Scheduling online was super simple, we were notified and confirmed via text and email, and the tech was nice and knowledgeable. He had our plumbing issue fixed quickly and for a fair price considering it was Christmas.

We found Elite Plumbing from searching the Better Business Bureau’s website. They had an A+ rating, and we (now) know why. Everything in our restroom needed to be repaired. Every interaction from beginning to end was positive and very professional. Customer service was excellent during the scheduling process and our technician (Miles) was knowledgeable, trustworthy, very professional, transparent, and efficient with our project. We would definitely recommend Elite Plumbing, and would use them again if circumstances arise. The entire process was seamless and painless..and we REALLY appreciate “painless”.

I had a plumbing emergency on the heels of Hurricane Helene. A regular old leaking toilet problem that turned into Mt.St.Helen with gushing water flooding my floors and bathroom/bedroom. I googled Emergency Plumbing - Elite was the first name that popped up. I called immediately. Within 20 minutes a plumber named Miles Boyd arrived to my home. He was efficient, proficient, calming, and highly professional. He was so good at his job, I hardly forgot the adrenaline surge I had had the hour before. I highly recommend calling and asking for this specific guy, Miles. I dont know how the other employees are with this company, but I do know I am completely satisfied and have a two year warranty on his work/the companys work. Thank you, Miles, for calming my anxieties and solving the problem quickly. You even gave sweet attention to my old dog, Oliver. Many thanks! You deserve a raise!

In 2022, we replaced brand new AC system. Brian and Leif did an excellent job installing it. We were very happy about the results.Today, November 2024, we needed the water heater replaced. As we were happy with Elite, their reliability and reputation back then, we chose Elite among other options. We called in the morning and right in the afternoon an experienced technician, Miles Boyd, came, diagnosed and gave us the quote. Unlike other companies who might have many salesmen and try to add tons of services that just waste our time and money, Elite’s technicians go straight to the point, what needs to be fixed or replaced and the costs are also reasonable. An option we liked a lot as well is being able to get supplies from our local vendors who provide similar quality, then we can at the same time support local businesses, instead of following the habit of getting the famous/brand names where we pay tons of money. We appreciate Miles’ sincerity and his hard work. Miles knows well his area of work; he explains everything we need to understand and know; he’s very professional and patient. Very amiable to deal with. I had called another company and the quote was outrageous, plus they couldnt come to our home for about a week! I called Elite and they were able to come the same day. The Tech was able to repair the problem in 20 minutes for a fraction of the cost the other company was going to charge for travel and to come through my door before any repairs! The competition had failed my back flow preventer, but didnt answer multiple calls. Elite showed up, took 3 minutes of testing and called me to let me know it passed and did not need the $300 repair the other guys wouldve gotten me for, if they answered the phone.

I reached out to Elite Air as I was having an intermittent problem with a Daikin AC Unit. The contact center (Sue) was very helpful from the start and seemed to really care about my situation. After the unit failed again, I reached-out and had a Technician (Blake) at my door within 4 hours. Blake was very knowledgeable in regards to my specific unit and checked the units out from top to bottom. He not only solved the problem but left me much more informed about my specific unit and how I can properly maintain it in the future. I would recommend this firm.

After a quick visit to Elite’s website, I had a technician scheduled to come out on Saturday morning. Miles arrived before 9:30 and went straight to work. My water heater stopped making hot water and before the storm I contacted Elite online and booked an appointment for the following week. After the storm Elite conaced me to let me know they had a technician in my area that could come by yesterday ( Saturday ) 10/12/24 to assess the water heater. I received a text ~30 mins before the techcan arrived. Troy Cross evaluated the water heater and explained that there was water leaking in the ciol area and the heater was over 10 years old and he recommend replacement. He found a medium height heater 50 gallon that would fit in the existing space. He went to the wearhouse and picked the heater up and installed the new one. That day I had my hot water back and Troy provided me with all the specifications in writing for my records. I also signed up for Elites A/C service and was given a 3 year warranty on the new heater. The price was fair and the work was excellent. Troy cleaned up after himself and took the old water heater away. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a water heater replacement or plumbing repair.

I have never had such a great experience with a heating and air company! My a/c went out a couple of weeks ago and the service tech Paul came out. Immediately he identified where my unit was at fault and causing the fail. He patched things up to get us relief from 90 degrees inside my house until they could get there just 2 days later to replace the unit! Garrett, the sales rep was so knowledgeable and awesome to work with made the whole transaction seamless! Kind of a shocker when u wake up and no hot water, I called 4 companies to come look at my tankless hot water heater. Out of the 4 techs, Miles w/Elite was the ONLY one that took off the front cover, called the manufacturer of the unit to troubleshoot. Lowes contractor came up w/$6000 to replace. The other two techs came up w/a little over $5000, by supposedly troubleshooting a digital code on the front. Miles is good honest technician, the manufacturer told him the manifold might be bad, it will cost me about $1300. Im stuck w/Elite for the life of maintenance on my home...thx

I have a 1yr old AC that stopped working properly a few weeks after another company did annual tine-up. My Nest thermostat indicated no power because of clogged condensation line. I called that company and was told a return call is not covered and would be $100+ service call. I suspected they did something to cause the failure since they also hadnt put a filter in the unit (they took our washable filter). I didnt trust them so I reached out and found Elite. They came out within 2 days and was immediately suspicious because the unit is new and shouldnt be having an issue if it had just been serviced. They suspected the same thing I did, They performed a tune-up that included draining and clean the line. The tech had us running within minutes. He was very professional and polite. All the phone center and dispatch are all polite and very accommodating. I would recommend them and will be using them for my maintenance needs.
