He was organized and efficient in his installation and offered detailed explanations of the entire system. He offered tips and tricks to keep the system working well. While he was working on the installation, he also made improvements to the plumbing system to allow for easy clean out and to prevent kitchen sink/dishwasher issues in the future. Being that my home is over 60 years old, I asked him to make any other recommendations that may need attention, now or in the future. My impression is that he was honest in his assessment and helped me to prioritize the plumbing needs my home may have in the future. Before he left, I discussed with him when he could return to make the most needy emandations. When that time comes, I will most assuredly request that Spencer does this work.

I hired Canyon Plumbing to replace my AC unit and furnace. They were very patient with me during the decision making process and provided me several different quotes with different options. Their prices were quite reasonable and their warranty and included service was amazing and really what sold me. The tech who came out, Liberty, was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I am happy with the results and would recommend them to others.I just wanted to provide a 2 year update on this review. I did have an issue that was covered under warranty with Canyon Plumbing and Heating and they bent over backwards to make sure that they honored the warranty and resolved the issue. Very appreciated and shows that they stand by their work. I would definitely continue to recommend them!

Oliver showed up right on time and gave me a quote for fixing a burst pipe. When I agreed, he let me know that he could fix the pipe right away since he had the parts in his truck. The whole experience took half an hour for a reasonable price. I was worried Id have to wait days to get my burst pipe fixed, but Oliver took are of it in no time!Adding to this a few months later: we had Spencer come by cap off a gas line so that we could switch to an electric stove. We also asked him to clean and service our furnace. He was prompt, communicative, fast, effective, and overall a pleasure to work with. Canyon Plumbing & Heating is definitely our go to now!

Update 6/7/2024: My evaporative cooling system is rather old, and some motor support brackets apparently finally gave up the ghost over the winter. Eric had to locate appropriate replacement parts and, once he did, he got everything back up and running again promptly (on a 90 degree day, thank you!!) He was knowledgable, professional, friendly, and also offered up good advice on general plumbing matters. I continue to be very happy with Canyon and their work!Original Review: Canyon has taken over service work for my evaporative cooling system, after my provider for decades retired from the business. They were friendly, professional, and seemed excellent in terms of knowledge and experience. Canyon also did a great job at communication, coordination, and follow-up. Count me as a very happy new customer!

Jaron and team were great to work with to install an ice maker box to connect water to my fridge. Very professional and knowledgeable. They also kept the work area clean and wore shoe covers in the house without it be requested. The only thing that would have made the experience better is if the work included installing a plumbing access door to cover the hole left in the drywall in my utility closet. Not a big deal, but it would make the final product have a cleaner finish. Would definitely work with this company again for future plumbing needs.

Once again, excellent service from Canyon Plumbing. We bought a new house three months ago and the team at Canyon have been getting our boiler and radiant heating system in tip top shape. I was recently finishing up a big remodel of our kitchen, and needed a plumber to do a bunch of work, including re-routing some pipes, install a cold water line for the ice maker/water supply to a new fridge, and install a new faucet and garbage disposal. A friend who I trust recommended Canyon Plumbing. The plumber who arrived was named Liberty, and I must say he is a very good plumber and a very good guy on top of it all! Liberty made 3 trips to our house as I sequenced through my work to get ready for all of the installs. Each time, Liberty was on time, texted me when he was on the way, worked very hard while here, cleaned up afterhis work and did a great, professional job on everything I needed! He also pressure cleaned out our pipes to prevent future clogging. Additionally, Liberty spent time with me going over items for my future remodeling projects so that I could plan accordingly. We also had a very good discussion about tankless water heaters, as our water heater is getting very long in tooth and I am considering switching technologies for the next round.Megan was the contact at Canyon Plumbing, and she was excellent at keeping me informed about timing, billing and all of the other little things that make a job go smoothly.I cant really make an intelligent comment on pricing, as I had not needed the services of a plumber in so long that any data I could give would be out of date. I will say that we got a lot of very high quality work done over the 3 visits, so we do feel that we received a good value for our money. I will definitely use Canyon Plumbing for my future projects and will recommend them to friends.

Another plumbing company was unable to repair either and went so far as to say that he couldn’t fix the toilet without breaking the wall mount! Pressure valve was replaced as he noticed it was very old and corroded. I have water pressure that I didn’t realize I was missing! Very happy!Only negative was I wish he’d opened the windows in the basement as there was some smoke from the welding, and part of the insulation was charred. I opened both and the garage door for cross ventilation and after about 30 mins the haze and burnt smell was gone.

Jaron was not only exceptional in his craftsmanship and attention to detail, he was thoughtful and charming while in our home. He communicated clearly to both me and my wife about the repairs, and his friendly demeanor made him a favorite with my normally shy toddler. Their plumber was on time, friendly, and efficient in installing a new washing machine while modifying a 1950s plumbing system to make it operable. When a mystery small leak occurred, he came back out at no charge to identify and fix a furnace exhaust issue that had nothing to do with the new washing machine installation. I highly recommend this very professional and ethical plumbing company!

Theo was the technician who saw the job done from start to finish, including supervising the required subcontractor for HVAC part of the job. Theo came over multiple times at each step over 7days. He was always clear about what needed to be done. Canyon Plumbings scheduler/dispatcher, Megan was always quick to solve the scheduling and clear with what to expect.
