Andy is the best! My power and air conditioning went out last night during an electrical thunderstorm, Andy arrived as promised first thing this morning, (I forgot to call AC Warehouse this morning to let them know that after flipping my breaker box three times, the air began working again.. Andy didn’t mind and checked my system anyway, it’s 11 months old and just shy of inspection time, so it worked out great! Everything is great and only a minor extension of securing the drip pan under the handler is needed… THANK YOU GOD!! $$$ THE INSPECTION WAS FREE and Andy could not have been more friendly and professional! This is a Class Act Company , I highly recommend them as they can beat just about any company in town’s prices and FINALLY a company that backs their promises! Bravo, Well Done AC Warehouse! My air conditioner was just installed on June 4, 2024. It was only two months 6 days old at the time it stopped working on August 10 at 1 PM. Temperatures were 98°F and the humidity was 98%They sent 5 technicians over here in a 5 day. Period. In Other words it took five days for them to get my air conditioner running. My house had heated up almost 100° inside good thing I had a neighbor across the street that let me use his portable air conditioner he is a Air Force veteran!Finally, they sent a senior technician name Andy after 5 days he was able to find the problem out after all the other Technicians were trying to troubleshoot by ordering parts and more parts that did not seem to help, after 4 days but Andy got it working after 5 days Andy is a Navy veteran that was a Corpsman!That’s why when I was in the Marine Corps we protected our Corpsman with our life! Lol 😂The day before Andy got this system working the other technicians tried to call the manufacturers technical advisor and were not successful. They could not reach the manufacturers technical advisor. This is Ridiculous they should be available 24/7 This is not saying a whole lot for this company in South Carolina Allied air conditioner, which is part of Lennox!I feel after five days with 98° temperatures and 98% humidity. The company should’ve provided a portable Air Condition unit or a window unit. Many senior citizens die of heat exhaustion because their air conditioner is not working properly. Or not working at all that’s why they have shelters in many cities across the USA! At least these AC companies that install Air Condition should maybe be able to provide a few resources for their customers.I had many other Air Condition companies in my local area to choose from, but I choose AC Warehouse .I just hope I made a wise investment and Decision will not have any more problems in the future with my AC being down for five days that is totally unacceptable, Especially with the hot weather and humid that we are having if it was in the cooler part of the year. It would’ve of been OK.As a Marine disabled combat veteran, and senior citizen, I thank all the technicians at AC Warehouse that were doing their best to fix the problem for me. I deeply appreciate You dealing with this ridiculous hot 🥵 temperatures and Terrible humidity and all the mosquitoes!As far as the installation, I don’t know if this problem was caused by the installation or it was caused by the manufacturer ,I could not be the judge Only Andy the technician can answer that question. All I know is that the manufacturer must not think too much of their product when they can’t get touch with the manufactures Field technicians. They have been quick to respond, the person that did our estimate thoroughly explained all our options, and didn’t try to upsell us with unneeded expenses. Within two days of accepting the estimate they were here and installing the unit. Everyone I spoke with was courteous, and the men that did the install were on and out before our house got above 80 degrees.

Daniel came to do a service warranty inspection and routine maintenance of our Bryant Evolution heat pump system yesterday. He was professional and friendly and explained to us that due to some backside coil bacterial buildup our air was not as good as it could be. Having a daughter up north that works for an HVAC company, I asked her about the recommended air scrubber. I spoke with one of her techs, having never really heard of this type of unit before. I was told exactly what Daniel told me about the benefits of the scrubber and went ahead and had Daniel install it. It wasnt cheap by any means but it seems important enough to have done. Daniel was very good at explaining and then installing the air scrubber and checked out our system completely too. My wife and I are happy with the service work and Daniels candor and attitude too!

And, the AC is still working great after 24 hours.Christine is very pleasant, courteous and job focused. Julian and Spencer were top notch. I called at 4pm on a Friday…AC warehouse was able to get someone at my door in the next 30 min. They quoted me a new unit and gave me a military discount because I am in the service. Not only this, they asked if they could come replace my unit the next morning at 8 am. I only had to wait 16 hours for an all new unit. My air went from 80 in the house to 68 in a matter of 2 hours. Julian and Spencer answered all our questions and were just awesome guys. I actually ended up paying a little more than other companies quoted, but I am glad I did because the quality of service was bar none. I will continue to use AC Warehouse for all my HVAC needs moving forward.

