Matt and Josh were fantastic at their job! They explained in detail what needed to be done with a professional manner! I called them and within a half hour they were here and addressing my problem. They Installed 2 new handles with new inside cartridges that were bad causing my hot water not to get hot only Luke warm and then cold before I was done showing. They were a life saver!

Rafal came out to my property to find a leak that has been on and off. They looked for the leak, but we determined it was coming from the ground. However 4 hours after he left, the leak started again. I notified him and he came back within 20 minutes, identified the leak (as it was coming from the condensation line from my A/C), and fixed it with 20 minutes. Highly recommend! Incredibly friendly and so efficient! I just moved and had my floor flooded a bit from what turned out to be a leaky drain pipe on my bathtub— Josh came out late at night (earlier than expected might I add) and got to the root of the issue very quickly and resolved it just as fast!! He was very thorough and kept the work area clean which is such a bonus. Really appreciative and will definitely be calling again for any future plumbing needs.

They carefully cut them loose and replaced them with new braided stainless steel hoses. They did a great job!

My only complaint was the cost of replacing a hot water heater, I know it was a weekend and would have to pay a premium, but I still thought it was way to high. Rafal and Dalton did an amazing job installing a new water heater in our house. Incredibly fast response, Rafal was able to come take a look at my leaking water heater within 20 minutes of my initial call and unfortunately there was no way of fixing it so we agreed on getting the new one and setting it up the next morning. Rafal and Dalton were super friendly, kind, efficient, explained everything to me and did an amazing job of taking out the old water heater, cleaning cleaning the leak, and setting up the new one. Definitely recommend their services!

I was in quite a bind and in need of a good plumber. The plumber that I had had backed out of helping me clear the clog in my toilet. To make matters worse it was during Easter. I called up and Local Plumber really took care of me. Yeah, I paid a little more because it was on Easter, but they showed up and communicated effectively during the process to make sure that I knew I wasnt going to be left again waiting and wondering.They did a fantastic job... Very clean and efficient and just a real pleasure to deal with. When I need a plumber again, I am certainly going to make Local Plumber my first call. No hassle, fair prices, and just really knowledgeable and friendly people to deal with.

I called in a panic having nasty water coming up from the drains in my showers. The day before, I had another plumbing company come out. They spent 5 hours and couldnt fix the clog.Rafal showed up a half hour after my call. Wow! He showed great confidence that he could take care of the problem, gave me a fair quote, and got right to work. He worked like he was on a mission, full speed ahead. Within an hour he had solved the drain clog, and was picking up his tools.I am very thankful for Rafals efficiancy, and determination. After contacting a different plumbing company that told me they could not get any plumber to my house on Sunday night, I called local plumber and Josh promptly answered the phone and told me he would be to my house within an hour. He showed up 30 minutes later. After assessing the problem he have a quote for the emergency work and worked quickly to repair the leaky water source pipe. He was in and out in 30 minutes. Did what he said he would do and did not charge more than he quoted. Will definitely use this company again and hopefully Josh will render services.

They took extreme care to preserve the aesthetic nature of our kitchen and did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves. This is most definitely a get what you pay for trade skill and Local Plumber is worth every cent.

I am totally impressed with the service I received. Jason arrived when he said he would, and checked with the county to make sure I needed the back flow thingy (I can’t remember the proper term) before install. He did everything he could to keep the cost down. He was friendly and extremely polite. I’ll be calling him for all of my plumbing needs!
