We experienced an issue with a non-functioning, antiquated radiator in our living room, which was connected to a boiler heating two apartments. The entire living area was extremely chilly. King Family Plumbing & HVAC suggested we replace the old radiator and even provided the necessary dimensions as well as a purchase location. Pedro, Jerry, and Charles didnt stop there. They took the initiative to collect the new radiator, install it, and ensure it fit perfectly in the spot of the previous one. They didnt leave until they were fully assured of the radiators optimal functionality. The team was incredibly professional, prompt, and their work was top-notch. I would strongly recommend them over any other service weve previously employed.

We had previously hired a contractor whose subpar work led to leaks in our tub. Subsequently, we engaged a reputable plumbing service to replace our ancient galvanized pipes in the bathroom. The team, led by Wayne and Jerry, was phenomenal. They coordinated efficiently with the plastering team that was fixing the damage from the previous contractor. The quality of their work was top-notch, and they were extremely flexible. We are now relieved that we no longer have to worry about rust particles from our pipes or the fear of pipe failure, which could potentially damage our lovely plasterwork.

We just had an incredible experience with Pedro! Weve been struggling with our washing machine and kitchen drain, which havent been functioning correctly. Weve had several different service providers give us high quotes with complex repair suggestions, so we were unable to get it fixed for a long time. Luckily, we found a local plumbing company through word-of-mouth and decided to give them a try. My toilet had a leak and I wasnt completely sure of the source. I contacted Jerry about the problem and he managed to be at my place the following day to assess the situation and pinpoint the cause. It turned out that I needed a new toilet due to the leakage. Jerry quickly accommodated me into his schedule and came back to my home to install the new toilet.