On August 16, 2024 I had a technician come to our residence on a service call upon the arrival I meet with technician Marvin Robinson arrived as scheduled introduced himself, he followed to inspect the unit very polite and professional found the issue proceeded to explain the problem and he explained he would call it in and get an estimate and would let me know everything before leaving. Nocked on the door I told Marvin to come in side out of the heat, he explained everything to me parts will be ordered and will schedule an appointment when they come in. My AC unit was over 20 years old and was really rusted and had black mold. The air ducts had overtime deteriorated and had holes in them as well. Servicing the unit for the past 12 years, since I have owned the house, I have had 5 or 6 companies. The company i had most recently used, merged with AC Warehouse. I have worked with with on maintenance and finally to replace the AC unit and air ducts. They were quick to respond, on time, spent a good amount of time explaining different units that would fit in the space I had available as well as the pros & cons of each type of unit. Once I selected the unit, they were able to get me on the schedule to replace it with in 4 days. On the day of the appointment 2 trucks and 4 men showed up on time, were very professional, and went to work right away. I have a very small attic space and it was hot, so it was a bit rough on the guys in the attic. Once they completed the work, they cleaned up everything, showed me the ins & outs of the new thermostat as well as explained monthly maintenance I should do to ensure the drain line stays clean and of course changing the filters. I want to give a shout-out to all 4 of the young men who came to my home to do the work, Julian, Spencer, Erick and Randy - you all were awesome and I would highly recommend you and AC Warehouse to anyone.

I was shocked when he alerted me to black mold growing in my air handler. He was thorough in explaining the mold remediation process and answered all of my questions. I appreciate the fact that he helped arrange the duct cleaning service for my earliest convenience and divided the total cost between today’s service call and the upcoming service call. While it’s still unnerving to know that I have black mold, I am feeling more at ease knowing that Billy helped ameliorate the situation with what he did today. I’m grateful he caught this problem before the mold had a chance to spread further and thus cost more to remediate. I plan on requesting Billy for future service calls. Had A/C Warehouse out this morning for a routine maintenance call. The service technician, Patrick S. arrived and had an apprentice with him. I’m sorry, but I cannot remember his name, but they were both polite, courteous, and friendly. They worked on the A/C performing the necessary checks and Patrick made a point of showing his apprentice different points of interest and what to look for, which he seemed very interested in learning. They went to the roof to perform checks there, and everything was fine. They worked efficiently and completed the work in a reasonable time frame. Dalian came out and serviced my AC. He had asked if my AC was giving problems and I did tell him I noticed sometimes it would come on and immediately cut off before coming on again. He took a closer look at the system and found the culprit that was short circuiting the system. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient delivering quality in every aspect. The Dale and Zack did outstanding work installing the equipment while Julian and Spencer did outstanding work on the ducts and wiring and testing. Though all 4 did great work, Spencer was. One of the Best workers I have ever seen. He was unbelievable in personable in every way. Finally Nate Roby was the reason I went with A/c warehouse. OMG!!! The Plumbers at Plumbing Warehouse are as Awesome as the A/C guys!!! I had to update this review because Joe and Kyle came to our rescue this time when our tub wouldnt drain!! I called in the morning and was blessed and lucky to get same day service! WE CAN SHOWER TONIGHT! Who doesnt take that for Granted? Thank you Joe and Kyle!Our former AC company could not get our air working properly, they insisted that it be replaced... for $11,000!! AC Warehouses technician found the TRUE root of the problem, was able to get us air, after 9pm on a Friday night, saving us from a long, uncomfortable weekend! Thank you AC Warehouse! After he got our system running, he took the time to evaluate its condition, and gave us a heads up that we have a refrigerant leak. We received excellent service from this company from day one. Our old a/c unit went out during an extremely hot week. A/C Warehouse came out the day after a tech was here to install a new unit. 3 months after install, we decided to replace all of the ductwork. 3 working days after another tech was here, Zach C and Daniel P arrived and did an awesome job of installing it. Super nice guys with a great work ethic!! So happy with this company and their employees! Highly recommend!
