Dave and his team always do a terrific job and get things back up and running quickly and at a fair price. Last week, we had a job performed by Ben and it was quick and perfectly executed. Absolutely fantastic and cannot recommend enough! I worked as an office manager for a plumbing company in MD, so my expectations are high. From booking the service call on the phone with Lainna, Ben providing amazing service, to the quickness we received our VERY reasonable invoice - we had a great experience through and through. They are extremely friendly and I even enjoyed a joke or two with Ben. You can tell they run an amazing company with positivity and integrity. Will be using them for all my future business and home needs.

Needed a backflow preventer in a hurry. Complete access plumbing took the time to explain what was needed, what Manatee county wanted and pointed out a need for an old irrigation system to be permanently capped to satisfy County code and requirements so I wouldn’t fail inspection. they offered an excellent price and actually met that estimate to the dollar. The office manager Lainna was more than helpful she was pleasant professional and kept me informed on everything going on. When it became possible to move up the work date, she reached out and made it happen. I highly recommend this company. I couldn’t have been happier with their promptness and dedication.

Highly recommend! David was a true gentlemen, very responsive and did a great job. He understood the issue and urgency at the same time as being reasonably priced and not surcharging me for an emergency! very happy, in todays world its refreshing to find a good value, honest and reliable business!

Excellent service and reasonable for great quality! Ben was terrific! Arrived on time, professional and knowledgeable. Unlike many companies that charge you for an estimate, I appreciated someone coming out without a charge to give an estimate. The office manger Lainna was super nice and very responsive in arranging a time.Well run company. Highly recommend and will use for future work.

We called Complete Access after our lawn company ran over a garden hose and ripped the pipe from the wall causing a small flood. They were there within an hour and quickly fixed it. Cant say enough great things about this company !!! Thank you!

I made an emergency call to this company because our master toilet will not flush. The technician came out and had to remove our toilet and then snake our sewer line. An extremely large root ball was found in the pipe. The tech fix the issue and then provided us with several options to remedy the issue. We felt that this company was not only fair priced, but honest. Highly recommend

I called Lana to get my main water shut off repaired and they were slammed with business, but she was still able to get Jimbo to stop by and check out the problem. He fixed a couple little things and then Ben came out within a few days to fix the shut off.All the employees were professional and friendly.As a woman, it’s hard to find plumbers, electricians, etc. that you can trust, without feeling like you’re going to get ripped off. But I would highly recommend this company to everyone.Thanks again!
